Every day a liter bottle of water was brought to the room free of charge. There is a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is not extensive, but everything you need is there

When it was opened/renovated, judging by the style of the renovation, about 20 years ago, it was done very well and of high quality. It was probably very expensive and cool back then

It was clean and nice considering it was my first time there. I stayed for two days, but I was really thankful that I had breakfast and did my laundry. We will stay at this hotel again the next time we visit. thank you

The hotel room is big, in good location. The breakfast was okay. The staffs were helpful but a bit slow at response. Overall worth it.

Very nice suitable hotel for friends travel

Breakfast was meager: cucumbers, tomatoes, sausages, and biscuits. It was about the standard of a hotel costing a little over 100 yuan in China—not cheap

It takes about 30 minutes by taxi from the city center, but other than that, there are convenience stores and restaurants near the accommodation, and the owner is very friendly.

The room was clean. The front desk spoke Russian and could be translated using a mobile phone. Very welcoming.

The hotel is very close to the bus station, making travel very convenient.

Nice hotel, not a Ritzcarlton, but for the money it's worth it

There was only one hand towel, even though it was a double room. The carpets on the floor were old and slightly dirty. The linens were okay, as were the towels and robes. The food selection was limited, but it was tasty

The bed was too small, and the surrounding area wasn't very convenient for transportation. Breakfast was limited, though the hygiene was decent. The shower stall was tiny, but the water temperature was good and warm

They also did not charge us when we left our luggage with them while we went out to buy a few things after checking out

The staff at the reception desk were very helpful, despite the language barrier, and did their best to help

Nevertheless, if you're looking for a place to crash for a night, this hotel is an acceptable option

Overall, the experience wasn't great

I am very satisfied with the room and the environment. The service is also good. The hygiene is also very good.

For the price it is a perfectly serviceable hotel, clean tidy had a sauna and a pool and a 15-20 minute walk to town. Perfect for visiting Medeo as the bus route goes down Dostyk which is right next to the hotel

The check in staff were also friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of bed side lamp and that it is quite hard to locate the first time. It's actually on a side road off elebekov street

Rooms are small and basic, I stayed a few times, once during the winter the room was freezing cold and the heating could heat it. Breakfast is good but no longer self service.

Good enough location, but not very convenient for pedestrians, because it's next to a busy highway.

I visited Almaty, the old capital of Kazakhstan, for a day. My flight arrived super early, around 2 AM, so I didn't have anywhere to go. I picked this old hotel near the airport for a late check-in and a quick nap

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but still takes around 15 mins by taxi. Close to a shopping mall and bus stop. There are hostel rooms and the issue with the hostel is there's only one key for the dorm's door

Hotel was nice as there was swimming pool, sauna and massage centre. Room was a bit out-dated and basic. The air-conditioning (AC) was not working very well and it was a warm night

Fantastic, for the price is really good, I highly recommend this hotel I was here with my family, the receptionists speak e English very well, you won't have any issues in communicating in English, they supported me with the taxi request to go to the airport

But I have to commend the receptionist and technician for helping us to change room when we complained that the AC for the initial room was faulty. Breakfast was very simple and basic

I would definitely appreciate the lack of air conditioning, because the room was in the basement, so it wasn't completely hot, but you couldn't close the window and that was a shame because of the noise from the street

I definitely don't recommend the massage, which is quite expensive and not that it was completely bad, but it's definitely not worth the money

Even though I came one day late and missed the last chance to change the check-in date free of charge according to agoda policy, the reception helpfully settle our booking problem and postpone our check-out date

It’s very cheap, so you could not complain too much about it like there are no hairdryer, no refrigerator, no elevator and too much noise at night and etc. Thankfully, the Wi-Fi is good

One more thing I would like to thank the reception who is a Russian Lady. I booked 3 Nights and paid all fees

Quite a high level of service. The price of the room includes 3 meals a day and access to the pool and saunas

Only 1 or 2 employees know English so can be struggle sometimes but the google translate helped most often. They have a great pool and gym. Only downside they didn't have a kids pool so my family had to stay out

I liked everything - the hotel, the room is cozy, the food is delicious, the sauna, the hamam are hot, the pool is long and warm. The air around the mountains is clean. Everything you need for family access

The rooms and services are too good. The staff is always happy to help and travels extra mile for helping. We asked for vegetarian breakfast and they did comeup with the veg options

Situated in a peaceful location, the hotel offered decent value for money. It's a standard hotel, but we were happy to discover some great restaurants and cafes close by!

The room was good, with daily housekeeping that included fresh towels, shampoos, and toothbrushes. We received excellent service and assistance from the front desk

Breakfasts were excellent and started at 7:00 AM, which was very convenient for us as we were leaving for competitions. The hotel's location was also superb

The first receptionist I met was very nice, calm, humble, helpful and polite but another day I met the mean girl receptionist (3 members in groups, chubby girl and white slim girls) they did not speak English to me

Yah, that might true but I did not stay here before. it’s heavy door, if u gonna open just heavy push it. You will not be joker for receptionist like me. But it still fine, that’s my first time here

The restaurant is very clean and nice. She can handle everything by alone. I saw her there everyday I go, it made me I think she has day off or not. For conclusion, I suggest to stay there

When I don’t understand what she speak, she made like annoy me. I just can’t open and don’t know how to open the restaurant door. She laugh at me and did like I am stupid

The price not high, the room’s clean, the location’s great and breakfast is amazing. But not expect the service from those mean girl receptionist
