Hotels near sea shore in Catalonia

No kettle, cups, iron,hairdryer! No table in the balcony. You can hire iron & hairdryer for 20 eu deposit at least. No ironboard! Food very very limited choice. What we liked : very close to the tunel to go to the beach

Sangria in the hotel bar very nice. Special mention to receptionist Eugenia. Very helpful & nothing for her was a problem. Other receptionists very very limited English

There's a nightclub under the hotel, you will hear the music from 22:00pm till 06:00am so if you're looking for a hotel where you can get enough sleep and rest this hotel isn't the one for you

Staff were very friendly- rooms were cleaned everyday - soo much food choice every morning and evening - lovely pool that wasn’t freezing - short walk to the beach across the road- beautiful beach with water activities there for all- lovely parade of shops next to the hotel - and the disco you couldn’t even hear! The staff are great and the pool on the roof is excellent. The location worked for us, in terms of what we had planned. Although it is quite east of the city

The breakfast, which for our booking was "mandatory/not optional" (although with some bookings this is clearly not the case), was standard Spanish fare, although it does vary in terms of the grill options day-to-day

The Tram route is only 5-10 minutes away from the other side of Diagonal Mar shopping mall. It is about 30 minutes walk from Glories shopping mall. The rooms were clean and generally well furnished

If you want a taxi, it is worth walking halfway to Diagonal Mar mall to the one-way Street, or, all the way to the mall where there is a taxi rank near the Hilton hotel

There is a supermarket and pharmacy right next door. And the Diagonal Mar mall is less than 10 minutes walk away

Breakfast is great value with loads of delicious options, pool and bar are nice. When I told the barman about a trip I was going to take he recommended a place to visit on the way that was really outstanding

You can catch the bus to Barcelona about 25 metres from the hotel, it's 5 minutes from the beach

I thought our week was going to be a disaster, and I even considered canceling our stay and finding another hotel in the middle of the night! Thankfully, Eli at the reception kindly apologized and immediately moved us to a better room on the quieter side of the hotel, where we enjoyed the rest of our week peacefully

The gym has everything you need and is well equipped! We also enjoyed nice dinner and drinks at Volta and the brunch on Sunday was super tasty with amazing Oysters, pasta and the best desserts! Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Barcelona since it is close to the most important sights and the beach

The prices reflect both the perceived luxury and the location, but hotels in the area tend to be more expensive during peak season, which is understandable

In addition, Quentin and the staff were very accommodating and friendly! I reached out to the hotel about decorating our suite to surprise my wife and Quentin executed everything to the "T"! I can't thank them enough for their efforts

Some health and safety issues are lacking in the property. The wood pieces in the pool area is moving and hurt my feet. We warned them but they did not care. There are rusty nails in the open

5 star We are so glad we booked here for a 1 night stay and wish we had been able to stay longer. The staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. The hotel and grounds are lovely and the views are outstanding

It was a very clean well located Hotel in the Heart of Lloret de Mar. I had to send cleaners away 4 Tim's as I am a tidy person and to save the staff time and money. i have Booked again for May 2026

We was a family 8 including a baby and they kept trying to split us up during meals times and restaurant management was extremely rude Pools was freezing but think this is due to time of year Location Hotel was really good and ideal Only let down was the food if this was changed we would return but I dont think we will

Most* staff were pleasant, some areas could do with more TLC and cleaning throughout the day(staffing levels reduced?) Pools are great and food was varied in the Mediterranean restaurant although very busy

Snack bar was good as it is order as requested. Many close shops and short walk to beach. I didn't have issues with noise from our room. I just wished we had full hotel as advertised

Ignore the negative reviews we had a great holiday hotel is massive so we got lost on the first day lol food is decent always something to eat my daughter is fussy but never went hungry snack bar I’d say is better than evening meals hotel is spotlessly clean beds and towels changed everyday, the only thing I’d say is they need more staff for the evening bar as it’s quite busy, entertainment at night...

It is rare in these times to find a truly great hotel, from the time you book through to the time you sadly depart everyone at the hotel has been so wonderful and helpful, the food was lovely the pool great and the spa lovely, the bedroom was amazing with a lovely comfortable bed and all the amenity’s you could ask for what is not to like about this lovely hotel

We stayed at Cala del Pi for six nights in March and absolutely loved the experience. It’s a fantastic boutique hotel built above a hidden cove beach, surrounded by pine trees, which gives it a really peaceful feel

Since we were visiting in in the off-season, it was very quiet, which only added to the atmosphere. The sea view from our room balcony was phenomenal, too

All staff are super friendly and helpful. Sunbeds a bit uncomfy so grab a padded one! Great pool. Limited vegetarian options on food menu for dinner. Great bar, service and prices

It was a beautiful property with very clean rooms and an extremely accommodating staff. It had plenty of activities to do on the property (beach, pool, tennis etc) but it was also an easy drive to town

Incredible breakfast with anything you could imagine. Some dinners were great; others not so great. I asked for no extra salt in the Paella, and another evening, no extra salt in the pasta

It is in a walking distance to the Cathedral and the historic center and it is easy to drive from the hotel because it has its own parking. This parking was a bit tight but manageable. The breakfast was quite good too

We only staid for one night so we didnt have time to try out the pool area and other services. The room was clean and nice with comfortable beads and a great view of the sea

We had a great stay in June 2024. This hotel is in a small town 1 - 2 hours outside Barcelona, depending on your transportation. We took the train so it took about 2 hours

A great hotel! The best part was that U could bring your dog and they have a sign that U can put on the door so the staff knows if your dog is in the room alone

Stayed here many times, food is great, rooms tidy and well kept, it's close to the beach, and town, but still quiet at night, pools well maintained, good entertainment and bar staff very nice

Evening entertainment included small concerts and animations for children, which added a nice touch. The pools were fantastic – large, clean water, and the slides were absolutely great fun for both kids and adults

We stayed here for 1 week as part of a half board package that included seeing the Spanish GP over three days, we had a hire car, normally we prefer airbnb stays, overall we found it very good, and surprised at the value provided, decent sized terrace, everything worked, rooms are slightly dated, but clean, bathroom was great, shower was superb, towels changed very day, We arrived late, but suitable...

For the hire car we found some free parking about 5 mins away. The Hotel is situated in the better part of Lloret De Mar, loads of bars and restaurants

I had a pleasant stay at this reliable three-star hotel. The rooms were clean and of a good size, with comfortable mattresses that ensured a restful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast offered

The place is right next to the beach, a quiet area just a step away, in the area there is parking on the street, the rooms are comfortable with WI-FI, flat screen, it has a pool and entertainment, this year with Juande, last year with Jesus, we had a great time

The only downside was the requirement to pay for the in-room safe. Overall, a great experience—thank you!

The hotel is really well located. Close to the beach and to street full of restaurants and other convenience stores. The only issue is that you hear very well the other rooms and what happens in the corridor

The pool area is really nice, and has a lovely bar with always attentive staff. Also the Infinity rooftop pool is amazing and worth visiting. It's a quiet Oasis for both enjoying the sun, and cooling down

We had an amazing holiday at the Hotel DWO Les Palmeres. All the staff are highly serviceminded, very friendly, and still has a smile and a few words for you, spite many hard working days

I totally recommend this hotel! The staff was super respectful, the room was newly renovated and looked brand new, and the service was awesome. I especially loved the Bluetooth speaker in the room

The hotel itself is a renovated old building. They offered a complimentary glass of champagne on the rooftop upon check-in, though I didn't get a chance to go

Just had a budget week at this hotel half board. We absolutely can't knock it for what we paid. The hotel is central, it's clean, in fact the maids cleaned our room everyday and we must have got clean towels 4 times

I would say the hotel is 95% Spanish guests but this didn't bother us at all it was nice to stay in a more Spanish resort. The food was much better than we ever expected

Very clean apartment, large balcony, kitchen has everything you need. Close to the beach and the centre of Salou, walking distance to Port Aventura theme park.
