We stayed at this hotel on a trip through Italy for two nights and found it very suitable for our needs: the bathroom is well equipped, everything is clean, and the breakfast is adequate. It is suitable for a short stay. We came from Pisa and explore Rome from here. As we were on a group tour from india they served Indian dinner. That was ok. The hotel is situated in a village with 10 century castle Castiglion Fiorentino in walkable distance. The locality is very good. The rooms are neat and clean. I had dinner from there and they provided kerala porotta like chapathi and veg kofta curry. Staff are friendly.

Aside from the location, which is a bit further from the city center, the hotel is really great. It's outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone) and further from the center. Easy and free parking. The room was spacious and bright with full amenities. The price was cheap, but there was a city tax of 4 euros per person per day. Good location and price. Not walkable to public transit. Airport Shuttle costs 28€ and must be reserved the day before. We ended up waking up early and were stuck waiting in the lobby for 30-45 min. Front desk would not cancel/reschedule shuttle. I’d advise to just use a taxi.

This hotel is the real deal. Everything you could ever want in a resort - beautiful rooms, spa, delicious breakfast, and the most incredible staff. We stayed here for two nights of our honeymoon and cannot recommend it enough. Just 10 minutes from Castiglione delle Pescaia if you want to explore downtown, or 30 minutes from Cala Violina boat tour, we had the absolute best time and can't wait to return

Although the location isn't in the city center, there are bus and light rail stations nearby, which is quite convenient. There's also a large supermarket nearby for supplies. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the rooms are very spacious. Florence is beautiful!

Poor wheelchair acessibility (seperate door), no disabled parking spaces, access to the dining room/ restaurant meant going outside and in another door due to no ramps inside the hotel, ok in summer but not in winter/ wet weather. This is a personal opinion, others may not feel the same way.

The Tuscany area of Italy was beautiful and the weather in Nov. was terrific. We enjoyed the people and the atmosphere. We took a group tour of several villages in the area and had a really great guide.

Loved the location right on the square. Beautiful hotel. Cizy little bar. Food was pretty good. Wish they would supply 1 bottle of water a day. Desk staff was very helpful in finding the shops for me that i wanted to visit.

Having stayed in this beautiful hotel 3 years ago we made a return trip and I am glad to see the hotel is just as good as on our first visit. The perfect location for exploring Montecatini and the surrounding places of interest eg Florence, Sienna, Lucca etc. A beautiful pool area immaculately kept and with waiter service provided by the ever smiling and most helpful lady who's name I unfortunately...
