Tokyo, 1-7 Maihama, Urayasu, 279-0031 Urayasu, Prefektura Tiba, Yaponiya (14 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel lobby is stunning, and it's incredibly convenient to get to, with a direct bus from Haneda Airport's bus stop number 5. It's actually right next to Bayside Station on the Disney Line. Even if you miss the hotel shuttle, it's just a short walk to the Disney Line. The staff are warm and polite, and the hotel's dinner buffet is excellent value for money with a great variety of dishes. We were...
This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it’s still very clean and spacious. Even though there’s a shuttle bus from Bayside Station, the walk is only about five minutes, super convenient and quick. I also love that the room has a balcony with a slight view of both Disneyland and DisneySea. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo for Disney Resort. Highly recommend this hotel...
Extremely close to the subway, and the airport bus drops you off right at the hotel. Taxis in Tokyo are expensive, so finding a hotel with direct airport access is crucial. (Attached: how to book airport transportation from the hotel)
Good for family, the room is so big, good amenities so comfy with Disney fire work view
Great location, very convenient for getting to Disney, and the hotel breakfast is fantastic!
This is my second time staying at this hotel. The shuttle bus from Haneda Airport directly to the hotel entrance is super convenient. To get to Disneyland, you just take the free Disney shuttle from the first floor, and then hop on the Disney Resort Line monorail. This time, we could even see fireworks from our room at night!

Tokyo, 1-50-5 Oi, Shinagawa-ku (10 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It was a great experience.
The hotel condition is very good and the other service is also excellent.
I sincerely would like to recommend this hotel for business trip members.
Location is great and near train station , but to other destinations is a little far. Still very convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is generous with giving towels and water. Water is not given by default for some reason. Housekeeping is done every 3 days normally but you can request for Housekeeping. Overall it is very good value for money
The hot spring was very comfortable, I'll definitely come again.
This hotel is my go-to whenever I visit Japan. First off, it's incredibly convenient for getting around. Check-in is a breeze – quick and easy. Plus, there's a supermarket right downstairs and a department store across the street, covering all a traveler's needs for food, accommodation, and transportation. I honestly think it's fantastic!
This is my second stay here, and it offers great value for money. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and shopping. The hotel provides a luggage room for guests to store their bags. There are hot springs open to the public on the 3rd and 4th floors; hotel guests can get a ticket for 500 JPY, while the public price is 1500 JPY. With the current favorable exchange rate, that's only about...
Good location, 2 min walk from JR Oimachi station. In front of station, there is Keikyu airport bus to Haneda airport ( from oimacho JPY 650).
Room quite small for single type if you bring 2 suitcases.
So many shops like 100 yen shop and drug store
Very satisfied..

Hotel room all good, location a bit far from station.
The best!!!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great price, good location. The room facilities are excellent, and there's space for luggage. Breakfast is good, though the dining area is a bit small, but you'll manage. (There are 100 other places to eat nearby anyway.) To get the elevator to your floor, you need to tap your card every time. You can only go to floors 1, 2 (for the o-furo bath and laundry), or your own floor. So, if your companions...
Location is good, 8 minutes away from a Tokyo Metro station and less than 20 from the Yamanote line and Bus Express Station. The best from the hotel is the fact it offers onsen for free in their facilities! A Family Mart and a Donki are in front of it. Rooms are small, but as they are in the APAs. Whenever I stay in Tokyo I choose this one, close to Kabukicho’s busy night life with fantastic workers...
This hotel is strategically located in the heart of Shinjuku, approximately 10 minutes away from Shinjuku Station. It is also very close to Kabukicho, which is approximately a 5-minute walk away. Convenience stores like Lawson and Family Mart are a stone's throw away, and there are many restaurants in the vicinity. However, we were surprised that instead of Japanese restaurants, we were surrounded...
Very small room, nothing more to say. Location is not that near than expected to the subway.

Very close to Shinagawa Station, just a 3-minute walk, making it super convenient for getting around. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's small but has everything you need! I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Tokyo.
The hotel is incredibly close to the station, and Shinagawa Station is a major transportation hub for both the airport and Shinkansen, which probably explains why it's so popular. They've incorporated a lot of self-service options.
Good location, staff nice and helpful
The location is super convenient, right across from JR Shinagawa Station, and it only takes 20 minutes to get to Haneda Airport. The self-check-in system was a bit finicky; it insisted on a domestic address to complete the process, but there was staff available to help. There's a shopping mall, convenience stores, and restaurants right next to the hotel. The 7-Eleven even offers tax refunds. On B1...
Everything went well, check-in and check-out were quick, and cleaning was done every day. There's a coffee machine in the room.
I stayed here again this year. It's right across the street from the Takanawa Exit of Shinagawa Station, in the East Tower. You can check yourself in and out, which is convenient. I stay here often for business trips, mainly because it's close to Haneda Airport and makes transferring to various train lines really easy. If you book in advance, the room rates are quite reasonable. I've tried to book...

Tokyo, 2-7-2 Nishi-Shinjuku (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
This is an older luxury hotel located on the quieter side of Shinjuku. It has a beautiful lobby, and there's a fantastic Japanese restaurant on the second floor. The hotel is conveniently located near the Tocho-mae subway station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though not particularly spacious. The breakfast is excellent.
This is hands down the worst Hyatt I've ever stayed at in Japan. I checked in on the 20th, and on the evening of the 22nd, while packing my bags, I found a receipt next to the bed. I initially thought it was mine and didn't pay much attention. Later, I discovered a used feminine hygiene product under the bed. When I looked at the receipt again, it was dated the 17th. None of these items belonged to...
Love the Christmas decor and there is direct limousine bus to the hotel. But it is not near to major stations will stay if deal is good
Excellent! The airport shuttle bus goes directly to the hotel, and the service is very attentive. There's also a shuttle bus from the hotel to Shinjuku Station, so all in all, it's incredibly convenient.
The room appeared to be over 25 square meters, but for exact measurements, refer to the hotel description. The furniture and lighting in the room were tastefully designed, combining wood and metal elements. The bathroom had the visual effect of stone, though I didn't confirm the actual material. Ventilation in the room was excellent, and it stayed warm even in winter. The room was cleaned thoroughly...
The room was decent, nothing fancy like a minibar, probably because it was recently renovated. Overall, it's okay, though there was a fair bit of dust on the linens. But for a business hotel, it's good; cleanliness is key. The room offered a view of Mount Fuji, and the location is excellent with a subway station right downstairs. Tokyo, 4-8-1 Shibakoen Minato-ku (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Facilities: We got an upgraded room, which was a newer model. It had a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, which was nice.
Cleanliness: Good.
Environment: The new tower feels much better than the old facilities.
Service: The attitude was okay, pretty much what you'd expect for the price.
Complimentary Executive Lounge Access: Didn't have any time to use it! 😂
The hotel in the famous shiba park, very close to Tokyo station. We were there for tokyo marathon weekend, unfortunately the free train ticket inside the bib package cannot use in the train line next to the hotel. We are blocked out from the station entry gate. It seems only Tokyo metro lines can use this ticket but none of them running next to our hotel. So sad. After running we have to walk long...
I booked and paid for Club Lounge access at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo while traveling with my family and young child, expecting service consistent with a premium property.
Breakfast hours were stated as 7:00–11:00, and we arrived within that timeframe. At the time, there were no hot breakfast options suitable for children — only raw salmon, toast, and a small selection of pastries. When we asked...
Successfully checked in to The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, right next to Shiba Park and under the Tokyo Tower! 🗼

I traveled a long way specifically for this hotel, only for the front desk to give me a low-floor room with absolutely no Tokyo Tower view. Very disappointing! Isn't the whole point of coming here to see and take photos of the Tokyo Tower? The room size is quite large for Tokyo standards. In the Minato Ward area, there aren't any convenience stores right below the hotel; you have to walk back to the...
I heard it was recently renovated, so I came to check it out. I opted for a corner king room, which I loved, especially since the bathroom had a window. Currently, breakfast is only served on the 33rd floor, so it's quite easy to find it fully booked. You can enjoy the tower view while waiting. The room was clean and tidy, equipped with a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, and even an air purifier. The mattress had just the right amount of firmness. The only downside is that it's a bit small; if you have large luggage, I'd suggest considering a bigger room type.
clean and comfortabl. Very close to Dome
Very satisfied. The breakfast was great, mainly Western style.
The location of the hotel is very close to Lidabashi Station. Therefore, travelling across the city by railway is very convenient. The hotel premises and room are very clean. Stayed in the east wing, the facility was a little outdated. The shampoo and body wash were so bad, that made my skin so dry and my hair so fuzzy.
This is a fantastic hotel, just a 2-3 minute walk from the subway station, and a 7-minute walk to the JR line. Excellent stay with free transport to Disneyland. For Disneysea, you have to take the shuttle bus to Bayside station and change one line. Overall, highly recommended.
Stayed here to attend Disneyland for 2 days and 3 nights. Booked the comfort room, excellent size. Great staff and breakfast was included. Wide range of buffet selection for breakfast.
The room wasn't particularly impressive, and my kids were a bit disappointed. At night, it was too hot to use the blanket, and I suddenly woke up feeling bugs crawling on my leg! It scared me wide awake, utterly despairing 😞
Booked this hotel for a Disney family vacation and absolutely loved it! Staff was always so courteous and polite. Rooms were always clean as well as their restrooms. Also came with resturaunts that opened at 630 am for early breakfast, convenience store and souvenir shop. All in one! Also located near a 7-11 and a local mall. However the best part is it has a free shuttle to and back from Disneyland...
The guy who checked us in was super attentive and friendly. The room was fine for two people, but might be a bit small for more. Downstairs, there's a convenience store, vending machines, and even some Disney cookies. The shuttle bus to the loop monorail Bay Station and Disneyland was really convenient. Overall, it was pretty good.
The accommodation was comfortable and clean, with a rich and varied breakfast. There was also plenty of parking available. The check-in process took a bit of time, but I think it would be much smoother if you avoided the peak Disney park entry and exit times. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from both the Garden and Ocean parks, making transportation easy.

The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, where I stayed for the Tokyo Marathon, was absolutely amazing! I can confidently say this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Tokyo, hands down!

I booked this hotel for the 2026 Tokyo Marathon. Its location is incredibly convenient, with multiple subway lines within a 500-meter radius. The famous Tokyo Tower is right behind the hotel. Best of all, there are direct subway lines to both the start and finish lines of the Tokyo Marathon, so no transfers are needed.
Aside from being a bit far from all the subway stations, everything else was great. You can see Tokyo Tower, and the courtyard is quite spacious. It's also right next to Zojoji Temple, Tokyo's second-largest temple. The hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained, and getting a 20-square-meter room for around 1000 yuan offers really good value for money.
The hotel's location is indeed excellent, very close to Tokyo Tower. My room had a perfect view of the entire Tokyo Tower, and the hotel breakfast was also of very good quality. The only minor drawback is that the facilities are a bit old, but otherwise, everything was satisfactory.
The Tokyo Tower is right outside the window, just a 5-minute walk away, which is super convenient for getting around. The breakfast was excellent!
Sitting, eating, and enjoying the view 💕 Huge thanks to the hotel for upgrading us for two nights to a room where we could see Tokyo Tower right from our bed! 🙇♀️ Even more special was getting to see the Tokyo Tower lit up in white and pink. Such a historic hotel, thumbs up! 👍

Location: nothing beats this, located within walking distance to Shinjuku JR stations and a metro station right beside. Very near to Takashimaya Times Square and all walking streets of Shinjuku.

All staff have good standard of English with high quality service. Highly recommended!
This time I came to Tokyo for a company team-building trip, and we chose Shinjuku for its convenient shopping. The hotel was incredibly convenient! Great central hotel in the heart of Shinjuku’s nightlife and transport links. The location made it very easy to get around Tokyo. Rooms were on the smaller side but comfortable for our stay. We really enjoyed the tasty beef curry at the buffet dinner. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout.

I was attending an exhibition in Odaiba, and it was just a 3-stop ride on the Yurikamome Line, then a 2-minute walk from the station exit on the same level to the hotel lobby. 2. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly, and they speak English.
3. Fresh towels, toothbrushes, and other toiletries are provided daily.
4. The male and female dorms and shower areas are...
A decent capsule hotel with everything you need, compactly arranged.
The pod for sleeping is cozy for 1 night or 2 max because it’s tiny but it does the work ! The sauna and showers are very nice! There’s the temperature for each shower and great explanation of what to do on the wall. Overall i enjoyed my short stay !
The beds are decent, and there's a fan above each bed. They provide fresh toiletries daily. The only slight inconvenience is that even if you're staying multiple nights, you have to fully check out by 11 AM each day. You can store your luggage in the storage room on each floor, but it's a bit small, so you can't open your suitcase there. Other than that, everything else was quite satisfactory.
The capsule look a bit old but the toilet is very clean. There are private showers, open showers, and a sauna which is fantastic. However, there’s no lift from the ground level to the lobby, so you’ll need to use the stairs. But from the lobby to the dormitory, there is a lift available. The location is great, close to Uniqlo and the metro station. Overall, it was a really good experience.

The hallway was dirty, and there was a lot of dust around the windows.
Thank you! I'll be using your services again next time.
Located in Shinagawa, central location, staff were very helpful, room was comfortable, overall great.
It was conveniently located near Takanawa Gateway Station. Perfect for business!
The hotel is conveniently located near Shinagawa Station on the Shinkansen line. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities.
The amenities were all there and the hot spring was really nice, but there was an unused toothpick in the room which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
