Amazing staff and super location

We had a nice week at this hotel a lovely relaxing pool nice spa and massage too! Breakfast is fine but the restaurant evening meal options are poor also the service was extremely slow we waited 45mins for dinner to come after ordering so did others!! Very small portions and little vegan or veggie options for my wife! The restaurant on the beach is good for lunch!

One of the best places I've stayed... Right in the heart of the small town on the beach with spectacular wineries all around and wonderful accommodations... The five sea water spa pools were amazing, we used every day. Staying here made me want to buy a place in this town.

An absolutely perfect golf course! The practice area offers plenty of space for both short and long games. The greenkeepers do a fantastic job, and the course is extremely well-maintained. It was a fantastic stay. The food was far better than last year. The buffet again offered several courses. We booked the renovated Comfort Room S. The renovation was a success. We missed more storage space in the bathroom. Another dresser in the room would have been welcome. We felt comfortable and would be happy to return. The golf course was great. We had an amazing stay here! The breakfast and dinners were delicious, the pool and apartments were newly renovated. The private beach is easy to reach by car and a beautiful spot. Staff are really friendly.

The staff were unfriendly and inexperienced, demanding excessive fees. After I argued with them, they hastily resolved the issue, including breakfast, and even gave me a bill. The internal management seems chaotic.

My expectations for Marriott's AC series hotels in Florence were too high this time. I felt there were significant differences in service and facilities between hotels within the city, overseas, and in major overseas cities. We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato. The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!

Good value for money for a 5 stat

I recently stayed at this spa and, unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations due to several issues. First, the room I was assigned didn't have air conditioning, a significant inconvenience for me, as I suffer from the heat even at moderate temperatures (around 22 degrees Celsius). Furthermore, the lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom caused an unbearable buildup of steam and heat...

The outside pool area was dirty, the chair cushions are mold and mildew stained and the area and pool was not clean . I went to the pool 2 days and both days were so bad I could not use the pool. All the indoor areas are extremely clean and well maintained

A very good hotel with strong art design

The room is poorly soundproofed, there are a lot of dust marks on the table, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the lower floors, and the facilities are relatively old. But the service staff is good, and the hotel's hardware facilities can't keep up.

As expected of Mario, it is clean and easy to use, but the location is a bit tricky. It takes quite a while to get to the center of LS. The price is high for that.

Because it was a transit relationship, I only stayed for one night, but there is a small shopping mall near the hotel with a supermarket and a small restaurant, which can meet emergency needs.

This is a very small (a good thing!) thermal spa in a remote location that is amazing. The people here are very friendly and create a warm, intimate environment. You feel like you are staying with your friends. Would highly recommend. The rooms are modern and large for Europe.
