It's pretty good. You can see Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, or nearby Tokyo city views. It's quiet at night, though the nightlife is a bit lacking, but for this price, it offers great value for money. The room is quite spacious.

This is a new frills hotel to explore Tokyo! Conveniently located close to the metro stations, convenience shops, and parks. The room was a bit small, but very clean. The subway station is right downstairs, and it's only about a 700-meter walk to Shinsaibashi. The size was really an issue though, I couldn't even open my suitcase properly. There's an Aeon supermarket downstairs, which is great for grabbing food.
