It's near the BTS, not very big, but it's not crowded for two people. I really like it.

There's often a long wait for the washing machines, and the management isn't very effective. Sometimes, clothes are left in the machines long after they're done, and when I asked the staff for help, they seemed quite reluctant.

Location wise can be abit far from station (12 minute walk), nearest is the Tozai Line. May be a hassle to get to intended attractions because a lot of train switching needed. Room is clean and bed to nice to sleep on, staff is friendly and helpful speaking fluent English. They offer a free simple breakfast as well if that's useful.

Although the room was a bit small, it was very clean. Toyoko Inn has been a well-established brand for many years, always located conveniently in the city center, not far from various attractions. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, and they even offer free breakfast in the morning. Absolutely great value for money!

Amazing location and service, staff at the front were very friendly. Everyone complain about returning key when you go out, but it doesn't take a lot of time whether you put it in a box or returning it at the front when you come back — so no worries. This time, my friend needed to send me a package, and I really appreciate that the hotel held it for me from the 9th to the 13th.

This hotel is excellent! The location is superb, right in the heart of Ikebukuro. There are plenty of vending machines and convenience stores nearby, and it's surrounded by anime and manga shops. I almost always choose Toyoko Inn when I visit, and this one is very close to Senso-ji Temple with convenience stores all around. It's just a block's walk from Asakusabashi. On the first floor, there are vending machines, a free coffee machine, hot and cold water dispensers, an ice maker, and plenty of charging outlets. They also offer free luggage storage.

Conveniently located, if you're not in a hurry, the Toei line at Asakusabashi Station right outside is super handy for getting to both Haneda and Narita airports. I booked early, so this price was a really great deal for this time of year.

Hotel is close to Akihabara and Shinjuku. Check in was quick and front desk staff very friendly. Free coffee in the reception area the whole day. The room is super tiny. Once u open the bath room door cannot open main door vice versa. Hardly any space to put luggage and the window face a wall as good as no window because not a shred of sunlight can get into the room.!Yet they sell the room as with window!

Have stayed at Andaz Tokyo for multiple times since 2015. It is still my favorite hotel. This time everything was just perfect. Friendly staff, comfortable room and well thought design. Will definitely stay again soon.

It's pretty good, quite comparable to what you'd expect back home. The only minor issue is that it can get a bit noisy at night, as groups often gather outside the convenience store on the ground floor to drink and make a racket. Apart from that, everything else was perfectly fine.

It's OK. It's just in the alley, surrounded by some bars and nightclubs, and there are unknown people picking up and dropping off customers in groups of three or four on the street, which makes it a bit uneasy at night.

I've booked this hotel multiple times because of its convenient location, right in the heart of Ginza. However, there's an older, very tall male staff member who is consistently cold and completely lacking in customer service. He even gives you dirty looks, which makes for a very unpleasant experience.

I usually stay here whenever I go to Ikebukuro. It's not too far from the station, about a ten-minute straight walk from the exit on a main road, not a small alley, so it's very easy to navigate. The location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for both travel and shopping, with excellent transportation links. We originally planned to stay for only two nights and then move on, but given its great value for money, we decided to extend our stay for another two nights.

Couldn't fault anything about the hotel. My only minor gripe was the steps at the entrance on both sides. It made getting in with large luggage quite a hassle, especially for women, who might find it particularly strenuous.

The room was compact but well-equipped. The facilities felt a bit dated. The laundry room lacked air conditioning, which made it unbearably hot in summer. The in-room Wi-Fi was also very poor and constantly buffered.
