Great both inside and outside Excellent 4 star resort hotel. The location is beautiful, with a private part of the beach with a small bar, and a nice pool area and restaurant on the hill above next to the hotel. The condition of the facilities was spotless, the staff friendly and the price competitive. The only thing that was not quite up to expectations was the breakfast.

Amazing hotel at the beach front of Modica with stunning views on the turquoise sea. Staff very friendly and welcoming, special thanks to Leonardo at the reception and Adriano at the bar who both made me feel really welcomed and explained a lot about the local culture etc. Will certainly be back.

Great service in a beautiful setting. It is a very nice hotel. However, there was no shampoo and conditioner. When I inquired at the desk, one of the employees went out to buy me some! Now, that is service!

Thanks to the Modica Beach resort and all it's staff for their support in organising our beach wedding. It was a fabulous day and we loved every moment. We especially want to thank the directors, the chefs, the maître d', the bartender and everyone else involved behind the scenes. We could not have had such a special day without them and can't wait to see them all again soon.

If you need a hotel with stunning views and great access to the cable car, this is the place. The staff's response is immediate. For any request, their answer is YES, and then they clarify what is needed. They react promptly to minor complaints. Everything is of very high quality and pleasant. Because of this, even tipping the staff was not an issue. Water was replenished every day. The only downside...

The hotel has a great location in the heart of town, about a 10-minute walk from the commercial street. Surprisingly good. However, the swimming pool on the first floor is closed in winter. Also, be aware that the side gate to the park next door is under renovation and requires a detour.

A GEM in Palermo!!!! Safe gated parking… Wonderful menu at the restaurant on site and the staff could not have been more helpful. In fact, we met the owner who was welcoming and extremely gracious. Hotel is in a great location, central to everything and walking distance. Newly refurbished so nice and modern. We had two single rooms which were a great size ! Balcony to the street as well. A large property just outside of central Noto, but walkable. Huge and easily accessible parking lot was appreciated. Breakfast service could use one more coffee machine- line got long at times. We had this as one of our stops for 2 nights. Lovely hotel. Very clean and quiet. No traffic sounds and very peaceful. Good breakfast and nice staff. Room was well organized and clean nice decor. Would recommend it to anybody who wants time away from hurly burly. We didn't have time to experience the pool or spa unfortunately.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four nights and loved it. The location requires a bit of a hike (or shuttle) but we didn’t mind walking off our pasta and gelato. This is a lovely and reasonably priced hotel centrally located in Palermo. The hotel , the room , the staff and the amenities were all wonderful. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely outstanding and their small restaurant was very relaxing and classy. We would highly recommend this hotel.

La Plage has magnificent views of the sea and the iconic Isola Bella. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive. Be aware that the beach is rocky and hard to walk on and it’s difficult to enter and exit the sea for a swim. It’s easy to get up to Taormina via the funivia (cable car) for a 10€ round trip.

It's definitely dated but very clean, very relaxing and just enough away from the crowds that it was super enjoyable. Room was a great size and compared to other prices, was very good value.

Booked a double room with a balcony & got allocated a single room with no balcony. Emailed hotel 3 times to refund difference in price & they are ignoring me. Real shame as good hotel in great location but no customer service & don't feel ignoring emails is the response you'd expect from a 4 star hotel. Very disappointing

Nice hotel. Outside of historic center but it is easy to travel to any part of the city using busses (a bus passes in front of the hotel every 10 min or so). Several dinning options within walkable distance.

The staff were welcoming, and the room was comfortable and quiet.
