This is my second stay at the Moxy Tokyo Kinshicho, and I continue to be impressed. The location is compact yet very convenient, with easy access to many restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel itself sits slightly elevated, offering a nice atmosphere. Although the rooms are on the compact side, they’re actually quite spacious compared to many business hotels in Tokyo. Great location with plenty of food options nearby. You can even order an Asahi as soon as you sit down after checking in.

It's pretty good, quite comparable to what you'd expect back home. The only minor issue is that it can get a bit noisy at night, as groups often gather outside the convenience store on the ground floor to drink and make a racket. Apart from that, everything else was perfectly fine.

The room was small but clean. Breakfast had limited options.

It's OK. It's just in the alley, surrounded by some bars and nightclubs, and there are unknown people picking up and dropping off customers in groups of three or four on the street, which makes it a bit uneasy at night.

A wonderful hotel,one of the best we’ve ever stayed in

Facilities: You can tell the room was recently renovated with a lovely wooden Japanese aesthetic. The warm yellow light strip along the window really brightens up the entire space. The only minor downside is the bathroom counter, which is a bit small and makes it hard to fit personal items for two people. Perfect location to end our 9 days visit to Japan. The Hotel is close to Shinjuku station, if you find the exit :). Staff is lovely. The lounge on the 45 floor for Premier Plaza guest is amazing. Food and service is excellent. The room is nice and bright, We would return here defensively.

Just a few steps from the bright lights of Shinjuku this hotel is a gem of Tokyo - my second stay here. Amazing breakfast and if you book Grand Premier the lounge is outstanding.

It's pretty good. You can see Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, or nearby Tokyo city views. It's quiet at night, though the nightlife is a bit lacking, but for this price, it offers great value for money. The room is quite spacious.

This is a new frills hotel to explore Tokyo! Conveniently located close to the metro stations, convenience shops, and parks. Don’t expect the ritz Carlton- rather a humble hotel which is friendly and very clean. I stayed 7 nights and was able to sleep without issue!! Will recommended and come back.

The room is very spacious considering the location. The hotel is conveniently connected to a train station with multiple lines, which makes traveling around the city very easy. Every day of my stay truly felt like coming home. It was a very warm and comfortable experience.

I really love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. The location is excellent, right by the Marunouchi North Exit of Tokyo Station, just across the traffic light. It's also very close to the Imperial Palace, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The location is great, very convenient if you need to switch cities as it's easy to catch the Shinkansen from here. Plus, Ichibancho has tons of delicious food! It's also super close to Ginza, just one stop away.

Was looking forward to experience the much-talked-about renovated Tokyo Park Hyatt, but was disappointed to discover nothing new, perhaps just refurbishments ! The standard of Hyatt staff service is excellent as before, this time was very impressed the Executive Assistant Manager paid personal attention ! Check out the same hotel in "Lost in Translation". It has been open for 30 years. It still has a full sense of design and warm and thoughtful Japanese service. I like it very much and look forward to reopening it after renovation next year.

Comfy room, convenient for getting around, right next to the subway and a convenience store. Check-in and check-out were easy.

The hotel room was incredibly tiny. While it had all the essentials like a kitchen and washing machine, there was no extra space to open our luggage. We had to push the dining table against the sofa just to barely make enough room. It felt a bit cramped for us, two adults with two small children (ages 5 and 7). This was my first stay with the Minn group, and it was a condominium-style room that felt brand new. It had a large table, a kitchen, and a shower room – the facilities were perfect! The only slight disappointment was finding a previous guest's bento box left in the refrigerator. Also, while you can store luggage, it's the type where you'd typically lock it yourself, but there was no key provided....

The hotel is good and conveniently located near the train station. The breakfast wasn’t very diverse, but it was tasty. The room was medium-sized and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

A wonderful hotel with a great location, right next to a major transportation hub. It's very clean and the service is excellent. The room size is absolutely standard for Japan, although the official photos make it look larger.

The room easily accommodated two 24-inch suitcases, and the soundproofing was excellent. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. It's about a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, and directly across the street from the NEWoMan shopping mall, which is fantastic for browsing!

Love this hotel esp with the selection of amenities near the lobby. U got what you need. Very near to otsuka station. I always love and choose this neighborhood. Room wise, i believe it's Japan's standard. But it's comfortable and clean.

Not a bad room, although a bit small. In the bathroom, there is space for both a shower and bath. The breakfast buffet is ok, but there is no change to the menu, and there is no miso soup. Otherwise, location is good, right next to JR Ōtsuka Station on the Yamanote Line.

The location is super convenient, really close to Shinjuku-sanchome subway station. There's a Lawson just a few steps away, and you'll find Muji, Uniqlo, Isetan, and more nearby, making shopping a breeze. The room isn't huge, but it's well laid out – I had no problem opening a large suitcase. The self-service check-in and check-out machines downstairs are a great feature, and the staff also speak English

This hotel aligns with my expectations for a typical Japanese city hotel. The room was small, barely leaving enough space to open a large suitcase, but it was clean and quiet. The room was a bit small, but very clean. The subway station is right downstairs, and it's only about a 700-meter walk to Shinsaibashi. The size was really an issue though, I couldn't even open my suitcase properly. There's an Aeon supermarket downstairs, which is great for grabbing food.

I chose this hotel for my two-day trip to Tokyo Disney. The hotel and rooms are spacious, and it's very convenient to get to Disney with their shuttle bus service. It's also just a 2-minute walk from Shin-Urayasu Station.

Overall, the service was good. The room was spacious, and the shuttle bus to and from Disneyland was very convenient, taking about 15 minutes. The only downside was that the airport shuttle bus doesn't stop directly at the hotel, only near the Sheraton and a few other hotels in that area.

This hotel isn't far from Tokyo Disneyland and offers a shuttle bus, making it great value for money compared to other options. We visited both Disney parks over two days and were able to go back to the hotel to rest in between. Not very soundproof room. Heard the people inn the hallway, and the wending machine. And the cars outside and people talking on the sidewalk. I had room on the 9th floor. One day the room cleaner wasnt finished even by 17:00 and i had to wait another hour. I usually only use APA hotels when visiting Japan but this one was a bit too far away from areas i usually visit.

Staff members are very polite. That's something I will always remember. Rooms get cleaned once every 4 days so you might end up with a lot of rubbish in your bins. Space in our room wasn't used the best as we had some empty and dead space. In general, it was really pleasant experience staying in this place.

I visited during the ***** New Year and considered many stations along the Yamanote Line. I ended up choosing this place, and I really liked it. My memories of Japan will continue, thanks to the help of all the staff. Both Kanda and Akasaka were great.

Extremely well-located hotel, fewer than five minutes from Kanda station. Very near a lot of izakaya places. The neighbourhood is very busy on a Friday night, but the street the hotel is on is still very quiet.

Close to the subway station, the hotel is relatively new, and disposable toiletries are available for self-collection downstairs.

Good budget hotel. I only stayed here for one night, but it was perfect for what I needed. I specifically chose this hotel because of its convenient access to the Asakusa Line to Haneda Airport, and it turned out to be a great choice. Room was decently sized for one that is around Ginza area. The location is great as well (and you can even get a glimpse of the imperial gardens) but most importantly, the service is amazing. The staff are not only professional but genuinely helpful, which is rare to get in Tokyo nowadays.
