Farmhouse surrounded by greenery with swimming pool and apartments, large, clean and well equipped, 3 air conditioners, large balcony, too bad there isn't an internal bar or restaurant, but I absolutely recommend it! Internal parking also covered for certain apartments. Also a green space with some games for younger children.

We had a bad check-in experience, having to equity for 2 hours before being able to get to our rooms because from 1pm to 3pm there is no one to welcome you. Apart from that, rooms are fine, ours was a fully equipped apartment. I would recommend it for a longer stay, maybe not that much for a 1/2 nights stay

The location of the hotel is beautiful. I had a lovely view from my window. The suite was huge, clean, nicely decorated and I appreciated the delicious complimentary cookies. But the best part of the experience were the staff, who were so kind and accommodating. I arrived quite late in the evening but it was not an issue. Recommend with no reservations!

Pretty average hotel. Not much else in Pisa other than the tower which is somewhat far from the hotel despite having a nearby buss. There was construction going on outside our room that was loud. I booked a triple room with my friend. The double bed was big, and the single bed was a little small but still enough for sleeping. There is also a small kitchen in the room where you can cook. The location is superb, and the rooms are designed in traditional Tuscan architecture. The marble bathroom is lovely, though the only downside was that the bathtub stopper wasn't perfectly sealed, so the water would slowly drain while bathing. The room was clean enough, but the lighting wasn't very bright, and the ceiling was exceptionally high.

This is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The moment I opened the door, the room and the bathroom completely blew my mind. All the drinks in the mini fridge were complimentary, except for a bottle of wine on the coffee table. The bathroom was not only spotless but also beautifully designed with a white-and-blue theme.

Hotel 23 Rossol is conveniently located close to major attractions and transport facilities. Prosecco! We came here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We were so touched that they had put a chilled bottle of prosecco in our room. The beds are firm but everything is super clean. Staff really welcomed us and ensured we had a lovely stay. The beach is across a busy road but there is a crosswalk nearby which is super convenient. The breakfast was perfectly adequate.
