Just a two or three-minute walk from the Yurikamome Line's Shijo-mae Station, this hotel feels a cut above your average JAL City property. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed, complete with complimentary bottled water and a capsule coffee machine. It's also conveniently close to Toyosu Market and teamLab. Breakfast was quite good.

The facilities are complete, and there are washing machines on the 17th and 18th floors. The view outside the window is beautiful, but the ice machine has stains, which is unpleasant to look at. The transportation is convenient, with a bus stop right outside. The service attitude is good, but the areas where the ice machines and beverage cabinets are located on each floor need daily cleaning.

Everything about the hotel was great. It's about a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station (JR Narita Express) with a large suitcase. The value for money isn't great. The interior feels on par with a domestic Atour hotel, but it's nearly 2500 [currency]. Hotels in Tokyo are so expensive! During cherry blossom season, it was crowded. We even had to take a number to queue for breakfast, but we didn't wait long, only about 10 minutes. The only real advantage is its proximity to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.

It was pretty good. Very close to Tokyo Tower. Self check-in and check-out were convenient, and there were staff available to assist. I am a fan of mitsui garden hotels in tokyo and the roppongi chain is the third mitsui’s for me following ginza and kyobashi chains.
