Hotel has strange color of choice. Front desk person was there more than 12 hours. Front desk was not friendly.

the hotel is good, nice room, clean and reception staff has a welcome attitude. the breakfast is very nice. I regret my diner in the restaurant, the food was just acceptable for an expensive price, I do not recomand to have the diner in the hotel.

The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel provided a washing machine and dryer. Breakfast and dinner were both good, but the prices were a bit high. It's a little far from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, but the hotel's assistance in arranging a taxi was convenient.

Modern venue, a bit far from downtown but if u have car it’s fine! there a lot of free parking around. Beach is not so far, but by car.

A friendly welcome, accommodating to requests, a varied breakfast with impeccable service, and a quiet, comfortable, and clean room. We'll definitely be back. The only drawback is the distance from the center of Arezzo, making it difficult to reach without a car.

Clean, spacious rooms. For a 4-star hotel, I'd prefer to have a kettle with coffee, tea, and other supplies in the room. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We'll definitely be back. The price on Trip Advisor was better than on other sites, including the price of the hotel I contacted directly.

GORGEOUS hotel in Florence, we had a stunning suite for a nights stay during our honeymoon - I didn’t want to leave! We stayed in this hote as a family l in our way north. It was great. Good location and with parking. They made our bed also considering the kids, very welcoming for arriving late and tired in the evening. Spacious room and good breakfast. My daughter and I stayed here in October 2025, and for whatever reason (two women travelling together?), they put us in a terrible, small room on the ground floor, with a window that opened onto a dingy street — no terrace or balcony. This hotel is in a great location, with the leaning tower of Pisa just a 5 minute walk away- we found everything to be clean (and no funny smell, like some of the other reviews suggest). The staff are so kind and helpful, Kiara was so sweet even before she knew we were guests. The street parking is right out front you just pay on the easy park app, the air conditioning or ac worked well, the restaurant is the best we had in Italy so far! The hotel room is spacious as compared to the other parts of italy. However, we were given the room at level 1 and it’s relatively noisy due to the train, tram and people at the open carpark. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk away from the S.M.N florence train station. There are many hotel nearer to the train station as compared to this if that’s the main concern.
