The hotel is well located and the train station is just around the corner. It is a small hotel but with friendly atmosphere. It provides drinks and snacks in the bar. Our room is spacious with table and chairs outside so that we can have drinks and snacks in the open area.

Excellent service through and through. A hotel that treats its clients like royalty with their attention to courtesy, friendliness and total availability to assist at all times. Extremely clean room! Very happy with upkeep of the room itself, not easy to find such attention to room cleanliness in Italy. Location is a 5-minute taxi ride from train station and very accessible to all the major sites in Lucca. Breakfast was amazing, there is also an onsite restaurant if you do not feel up for walking to the city center. Food is very good! Very happy with my stay.
