We loved every minute of our stay! There were incredible musicians one night which made the evening so much more special! Drinks and aperitivos always amazing. The wine and olive oil by them is just a gift! Everyone is so kind and sweet.

i was expecting a 5 star hotel experience and was totally disappointed with the rooms and the poor quality of the food at their restaurants.I thought most of the staff were rude and put out if you had to ask for anything. After staying at true 5 star hotels this was a let down.

We visited Montepulciano for the wine and then looked for somewhere to stay. This place seemed to fit the bill, about 15 minutes away with lots of 4* hotels at low prices. How lucky we were. The hotel and the stay was great. Good location and breakfast. Room was clean and service was friendly. 

The air conditioning failed, and they said there was nothing they could do. I went down to the reception desk to sleep. The night watchman offered me a room with working air conditioning. Sometimes you have to be incredibly imaginative.

We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport. While the workers were friendly, the property was just average. The walls were very thin and we could hear the party going on in the event room all night.

Pros: clean and quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy to get around when travelling by car. Minor inconvenience: our bathroom was setup for handicapped people and we had to put towels around the shower doors to avoid flooding.

I stayed at Cappuccina Resort few days ago and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. My room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool area with stylish loungers was the highlight of the hotel. Perfect for a refreshing dip or just unwinding under the sun. This resort has a rich breakfast and a large swimming pool, which is very suitable for summer vacation. From the observation deck, you can see the small town of San Gimignano, which is known as the "City of a Hundred Towers". It is about 2 kilometers away on foot.

I loved staying at Atlantic Palace. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. I also really liked the location — it’s very convenient and within walking distance to the main attractions. The room was quite spacious for the two of us, and it came with a kettle and basic amenities.

Beautiful place, really enjoyed staying there. Great location nearby everything you need, very attentive staff. Only issue was when the man who brought our luggage that was stored with them he dropped it hard on the floor so could’ve damaged fragile stuff inside the bags. But everyone was kind and helpful. This is a lovely hotel in the most beautiful city. We spent three days in Lucca decompressing after our daughter’s wedding. The hotel was well-situated on a lovely square with cafes all around. The staff were amazing, breakfast was excellent. The only very slight downside was the room layout was a bit quirky and dark, there were only two small windows. But overall I’d definitely return!

We had the most lovely time with friends at the roof top bar at sunset prior to an excellent dinner in the dinning room . The views from the rooftop bar of the city are breathtaking, the service, drinks and hors d’oeuvres, wonderful. It's a kind of Okay. The lift was broken and they didn't fixed it . So, I had to do the climbing up to the fourth floor with my luggages and I felt like it was old and the security system seemed weak.

Rooms were spacious, service was wonderful and the restaurant has been one of the best! Dinner was incredible- everything on the menu. Specifically, the wild boar stew, truffle gnocchi and the Osso Bucco. Pool was perfect and again the views!!!
