The hotel is very dated and does not appear to have had any noticeable refurbishment since it was built (possibly 1970's). A lot of the fixtures and fittings and public areas look very tired. the breakfast room/dining area in particular feels more like a canteen. The gardens and pool area also feels somewhat neglected. We had a very nice stay at the hotel Select. The staff is very friendly, location is very good, rooms are cool and clean, but the breakfast is not nice: they have kept total Crazy Covid measures in place even years after the pandemic. The experience would be nicer if they just returned to a normal buffet.

I had the most amazing trip here. The only issue I have is we didn’t stay long enough! The food was out of this world, the wine and wine tasting were fabulous, the spa was luxurious. To top it off the staff goes above and beyond. We even had an early checkout and they packed us a delicious breakfast! You NEED to come here - it’s the perfect retreat to unwind and totally relax.

I liked this hotel. In my opinion, we have points to upgrade (as you see, is an old structure) but except this everything as okay. There is a modern shower and comfortable beds. The localization is interesting, because you ar at 5 minutes walking from the train and 13 from Santa Novella. The service is good too. Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was 4 of 5. Ask a waiter for espresso or cappuccino. Some problems with cold water in the bathroom. Air conditioner didn't work, just moved air flow. So not the best choice for hot weather seasons.

Very nice and spacious room, staffs are very friendly. Very nice outdoor seating for view and have a cigar. The only down side is it doesn’t have a gym, but you can tun outside by the river.

I must have been staying at a different hotel to others! Disappointed with the standard of the room - very small, a couple of bits of old furniture, hard uncomfortable bed and old bed coverings. We had a great week here the staff were friendly and helpful, the food and wine were plentiful and we had a lovely west facing balcony room. Unlike other hotels they provided two comfy chairs. We visited Montepulciano for the wine and then looked for somewhere to stay. This place seemed to fit the bill, about 15 minutes away with lots of 4* hotels at low prices. How lucky we were. The air conditioning failed, and they said there was nothing they could do. I went down to the reception desk to sleep. The night watchman offered me a room with working air conditioning. Sometimes you have to be incredibly imaginative.

We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport. While the workers were friendly, the property was just average. The walls were very thin and we could hear the party going on in the event room all night.

Pros: clean and quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy to get around when travelling by car. Minor inconvenience: our bathroom was setup for handicapped people and we had to put towels around the shower doors to avoid flooding.

I stayed at Cappuccina Resort few days ago and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. My room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool area with stylish loungers was the highlight of the hotel. Perfect for a refreshing dip or just unwinding under the sun. This resort has a rich breakfast and a large swimming pool, which is very suitable for summer vacation. From the observation deck, you can see the small town of San Gimignano, which is known as the "City of a Hundred Towers". It is about 2 kilometers away on foot.

It was one of the best experiences we've had at a resort in years. The service, facilities, and restaurants were absolutely flawless. The staff was exceptional—every single one of them. We reluctantly departed, but we felt like family by the time we returned. The rooms were very comfortable, and the beach club was wonderful. The SPA was also outstanding. Great hot, excellent location with a super Spa. Staff were very good, food served was super, views were great. Enjoyed the morning in the soa, but would have linked the robes and slippers included, as they were an extra €25 for two, making a 2 hour swim €75 for two people - however very relaxing.

Our only problem was again the room was extremely noisy and unfortunately there were no quiet rooms available. This is a lovely hotel in the most beautiful city. We spent three days in Lucca decompressing after our daughter’s wedding. The hotel was well-situated on a lovely square with cafes all around. The staff were amazing, breakfast was excellent. The only very slight downside was the room layout was a bit quirky and dark, there were only two small windows. But overall I’d definitely return!

We had the most lovely time with friends at the roof top bar at sunset prior to an excellent dinner in the dinning room . The views from the rooftop bar of the city are breathtaking, the service, drinks and hors d’oeuvres, wonderful. Lovely, peaceful atmosphere with great view. Delicious food and excellent champagne at a fair price - and the service was absolutely delightful. We visited several times during our stay and we'll be back at this hidden gem at our next visit. We hated to leave this wonderful hotel! We felt like we were staying at a friend’s beautiful home from the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by Milo at the front desk. The hotel's location is its greatest strength. It's within walking distance of all Florence's main attractions, and the surroundings are beautiful. The service was attentive. The breakfast was up to par with a five-star hotel. The bathroom was small, but clean.

The location is very nice, just 10 minutes walk from Pisa train station. They only provide bed for you to sleep, no toiletries, kitchen, kettle or anything else but this makes sense since the price explains that. There is a common area for you to eat. I cannot really sleep well since the street outside is very loudly. Overall I think it's worth the price, but choose other more expensive one if you...

Hotel was close to the train station, and walking distance to airport. Bang for Buc

It's a kind of Okay. The lift was broken and they didn't fixed it . So, I had to do the climbing up to the fourth floor with my luggages and I felt like it was old and the security system seemed weak.

Lift was down when we were there but it was nice that we were offered free storage of baggage on the ground floor.
