The room is very spacious considering the location. The hotel is conveniently connected to a train station with multiple lines, which makes traveling around the city very easy. Every day of my stay truly felt like coming home. It was a very warm and comfortable experience.

Coming directly from Tokyo Station, you can access the hotel's exclusive elevator via the Marunouchi underground passage, which saves you the hassle of crossing streets above ground. I really love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. The location is excellent, right by the Marunouchi North Exit of Tokyo Station, just across the traffic light. It's also very close to the Imperial Palace, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Was looking forward to experience the much-talked-about renovated Tokyo Park Hyatt, but was disappointed to discover nothing new, perhaps just refurbishments ! Check out the same hotel in "Lost in Translation". It has been open for 30 years. It still has a full sense of design and warm and thoughtful Japanese service. I like it very much and look forward to reopening it after renovation next year.

Few times I stay here but this round they give me a smaller room, after complain then they arrange another room for me. Trying to convince me to accept the smaller room until I show them last few time the room I stay then only accept my request

If u have a big luggage, I don’t suggest you to walk from Shinagawa station. Quite a distance though. But overall is good!

The location is super convenient, really close to Shinjuku-sanchome subway station. There's a Lawson just a few steps away, and you'll find Muji, Uniqlo, Isetan, and more nearby, making shopping a breeze. The room isn't huge, but it's well laid out – I had no problem opening a large suitcase. This hotel aligns with my expectations for a typical Japanese city hotel. The room was small, barely leaving enough space to open a large suitcase, but it was clean and quiet. The room was a bit small, but very clean. The subway station is right downstairs, and it's only about a 700-meter walk to Shinsaibashi. The size was really an issue though, I couldn't even open my suitcase properly. There's an Aeon supermarket downstairs, which is great for grabbing food.

I chose this hotel for my two-day trip to Tokyo Disney. The hotel and rooms are spacious, and it's very convenient to get to Disney with their shuttle bus service. It's also just a 2-minute walk from Shin-Urayasu Station.

Overall, the service was good. The room was spacious, and the shuttle bus to and from Disneyland was very convenient, taking about 15 minutes. The only downside was that the airport shuttle bus doesn't stop directly at the hotel, only near the Sheraton and a few other hotels in that area.

Staff members are very polite. That's something I will always remember. Rooms get cleaned once every 4 days so you might end up with a lot of rubbish in your bins. Space in our room wasn't used the best as we had some empty and dead space. In general, it was really pleasant experience staying in this place.

I visited during the ***** New Year and considered many stations along the Yamanote Line. I ended up choosing this place, and I really liked it. My memories of Japan will continue, thanks to the help of all the staff. Both Kanda and Akasaka were great.

Extremely well-located hotel, fewer than five minutes from Kanda station. Very near a lot of izakaya places. The neighbourhood is very busy on a Friday night, but the street the hotel is on is still very quiet.
