Every day a liter bottle of water was brought to the room free of charge. There is a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is not extensive, but everything you need is there
Scrambled eggs and omelettes are made for those who wish. We were pleased with the bagels and bagels. The location is extremely good. Almost opposite there is an exchange office with adequate rates
Now the renovation is a little tired, but the hotel itself now looks neat and is kept clean. There are no complaints about the cleaning. The staff is very friendly and cooperative
All requests and questions were always responded to politely. Everything they asked for was brought. The bathroom has a set of shampoos, toothbrushes, gels, etc
Excellent central location close to all amenities and museums. Oldish hotel but perfectly functional and very comfortable
When it was opened/renovated, judging by the style of the renovation, about 20 years ago, it was done very well and of high quality. It was probably very expensive and cool back then

It was clean and nice considering it was my first time there.
I stayed for two days, but I was really thankful that I had breakfast and did my laundry.
We will stay at this hotel again the next time we visit.
thank you
The hotel room is big, in good location. The breakfast was okay. The staffs were helpful but a bit slow at response. Overall worth it.
thanks a lot for all stuff members! they are awesome!!! amazing location and facilities too:)
The hotel is clean and the staff was so helpful. food so delicious especially main course
We just enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent

Breakfast was meager: cucumbers, tomatoes, sausages, and biscuits. It was about the standard of a hotel costing a little over 100 yuan in China—not cheap
It takes about 30 minutes by taxi from the city center, but other than that, there are convenience stores and restaurants near the accommodation, and the owner is very friendly.
The room was clean. The front desk spoke Russian and could be translated using a mobile phone. Very welcoming.
The hotel is very close to the bus station, making travel very convenient.
Nice hotel, not a Ritzcarlton, but for the money it's worth it
There was only one hand towel, even though it was a double room. The carpets on the floor were old and slightly dirty. The linens were okay, as were the towels and robes. The food selection was limited, but it was tasty
Almaty, ulitsa Tohtarova, 100 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The bed was too small, and the surrounding area wasn't very convenient for transportation. Breakfast was limited, though the hygiene was decent. The shower stall was tiny, but the water temperature was good and warm
They also did not charge us when we left our luggage with them while we went out to buy a few things after checking out
The staff at the reception desk were very helpful, despite the language barrier, and did their best to help
Nevertheless, if you're looking for a place to crash for a night, this hotel is an acceptable option
Overall, the experience wasn't great
I am very satisfied with the room and the environment. The service is also good. The hygiene is also very good.
Almaty, Elebekova Street 10 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
For the price it is a perfectly serviceable hotel, clean tidy had a sauna and a pool and a 15-20 minute walk to town. Perfect for visiting Medeo as the bus route goes down Dostyk which is right next to the hotel
The check in staff were also friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of bed side lamp and that it is quite hard to locate the first time. It's actually on a side road off elebekov street
Take the first left after you turn off from al-farabi avenue. I have posted a bunch of pictures to help with this
Small and cosy. Good price for what you get. Would be excellent if breakfast was included.
Rooms are small and basic, I stayed a few times, once during the winter the room was freezing cold and the heating could heat it. Breakfast is good but no longer self service.
Good enough location, but not very convenient for pedestrians, because it's next to a busy highway.

I visited Almaty, the old capital of Kazakhstan, for a day. My flight arrived super early, around 2 AM, so I didn't have anywhere to go. I picked this old hotel near the airport for a late check-in and a quick nap
near hub of train/bus
Almaty 1 malls for shopping food. take cable car ride up mountain bus 12
The hotel is quite close to the airport, but still takes around 15 mins by taxi. Close to a shopping mall and bus stop. There are hostel rooms and the issue with the hostel is there's only one key for the dorm's door
Hotel was nice as there was swimming pool, sauna and massage centre. Room was a bit out-dated and basic. The air-conditioning (AC) was not working very well and it was a warm night
Fantastic, for the price is really good, I highly recommend this hotel I was here with my family, the receptionists speak e English very well, you won't have any issues in communicating in English, they supported me with the taxi request to go to the airport
But I have to commend the receptionist and technician for helping us to change room when we complained that the AC for the initial room was faulty. Breakfast was very simple and basic
Almaty, Almaty, Qasymov kóshesi, 32 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
I would definitely appreciate the lack of air conditioning, because the room was in the basement, so it wasn't completely hot, but you couldn't close the window and that was a shame because of the noise from the street
Good staff, good service, I suggest
I definitely don't recommend the massage, which is quite expensive and not that it was completely bad, but it's definitely not worth the money
The location is great, close to the center, opposite a great restaurant. The staff is very helpful, thank you very much for that
The area is quiet and well-located, and the staff are friendly and honest, although I regret to say that any traveler accustomed to the usual fare in a typical 3-star European hotel won't feel comfortable here
The hotel is in a semi-basement, so the only light in the rooms comes from a small window. Everything is spotless, and my room was large, but it didn't have a television, and the furniture was worn
Even though I came one day late and missed the last chance to change the check-in date free of charge according to agoda policy, the reception helpfully settle our booking problem and postpone our check-out date
It’s very cheap, so you could not complain too much about it like there are no hairdryer, no refrigerator, no elevator and too much noise at night and etc. Thankfully, the Wi-Fi is good
One more thing I would like to thank the reception who is a Russian Lady. I booked 3 Nights and paid all fees

From the paneled walls to the antique-style furnishings, every detail exuded character and sophistication. The room was immaculately maintained, combining old-world charm with modern comfort
The lighting was soft and inviting, perfectly complementing the natural textures of the wood. Even small touches like brass fixtures and classic artwork added to the authenticity of the vintage atmosphere
However, after seeing your dedication and hard work, my experience completely changed. Your commitment to your job, the way you handle every situation, and your late-night efforts truly impressed me
I have never seen such exceptional work ethic and professionalism before. I tested your patience multiple times, yet you always handled every situation with grace and success
I sincerely appreciate your kindness, patience, and the way you resolve concerns with such care. Wishing you all the success and happiness in your career and life
Dear Aru
Initially, I was disappointed when I entered the hotel because the facilities were not as expected based on tourism websites and apps

Quite a high level of service. The price of the room includes 3 meals a day and access to the pool and saunas
Only 1 or 2 employees know English so can be struggle sometimes but the google translate helped most often. They have a great pool and gym. Only downside they didn't have a kids pool so my family had to stay out
I liked everything - the hotel, the room is cozy, the food is delicious, the sauna, the hamam are hot, the pool is long and warm. The air around the mountains is clean. Everything you need for family access
A great place to relax your soul and body😻😻😻 You can have a great time there, both with family and with friends/colleagues. Fabulous view from the room to the mountains in any weather, good spa, great pool
We are absolutely delighted with the complex: great location, reasonable prices, cleanliness, comfort, everything is brand new and modern, the design is very well thought out, the food is delicious
Really I have had a wonderful time and great experience in this resort. Great team work and respected staff 👏. Highly appreciated and recommended to stay and have another journey in the future

The rooms and services are too good. The staff is always happy to help and travels extra mile for helping. We asked for vegetarian breakfast and they did comeup with the veg options
Really good place, modern and clean in an old traditional house. The place is really peacefull, with a beautiful outdoor. The staff is really nice and helpfull. Breakfast with a large buffet
It was an unforgettable hotel in Almaty. Cool wooden house and very good staff. Most of all I liked the bathroom). When you leave the house you are greeted by a trampoline, swings
The owners that managed the place are very helpful and friendly, The rooms are very clean and well maintained and the Breakfast Buffet is Really Good.😁
Little outside of the downtown but Yandex easy to order and there is an amazing restaurant near by
The aesthetics of the property are really good. Loads of love to the Hotel - loved it

Run by Chinese owners, so communication is easy. The breakfast is simple but Chinese-style, with congee, eggs, and steamed buns. You can also order Chinese lunch and dinner, which is great for satisfying Chinese cravings
The owner is Chinese, and the environment is decent, located in a villa in a wealthy neighborhood. Breakfast is quite fixed: steamed buns, shredded potatoes, and pickles, but it suits Chinese palates
Not far from the exhibition center, about a 20-minute drive. Located on a hill, so it's relatively quiet. The owner is very welcoming, and it offers decent value for money
No private toilet in the room; you have to go outside to shower. No elevator, so you have to carry your luggage
Book a taxi with them as the place is hardly reach by the airport taxi. In addition airport taxi is expensive
You can also bring your own food to heat up or have them help you

Great hotel, I loved the sauna, it was fantastic, gym was good and the staff were super helpful. Room was good for the price.
The best hotel in Almaty. Very clean, very good breakfasts, great personal. There is a free swimming pool and sauna...
Situated in a peaceful location, the hotel offered decent value for money. It's a standard hotel, but we were happy to discover some great restaurants and cafes close by!
The room was good, with daily housekeeping that included fresh towels, shampoos, and toothbrushes. We received excellent service and assistance from the front desk
Breakfasts were excellent and started at 7:00 AM, which was very convenient for us as we were leaving for competitions. The hotel's location was also superb
Location : Next to Kok tobe Cable car
Staff : Nice and Kindness
Breakfast : OK

The first receptionist I met was very nice, calm, humble, helpful and polite but another day I met the mean girl receptionist (3 members in groups, chubby girl and white slim girls) they did not speak English to me
Yah, that might true but I did not stay here before. it’s heavy door, if u gonna open just heavy push it. You will not be joker for receptionist like me. But it still fine, that’s my first time here
The restaurant is very clean and nice. She can handle everything by alone. I saw her there everyday I go, it made me I think she has day off or not. For conclusion, I suggest to stay there
When I don’t understand what she speak, she made like annoy me. I just can’t open and don’t know how to open the restaurant door. She laugh at me and did like I am stupid
The price not high, the room’s clean, the location’s great and breakfast is amazing. But not expect the service from those mean girl receptionist
The room was very clean, which made our stay comfortable. However, one thing to note is that the noise from the road was quite loud. We could hear every car passing by, and it made it difficult to sleep
