Beautiful, picturesque, elegant charm, romantic but also good for families. The hotel was modern but still charming. It's what I would call a "boutique" hotel in an older building. The room I was in showed slight wear, but this did not detract from my experience and the property was otherwise immaculate. This is one of the best hotels in the world. The staff are amazing, so helpful, professional and friendly. Everything was top quality, top comfort, including the bed, the linens, the shower, the breakfast. A truly amazing place to stay. Lovely hotel in Lucca. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room was lovely and quiet. The breakfast was amazing. We used the complimentary bikes to ride around the Lucca city walls which was fun. I would totally recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Lucca.

This is an outstanding hotel in every way. The location, just inside the city wall, is perfect. Rooms were comfortable. Excellent breakfast and onsite parking was a plus.

Clean room, nice staff, great breakfast and cafe for snacks. Loved my stay. There are some hotels a little closer to the city centre but I would stay here again, for sure.

The staff was wonderful! They helped us with a lot of requests because of a family wedding. The room was great and fit our family very comfortably. The breakfast and refreshment area was also a great addition. Thank you so much.
