I came to check in around 5 pm or later. I was told the room will be ready in 10 minutes which actually was longer. Anyway, the room should have been kept ready for the normal check in time

I was using the WiFi which was also not stable and poor. Apart from the above, I liked the rest of the things, room and the items in the room

Room looked cheap motel. Hoped to have a shower but the water was ice cold.

The hotel is one metro station away from Kok tobe. Back and forth Bus stops are just right in front of Saya-hotel.Del Papa Italian restaurant is at the corner near by.

The room was clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for visiting museums and other sites in the area.

Overall pretty good. friendly staff. Good portion for breakfast.

This stay was fantastic! The room was even cleaner than in the photos, and the bedding was changed after each guest—it was so soft to the touch and had absolutely no odor. The hygiene details were impeccable

And what's more! They even made dumplings for us! Such thoughtfulness made me feel incredibly safe in a foreign country. Overall, a perfect experience, definitely a hidden gem hotel I'd stay at again

The price was also very reasonable, making it excellent value for money—it completely exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

We rested yesterday with my family in the A-Frame house. The house has everything you need and even more - bathroom accessories, clean bedding, various utensils, a barbecue on the terrace overlooking the river, and so on

There is a football field and tennis courts. In winter there is a skating rink and in summer there is an outdoor swimming pool. And all this is among huge pines, like in a forest

We were here at the championship, basically like everywhere else, the locker rooms are small, there aren’t enough seats for everyone. There are no seats for spectators in the hall.

According to rumors they are trying to take it away. The sports ground is excellent, football, tennis. Questions only about the kitchen. Even with good service, it can be tasteless. And I recommend it for living

A good place for short visit,Welcoming staff ,rooms were cozy and beautiful,the place seems to be little old since some of the items in rooms were out of order such as heater (however you can still use AC to warm the room up-the front desk "ELDAR" offer extra jackets for us instead☺️), the shower was broken (which was immediately repaired in few minutes 😀)

Budget Friendly Hotel I was checking in at night - so my first impression was not so good as the hotel is located on a side street to the main road that is extremely dark; after the check-in, I found this hotel very safe and comfortable

The hotel arranged a very cheap taxi for the airport which cost only 1200kzt. Free WiFi available in the room. No phone set in the room; each time I need to go downstairs to talk to the reception

Breakfast timings are 8 till 10 - but the staff asked me if I am planning to have breakfast then they will prepare for me at 6am as I was leaving early for the airport

Public transport, supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Bed linen, towels and crockery + cutlery too were provided. Excellent owner, allowed us an early checkin and a late checkout without any hassles

Very spacious and clean rooms, host Almaz was very helpful and even allowed late check out. Showed around the garden and even with language issues we could converse well using Google translate

Water was provided free of charge too. A comfortable lounge with a cosy sofa is provided too for hanging out with fellow guests. My wife and I would live here again when I visit Almaty next

The best accommodation in Almaty, very clean and well maintained. Comfortable room with 2 balconies within a villa with TV, AC, Electric kettle , microwave and all toiletries

Although the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant, there is a kitchen available where you can prepare small snacks or hot drinks. Additionally, there are several delicious restaurants & Bar options just 5 minutes away

Ms Aigerim was welcoming even though she spoke little English. The rooms were neat and clean and very much worth the money. We preferred this place as it was very near to the city and very calm and quite place

Special thanks to nurses Aknur and Zhanar from room 200, true professionals. A true rating of 3. Standard rooms are cramped for two. The food is okay, but the dining room layout and service leave much to be desired.

The staff is wonderful and will make you feel at home. The place is equipped with a big kitchen for guests to use, and the showers are amazing. There's even a small hammam for guests to enjoy!

Excellent location, clean toilet and bathroom, free breakfast is very good from 8am to 12 noon, there's a locker where you can store your luggage or things, and the staff are kind and helpful

It would be better if the stairs are not spiral in shape to easily carry the luggage to the second floor

The next day, I found this hostel on booking. com and we booked 2 bunked beds for a night. I met the host named "Sholpan". She was so welcoming and her hospitality was top notch

Very unique and enjoyable experience for me sonce I hadn’t had chance to see horses this close in my life. It would have been better if I could understand Russian or there’s a translation service
