The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped. The price was quite reasonable, especially considering it was close to New Year's. The hotel is right across from the train station, making transportation super convenient. It's only one stop away from Akihabara, and even when I came back late at night, there were 24-hour chain restaurants nearby for food.

Everything was great, but it's a bit too close to the subway, and the 'morning call' (from the subway) was a fixed feature.

It's an older and very basic hotel. It's ok just to stay a night with a comfortable bed and a hot shower but don't expect for anything else extra. I can't even find a garbage can inside the room. Front counter service was excellent though. For what's available I think it's a little bit over priced. Another plus it's just right across a JR train station.

Location was good. Room was small and clean. No water or tea/coffee in the room. Aircon did not work and it was warm on my first night. Opening the window was not an option! The breakfast was ok. 2 bottles of water were left outside my door the next day!

The hotel is conveniently located in the Shinjuku area, making it easy to commute to many places in Tokyo. There is also a water refilling station on our floor, which is a nice and impressive touch.

Great location, with a convenience store and plenty of food options downstairs. Don Quijote is right next door, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Ginza's main street. The subway station isn't far either. My favorite part was the massage chair in the room – it gives a full body massage, which is incredibly relaxing after a long day of exploring!

The room felt a bit smaller than expected and storage space for luggage was limited. On the positive side, the bathroom was spacious and the location is great. Front desk service was great overall.

This time I booked the Ginza branch, which is conveniently located right west of GSIX. It's surrounded by high-end shopping malls, convenience stores, drugstores, and long-standing restaurants – everything you could need! I especially loved the 3rd-floor lobby area. It's a really versatile and useful space with the front desk, scenic waiting area, restrooms, a smoking room, and a bar.

This hotel is in the heart of Ginza and it’s just right next to the Ginza six shopping mall. Walking to the nearest metro station is only 3 mins and easy to transfer to any place in Tokyo. But the size of room is small. It’s difficult for 2 people with 2 large suitcases to stay in one room.

This hotel has a great resort-like feel. All the staff are fluent in English (I barely saw any Asian staff at the front desk or in the restaurant). The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety for an à la carte hotel. The valet parking, housekeeping, and front office restaurant service were all excellent. Highly recommend!

The lobby lounge has a fantastic ambiance, with a floor-to-ceiling window offering views of Tokyo Tower. I stayed there and had drinks in the lounge both nights. It was a really great experience, and I hope to visit again.

The location is fantastic, super convenient for shopping, and there are lots of small restaurants nearby. The room is a bit small and the facilities are a bit old. Toiletries need to be picked up from the lobby, and the towels are quite old, but everything is very clean with no strange odors.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi offers an excellent stay with unbeatable convenience- just 5-7 mins from Tokyo Station. I was assigned a runway-facing room, which was a bit odd, being L-shaped. The location is very convenient; you can walk to both Ginza and Tokyo Station. However, it's a bit pricey.

Good quiet location away from the super busy Tokyo Stn which is a 10 minutes walk. Staff are friendly and the hotel has a nice lounge for resting and some coffee & biscuit snacks. Only letdown is the weak and slow internet connection in the room... hope they can improve on it. Overall, it has been a very good and pleasant stay for us... Will come back again.

I've stayed here a few times and it's a reliable no frills business hotel. Average size room for Japan, staff efficient, very well located (worth noting that some rooms face the railway tracks, though sound insulation is pretty good).

Do take the staircase beside the hotel from the metro is stairs. You need to go to the A4 exit for the lift if you have heavy luggage. Generally good. 7 eleven beside. Got some restaurants open till 11. There is a supermarket opposite Denny with good prices for water. If you are there on Sunday there is a Sunday market near the hotel.

Opted for the more affordable new building with a balcony, and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, offering a distant view of Disneyland. We booked two rooms in total. A bit far and reception did not inform us of bus rides available. Maybe lost in translation but love the balcony and availability for microwave and free lotions for the winter. This hotel is conveniently located near Suidobashi Station, making it easy to get around. The surrounding area is also great for exploring, with many old bookstores in Jinbocho and plenty of izakayas. First time staying at Tokyo and not very familiar with Tokyo hotel room size. The room has a queen size bed and still has space to open luggage wide. If you booking 2 x double room, please do expect your room will be at separate floor as staff told us they only have 1 double room at each floor. Location cannot be better with 7-11 and Ichiran right beside the hotel, Mcd and many drug stores and eateries...

The service was excellent, and the room was very clean. The shampoo really stood out to me; it was fantastic and lathered up so much with just a tiny bit. This place offers incredible value for money, is close to the subway, and you can walk to Senso-ji Temple and the market in just two minutes. Super high value for money, highly recommend!

This is our second times in the year staying at The Strings Shinagawa. Strongly recommended! Very convenient location for food and transportation.

The room offered great views of the Imperial Palace and Mount Fuji 🗻, which was a nice touch. The executive lounge overlooked the stunning Tokyo night view 🌃. It's also conveniently located, making it quick to get to Ginza and other Tokyo shopping areas, with plenty of popular local eateries nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located with several subway lines right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious, and the view facing the Imperial Palace is quite expansive. The only minor drawback is that the bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but everything else was excellent.

Fair location, simple bus or train from Tokyo station and easy to access other areas via subway.  Staff at front desk are fair and manage English quite well.  Rooms are small but what you expect. Bed clothes are terribly dated and stained. Mattress are terrible, springs feeling through the top and very thin and uncomfortable. Do not recommend for this reason.
