The shower tends to flood the floor, and the soundproofing isn't great. Also, the breakfast selection is a bit limited. However, everything else is good, and for this location, it offers excellent value for money. It's perfectly acceptable.

This is a hotel in the Italian suburbs. Besides the inconvenient location, everything else was okay. The hotel breakfast was chaotic and overcrowded, making it impossible to find a seat. Dinner was decent, and the price was genuinely cheap – it was probably the most affordable Italian full meal I had during my trip to Italy.

The location is a bit out of the way, but Pisa isn't that big. It's about 2KM from the main train station and just a stone's throw from the University of Pisa's Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. The hotel has free parking, which is very convenient.

The unit we rented was an apartment style with one bedroom and sofa bed. That part of the hotel was brand new and beautifully done. Very quiet and dark in the evening. Stayed at the Adua for a week with a (well organized) Newmarket tour. We had a pleasant room (310) which had an excellent bathroom and quiet and effective aircon. The public rooms were beautifully furnished and the restaurant was excellent with good food and brilliant staff. In fact the staff throughout were very good, providing faultless service. this hotel don’t look like a 4 star hotel . the walls in the room are dirty and the bathroom , in some places there is dirty too. the color choice doisemt seem right and it makes the room look more old and vintage but not in the right way .

We think that the hotel is not worth the money. The walls are shabby, there was no blanket (and we were very cold), no kettle and cups in the room, uncomfortable pillows. Strong audibility. Staff was friendly and professional. Property clean and as advertised. Would recommend to family and friends. Julian at check in was amazing, he personally showed us around the hotel and escorted us to our room.
