Beautiful property, up graded room, large with nice large bathroom. Not very many people staying at hotel so breakfast was small, more of a Continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Sadly, as I live locally and was checking the hotel for friends, I cannot recommend this hotel. I had booked a Junior suite and was dismayed to find a large room with an additional sofa bed rather than a suite. We had booked a couples spa and massage but there was only one beautician available, the pool area is lovely but with no staff or lifeguard available poolside (in breach of H&S legislation)...

Receptionist was excellent and helpful. Room large and comfortable. Wanted lunch but this is where it all unravelled. Chaos so we drove into Marsala- 15 minutes away- and had lunch. Pool was nice. Breakfast next morning was a car crash. Service was awful and staff were rude and uncooperative. Again receptionist saved the day. Next morning breakfast even worse. Hardly any food left and no intention...

Updated modern hotel, but if you don’t have a car there isn’t much to walk too. Location is not ideal unless you plan on spending the entire time at the hotel. The pool area is very nice, they charge for pool towels and close the pool at 6pm so they can use the area as a restaurant in the evening. Room was spacious, and clean. Definately Returning... Was not sure what to expect, as Hotel is a 25 minute walk from the Centre, but I booked the Hotel based on the Facilities, rather than the location. The Seawater hotel is a very nice and comfortable place to stay at. The spa is nice and we enjoyed the food. There is a special area to dry kite-gear overnight. Staff is very friendly, we would come back.

We spent a wonderful four nights at Palazzo Vecchio in mid September. The location, just off Corso Umberto, was great. Beautiful hotel close to the main area. The star to this property is the hotel staff from the concierge, to front desk and to the fabulous breakfast staff in the am. This hotel is just so classically beautiful. The location is amazing - tucked away from the main hustle and bustle but just a few steps away from the main drag. The rooms were well stocked and beautiful, full of light. Very spacious and comfortable (the linens were divine).

A hotel, a spa and a museum!!!! Who thought that was even possible. Lovely room with great views, the spa facilities are also great. The pool area was being refurbished and prepared for the season so we didn’t get to try it out. We stayed at the 4spa hotel Catania, not knowing what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised. Was exceptionally clean. The staff were amazingly helpful. The rooms are spacious and the surroundings beautiful. The food was brilliant. The catering staff were amazing extremely friendly but not overly. Even though there was a language barrier everyone found a way around it.

Loved the small touches, like beach towels, slippers, and even a free beach bag at the end! The on-site restaurant was delicious, and parking was easy. Great value for money and total relaxation. Highly recommended!

For the price, this hotel is excellent. It was clean, the bed was great, the staff cannot do enough for you. I loved my stay here and am booking another one next year. You cannot beat the location. It isn't five star, and they don't pretend to be. There is character aplenty here, despite some needed renovations. Ordinary breakfast, but so close to all the gelato in brioche you could ever wish for...
