Hotel JAL City Tokyo Toyosu, Tokyo1 / 28

Tokyo, 6-4-20 Toyosu, Koto-ku (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Very bright and clean. Convenient for getting around.
Just a two or three-minute walk from the Yurikamome Line's Shijo-mae Station, this hotel feels a cut above your average JAL City property. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed, complete with complimentary bottled water and a capsule coffee machine. It's also conveniently close to Toyosu Market and teamLab. Breakfast was quite good.
The room was quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It was also very clean. I'm very satisfied.
Recommend for family trip! Very spacious hotel room. My kids enjoy the room very much! It located 5 minutes walk to metro station, very near to Lalaport, which is a very big mall for family and kids. Got good restaurants and kidzonia. Also near to the new fish market, worth to have a walk and try out the food.
The breakfast selection is rich and tastes good. There's a self-service breakfast restaurant downstairs, and also a convenience store, so you can grab a quick bite or have a full meal. The room is clean, and check-in was easy. The location is near the Shijo-mae Station on the Yurikamome line, which is very convenient for attending exhibitions. It's well-suited for business trips; the price is a bit...
Very new, modern and cozy hotel, room size bigger than normal Tokyo hotels. Comes with Carpark right below hotel, ¥1500 per night for hotel guests.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise during my recent stay! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm and elegant atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. The room was spacious and bright, decorated in a modern yet tasteful style. The bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. What truly stands out is the hotel's excellent location – within walking distance to several popular...
It's hard to imagine that a hotel room costing over 8000 yuan per night would have unstable shower water temperature... I complained about it at check-out.
The hotel's location is top-notch, with direct access to the Hibiya Line right downstairs and the Imperial Palace East Garden next door. It's incredibly convenient for exploring Ginza. The room was also very spacious and luxurious, and the walk-in closet was a good size and very practical. The service was even more exceptional; from check-in to check-out, guests felt warmly welcomed. Absolutely fantastic...
Service provided was very good, friendly staff and very clean room!
Booked for a friend of mine. She has stayed in this hotel several times and has only compliments for the excellent service provided by all the staff in the hotel. My friend misplaced her earrings upon check out and when we called the hotel, the housekeeping staff found the earrings and safe kept it for my friend. Excellent service! Will definitely recommend.
This was my first time staying at The Peninsula Tokyo, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we began corresponding with the hotel before arrival, the team made it clear that this was going to be a special stay. I had reached out in advance as this was an important trip for our family, and the team – especially Ms. Kim – went above and beyond to help organise everything smoothly...

The hotel's location is excellent, just about a five-minute walk from Asakusa Subway Station, with a Life supermarket nearby. The hotel service was exceptionally good. On the day we checked in, it was snowing heavily, and several receptionists at the hotel entrance helped us with our luggage and carefully wiped it clean. Check-in was also very smooth. The breakfast area offers views of the Skytree...
The hotel is super conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Senso-ji Temple. Asakusa Station is right outside, making transfers a breeze. The view is absolutely stunning, with the Tokyo Skytree right outside my window – it truly feels like something out of an anime!
Small single room but with a nice view of sky tree. Breakfast was not included, but was delicious and varied. Very close to Asakusa’s bustling activity and cultural beauty. The area is safe and not as crowded as Shinjuku or Ginza areas. Is a great part of Tokyo to use as your homebase.
The location was awesome as it is close to the tourist spots and restaurants. The room has an overlooking view of the Tokyo Skytree. There are nearby halal restaurants as well. Amenities are ready including the sleepwear. They offer baggage transfer if you plan to travel to different location in Japan. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The 14th floor offers a perfect view! The room directly faces Senso-ji Temple and the Tokyo Skytree, which are beautiful both in the morning and at night. The location is convenient, with Senso-ji Temple's Kaminarimon Gate right downstairs and a bus stop nearby. Although the subway station is a bit of a walk, there are many shops and convenience stores on the ground floor. The front desk staff are...

Exceeded all expectations! Beautiful property, spotless accommodations, and outstanding service. Convenient location with easy access to attractions. Worth every penny!
The staffs are friendly and and we had a good view of Tokyo city during our stay!
The facilities are complete, and there are washing machines on the 17th and 18th floors. The view outside the window is beautiful, but the ice machine has stains, which is unpleasant to look at. The transportation is convenient, with a bus stop right outside. The service attitude is good, but the areas where the ice machines and beverage cabinets are located on each floor need daily cleaning.
The room wasn't huge, but it was pretty standard for a Japanese-style room, and we were comfortable in the triple room they assigned us. The location is fantastic – quiet but still central. It's not far from Ginza, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. Within a kilometer, you have access to five subway lines: the Namboku, Marunouchi, Ginza, Hanzomon, and Yurakucho lines, making getting around incredibly convenient
Good service, Good view, perfect potion across 5 subway line, that have luggage service for the last day.
I stayed here for three nights and it was pretty good. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel isn't too far from the metro station, about a 10-minute walk. There's a laundry room, and a convenience store right across the street, which is quite handy. Plus, there are plenty of coffee shops nearby for breakfast, which is a big plus!

Everything about the hotel was great. It's about a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station (JR Narita Express) with a large suitcase. However, this is the second time I've experienced an unexpected train delay on the Narita Express, and I almost missed my flight! I recommend not cutting it too close when booking train tickets.
Great location but as a lot of construction nearby, it made the journey from the train station to hotel not easy. Room is spacious and with a beautiful Japanese garden.
We are a family of 4 stayed there for 6 nights. The hotel is dated but well maintained. Generally satisfactory. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable. We could sense that the mattresses were quite old. Out of the 3 beds, only one is merely ok. One below par and one is bad. The bad bed gave you a very uncomfortable backache the next day. We complained to the hotel the next day. They changed the...

I stayed here with my friends for a luxurious 'hokansu' (hotel vacation). The bathroom was spacious, and having two large mirrors made it really convenient for us girls to get ready. We had a delightful stay at the Palace Hotel. The room is spotless and amenities are ample and good quality. We didnt dine at the hotel as we like to go to exploring and there are ample good quality restaurants closeby.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Tokyo Station, making it super convenient for getting around. The prices are usually very reasonable too. I really enjoyed the room with a terrace – the view was incredible as there was nothing obstructing it.
Easily my favourite hotel in Tokyo and in my top 3 globally! The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the staff are some of the best I’ve ever encountered and the breakfast is industry-standard setting in a continent that cares a great deal about breakfast!
Very disappointing Spa facilities for ladies. Only a warm (38 °C) marble sauna. The male facilities have a proper dry sauna and jacuzzi. Also, while visiting the Chinese restaurant, we ordered their 1/4 duck, but the rolls were only made with the Duck skin. We were told they dispose of the Duck meat. Crazy! The value for money isn't great. The interior feels on par with a domestic Atour hotel, but it's nearly 2500 [currency]. Hotels in Tokyo are so expensive! During cherry blossom season, it was crowded. We even had to take a number to queue for breakfast, but we didn't wait long, only about 10 minutes. The only real advantage is its proximity to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.
Great location, very convenient to the National Stadium, and the surroundings are beautiful. The accommodation itself is quiet and comfortable, and I particularly loved the large balcony in the room.
A beautiful hotel! The rooms are a bit small, but they come with a large balcony offering amazing views. There's also a rooftop observation deck where I enjoyed a spectacular night view of Tokyo. If the weather is good, you can even see Mount Fuji in the morning. The location is excellent, and the service is top-notch. The front desk staff speak fluent English, and there were many Western guests. I...
I stayed at the Mitsui Garden Hotel specifically for a concert. The National Stadium is right across the street, and I could even see it from my balcony. Once the concert started, I could hear it clearly from my room. The hotel is conveniently located, with a subway station just a left turn outside the entrance. If you walk through the small garden next to the hotel, there's a Starbucks in the hospital...
I chose this hotel because it's directly opposite the New National Theatre, as I was here for a concert. The environment is lovely, and the location is super convenient. Plus, there's a hot spring! Every night after a day of shopping, I'd go soak in the onsen to relax and relieve my fatigue.
I chose this hotel for my trip to see TWICE's concert at the New National Stadium, and it was incredibly convenient, just across the road from the venue. The hotel staff were skilled and had excellent attitudes, especially the front desk receptionist who assisted with check-in. The attached photo shows the hotel's main entrance with the stadium visible in the distance, for your reference.

Right at the T3 departure level, which is super convenient. The room was spacious, and since I booked a premium floor, I even got a glimpse of Mount Fuji from afar, plus complimentary soft drinks. Breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but what they offered was very high quality.
Clean hotel conveniently located right at haneda airport terminal 3! Rooms were a bit outdated but still maintained cleanly. Would love if more stuff like face wash etc were provided for convenience.
Very convenient hotel just inside the Terminal 3. Walk less than 100m to check in for flight. Walk about 400m to train or bus station. But not convenient if have car bcos cannot drive to entrance or hotel lobby. Need to drop luggage at terminal 3 entrance or terminal 3 car park and walk to hotel.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is great. It's super convenient, less than 10 meters from the subway exit. They have everything you could possibly need, so you don't have to bring a thing. I had a wonderful stay!
The room was okay, but the space around the bed was too cramped, with no separation in the middle, making it feel a bit tight. As for cleanliness, there were fruit pits left by the previous guest right where the slippers are kept, which really grossed me out. I hope they can be more thorough with their checks. Thanks!
Location: Excellent! It's right by one of the Hanzomon Line's termini, Exit 5, just 20 meters from the hotel. After a long day of sightseeing, it's great to have the subway drop you directly at the entrance. Plus, it's super convenient for getting anywhere. The transportation is super convenient, with a subway station right downstairs, making it easy to get to nearby malls. For a family of two adults and two children, the room size and price are quite good for Japan. The main reason we chose this location is that we needed to visit both the city center and Tokyo Disney, and this spot perfectly balances both.
Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Rinkai Line, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, especially to Disney. The hotel is conveniently located near Ariake Station on the Yurikamome Line, making transportation easy. The room was clean and tidy, but felt a bit small. The Western-style breakfast buffet offered a decent selection. Overall, I think this hotel is more suitable for business travelers.

It was pretty good. Very close to Tokyo Tower. Self check-in and check-out were convenient, and there were staff available to assist. The room was quite small, and they didn't provide complimentary bottled water. Housekeeping only came every three days, and the breakfast was just okay – pretty standard stuff. On the plus side, the Tokyo Tower is nearby, and the location is quite central.
We booked 6nights there. Personally, I think the locations are suitable for someone who preferred quiet sleeping area and accessible to the trains. If you gonna ride yamanote line to Shinjuku or Shibuya, it will take around 10minutes walk to the station ( 1km ) but if you take the subway, there are 2 stations nearby which are so accessible to many tourist attractions like Ginza, Asakusa. The facilities were minimal and clean.
The location was great and the staff was very polite.
Overall, it's very good and clean, except the storage space is a bit small.
It's right next to Kanda Station, and being a women-only facility gives you a sense of security. Depending on the time of day, the lockers can get crowded and full of people unpacking their suitcases. The capsule is spacious, so I was able to sleep soundly.
the locker is on first floor ree so we have to up n down to get our things, they don't provide you a toothbrush if u don't ask for it, when you leave your luggage you even can't use the toilet even you have reservations there
I just wanted to experience the capsule room. It felt quite spacious. The hotel provided earplugs but I didn't use them. Maybe I was tired after walking all day and didn't hear any sound. However, the price was a bit high. If two people were together, it would be more convenient and private to find an ordinary hotel.

Room is adequately big enough for our family of 3.  Located near to subway stations and shopping cum restaurants.
First time we stayed in this hotel and explored the location which is surrounded by good restaurants and convenience stores. We like the area and the hotel room is decent. It will be great if the hotel has onsen facilities.

A truly excellent experience. From the guest rooms to the lobby, all the services made guests feel right at home. The hotel is luxurious, elegant, and comfortably warm. I will definitely be coming back.
The room facilities were all great, and the outdoor courtyard even had a beautiful evening performance. However, there were only two restaurants available without a reservation, and the à la carte options were limited and a bit pricey. Since we had an early morning flight on our second day, only one restaurant was open for breakfast, and the selection was quite limited.
Staying at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, which blends a century-old Japanese garden with lavish decor, was an experience of a unique 'urban oasis' environment, exceptional service, and rich culture. The garden views are stunning, with mist released at various times, creating a dreamlike 'sea of clouds' effect. The rooms are spacious, combining European classical style with subtle Japanese aesthetic details...
The most undervalued 5 star hotel in Tokyo. It has everything youd expect from a 5 star and service is impeccable
The room was spacious with a lovely view of the Japanese-style garden, which was very picturesque and not too crowded. The environment was excellent. Getting to Shinjuku by bus was very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The only minor downsides were that it's a bit of a walk to the subway, about ten minutes, and there's an uphill slope. Otherwise, everything was great
This is my second stay at Hotel Chinzanso this year. It's an established hotel with excellent service and beautiful surroundings. The only downside is that transportation isn't very convenient, but it's incredibly quiet. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I am a fan of mitsui garden hotels in tokyo and the roppongi chain is the third mitsui’s for me following ginza and kyobashi chains. My husband and I were very happy with the room layout and the overall service. We even received pastries and small gifts for our New Year's Day check-in. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Tokyo.
I come to Tokyo several times a year, staying a fortnight or more each time. This time I spent seven nights at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu. The room faced Hie Shrine. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows I could see the shrine's copper roof and half of Tokyo's skyline. The décor was modern without excess; the layout flowed easily, Bose speakers hidden in the walls, another set in the bathroom ceiling...

The environment is beautiful and overall very comfortable.
The hotel is quite new, though the rooms are a bit small. There's a convenience store on the basement level, which is super handy, and another one right next to the hotel. A bus stop is also just a short walk away, which is very convenient.

The room was clean and tidy. While it was a bit small, it was perfectly adequate for a solo traveler. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo.
Great area to stay in, the business district is quiet and not terribly busy. Great to decompress at the end of the day away from the busy hubs. Our room was comfortable with plenty of space for two. The 7/11 in the basement is wildly convenient. Would stay again.
