Right in the middle of all the luxury shopping and walking distance to all the main attractions in Florence. Rooms were modern, clean and spacious. The complimentary minibar, generously refilled daily with drinks and snacks, was a wonderful touch. Most of all, the staff were very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, adding a lovely personal touch to the stay!

I had 2 different bookings for each night and they decided to upgrade; I extended my stay for third night and they still left me in that larger room. The elevator has a strange odor. The breakfast area is small and the view is average. The location of the hotel is OK. The room is not big, but it is clean. Overall, the price-performance ratio is average. The service is very timely and the attitude is very good.

The location is great, nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel is really noisy, the doors of the rooms closes so hard that you wake up when someone leaves his room. Also a lot of noise from outside. The cleaning could be better. When we're arrived our room wasn't cleaned but they've gave us an other room and apologies for the mistake.

Stayed for a night here to visit Pisa. The hotel was very close to the tower and other sights so I think it’s worth it for the location if you’re staying for the night. However the hotel is very old and we had some issues in our room. The towels weren’t clean, the shower was leaking from the basin, the tv didn’t work and the sheets had stains on the them.

We liked our room, yes the shower is a bit small but fine. The spa is lovely! Waters not as hot as in California but the pool jets felt great. This resort will transport you into another world. It is absolutely stunning at this time of the year. You could sit for hours, just staring out at the landscape. The staff truly go out of their way to accommodate any request and or friendly and helpful.

This is a hotel in the Italian suburbs. Besides the inconvenient location, everything else was okay. The hotel breakfast was chaotic and overcrowded, making it impossible to find a seat. Dinner was decent, and the price was genuinely cheap – it was probably the most affordable Italian full meal I had during my trip to Italy.
