A very good hotel with strong art design

The room is poorly soundproofed, there are a lot of dust marks on the table, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the lower floors, and the facilities are relatively old. But the service staff is good, and the hotel's hardware facilities can't keep up.

As expected of Mario, it is clean and easy to use, but the location is a bit tricky. It takes quite a while to get to the center of LS. The price is high for that.

Because it was a transit relationship, I only stayed for one night, but there is a small shopping mall near the hotel with a supermarket and a small restaurant, which can meet emergency needs.

The staff service is very good 👍, the room is clean and tidy, for a solo address more remote, fortunately we drive, there is free parking service. The breakfast food choices are relatively small, but the parma ham is good 😋

Had a nice stay. We had to change rooms cause one of the floors had a lot of noise with the pipes. The breakfast buffet is nice and I was very comfortable there.

This was our third stay at San Lucchese and we love everything about it. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. It's a majestic, family run hotel, with old Italian charm and is a great base for exploring Tuscany. The surrounding is clean and tidy, not far from the tram station. It's a 5-minute walk, very convenient. Breakfast was not bad. The style of the room is fresh and elegant, but it seems that it was renovated not too long ago and has a bit of a smell. There is a small refrigerator in the room and bottled water is provided.

It's similar to a fast hotel, clean and simple, and for the same price, it's average in Europe. The front desk service is good, but the surrounding environment is not very good, it's a bit messy, and there's nothing to eat nearby at night.

From the moment we arrived our stay was enlighteed by genuine hospitality and professionalism from all the staff. Very good resort. We spent a week in this beautiful property surrounded by hundreds of olive trees. It is a place that immediately conveys a sense of peace and harmony. What a beautiful little diamond of a place! If you need a break from a busy life this is perfect! A lovely bar (if a little expensive) and stunning surroundings with a gorgeous outdoor pool which happened to be quiet when we were there so it felt like we owned it! The spa was lovely and the restaurant looked very classy. The breakfast was very adequate.

The trip was difficult because I arrived late at night, but I made a reservation to go to a nearby hot spring and it was so good. The hotel view was so pretty, and I wish I could have stayed another day to enjoy it. The hot spring was so good that I would like to come back next time if I can.

Great for a budget stay in Italy! Rooms were very clean and our room was very modern with excellent air conditioning. Cleaned to a great standard every day, and towels refreshed etc. However, there are no clothes irons in the room or at reception, so bear this in mind if you think you may need one. The constant presence of staff at the front desk was reassuring, and their guidance was excellent. The breakfast was good. It was a nice touch to have two complimentary bottles of water in the room. Room a little disappointing for a 4* hotel (more like 3* Italian hotels we have stayed in), especially the bathroom and plumbing (low water pressure). We cannot give it a 5* for this reason.
