The location is quite easy to find, near the tram station. If you follow Google Maps, it's about a 5 to 7-minute walk. The room layout is decent; it's perfect if you're traveling solo, but it might feel a bit cramped for two people, as Japanese rooms are generally on the smaller side.

I was assigned a runway-facing room, which was a bit odd, being L-shaped. The location is very convenient; you can walk to both Ginza and Tokyo Station. However, it's a bit pricey.

Good quiet location away from the super busy Tokyo Stn which is a 10 minutes walk. Staff are friendly and the hotel has a nice lounge for resting and some coffee & biscuit snacks. Only letdown is the weak and slow internet connection in the room... hope they can improve on it. Overall, it has been a very good and pleasant stay for us... Will come back again.

Rooms in Tokyo are generally a bit on the smaller side, but this one was still perfectly adequate. The location is super convenient, about 900m from Tokyo Station. There's a 7-Eleven just a two-minute walk downstairs, and it's really close to the subway entrance, making it incredibly easy to go shopping in Ginza.

First time we stayed in this hotel and explored the location which is surrounded by good restaurants and convenience stores. We like the area and the hotel room is decent. It will be great if the hotel has onsen facilities.

Hotel is just outside the train station and behind the main tourist spots. Very convenient and service is good.

First time staying at Tokyo and not very familiar with Tokyo hotel room size. The room has a queen size bed and still has space to open luggage wide. If you booking 2 x double room, please do expect your room will be at separate floor as staff told us they only have 1 double room at each floor. Location cannot be better with 7-11 and Ichiran right beside the hotel, Mcd and many drug stores and eateries...

The service was excellent, and the room was very clean. The shampoo really stood out to me; it was fantastic and lathered up so much with just a tiny bit. This place offers incredible value for money, is close to the subway, and you can walk to Senso-ji Temple and the market in just two minutes. Super high value for money, highly recommend!

This hotel is conveniently located near Suidobashi Station, making it easy to get around. The surrounding area is also great for exploring, with many old bookstores in Jinbocho and plenty of izakayas. Do take the staircase beside the hotel from the metro is stairs. You need to go to the A4 exit for the lift if you have heavy luggage. Generally good. 7 eleven beside. Got some restaurants open till 11. There is a supermarket opposite Denny with good prices for water. If you are there on Sunday there is a Sunday market near the hotel.

Very nice place and convenient for the person who have the early flight at Haneda

They have a free, open-air hot spring bath, which is amazing! I always choose this place as my last stop on business trips. It's really close to the airport, and the hotel even offers a free shuttle bus.

Opted for the more affordable new building with a balcony, and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, offering a distant view of Disneyland. We booked two rooms in total. It seems the pricier main building might not even be as well-equipped as this one. My family was a bit puzzled by that!

A bit far and reception did not inform us of bus rides available. Maybe lost in translation but love the balcony and availability for microwave and free lotions for the winter. The room offered great views of the Imperial Palace and Mount Fuji 🗻, which was a nice touch. The executive lounge overlooked the stunning Tokyo night view 🌃. It's also conveniently located, making it quick to get to Ginza and other Tokyo shopping areas, with plenty of popular local eateries nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located with several subway lines right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious, and the view facing the Imperial Palace is quite expansive. The only minor drawback is that the bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but everything else was excellent.

Fair location, simple bus or train from Tokyo station and easy to access other areas via subway.  Staff at front desk are fair and manage English quite well.  Rooms are small but what you expect. I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple times a year for the last 2-3 years. Location is great, rooms are a bit bigger than some I’ve stayed in in Japan, with a little bench in addition to the bed. Location is great, close to everything but a more peaceful street. Only tip is to ask for a non-smoking room if you don’t smoke.

The room was actually quite spacious for Tokyo, and the view was also excellent.

It was great to have such a smooth check-in and check-out process. However, there were no amenities, so you need to bring your own. The plug in the bathtub was broken, so the water drained out, and the sink stopper was also broken. But it was quiet, which was nice.
