Everything about the hotel was great. It's about a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station (JR Narita Express) with a large suitcase. However, this is the second time I've experienced an unexpected train delay on the Narita Express, and I almost missed my flight! I recommend not cutting it too close when booking train tickets.

It is my third time staying in this hotel. Excellent location and convenient to everywhere. However, I was not told that there is a construction site (demolishing an old building) right opposite to my room and it is extremely noisy every morning sharp at 9am. Right next to Shinjuku Station, it's super close to the subway, JR, and bus terminal. The hotel lobby is on the 20th floor, and you can access a pedestrian bridge from the 2nd floor to walk to Takashimaya or Harajuku Station. Honestly, it's incredibly convenient! I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is fantastic. You can reach the Shinjuku Station New South Exit in just a few minutes from the second floor. It was pretty good. Very close to Tokyo Tower. Self check-in and check-out were convenient, and there were staff available to assist. The facilities are complete, and there are washing machines on the 17th and 18th floors. The view outside the window is beautiful, but the ice machine has stains, which is unpleasant to look at. I am a fan of mitsui garden hotels in tokyo and the roppongi chain is the third mitsui’s for me following ginza and kyobashi chains. Checked in around 2 PM on arrival day, but didn't get my room key until past 4 PM! On check-out day, after lunch, I went to retrieve my luggage after 12 PM, only to find my room key didn't work. The floor attendant spent ages on the phone but couldn't help me open the door. I had to go all the way back down to the front desk and deal with that hassle for quite a while. This hotel is super conveniently located between Shimbashi and Yurakucho, with tons of food options nearby. Ginza is just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a Lawson and 7-Eleven right across the street. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo.
