There is a pool, but it's a bit of a gimmick, and we wouldn't have felt comfortable using it with people at the bar. The room was beautiful, very well cleaned every day and a great design

Worth booking the breakfast- fantastic choice! The 360 roof top area and views were fabulous!! Great location 5-10min from Las Ramblas, the area I felt was more a neighbourhood rather than too touristy, which had pros and cons

Not only were the drinks perfectly made, but the service was outstanding from start to finish. They was friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about the craft. Every cocktail was balanced and beautifully presented

Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel from 9/17-9/20/2025 and everything was phenomenal! Check in was quick, and when we arrived we were given a nice glass of cava. The room was perfect for what you need it for

The shower head had little pressure ,being the highest room. Staff very friendly and everything very clean. The area where the hotel is in the old town and poorer and we were told to be careful with pickpockets

30 very clean rooms comfortable beds and lovely helpful cleaning staff Unfortunately the walls are paper thin you could hear everything in the next room and if you happen to get young people beside you it can be really loud so we ended up getting ear plugs which did the trick you can’t really swim in the pool as it’s not quite 5ft at the deep end but it’s great place to get cool Location was great...

You could also borrow beach or pool towels for a €15 deposit, which you got back at check-out. Overall, we think the hotel offered good value for the money, and we’d happily recommend it

tent was close to the beach and served an amazing free breakfast brunch all morning! The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The corridors were noisy at night, but it didn’t bother us

The staff is friendly, communicates well in English, and especially, breakfast is served from 8:00 to 1:30! Check-in and check-out procedures are simple. It's a new hotel, so it's clean and cute

For city-centered sightseeing, the perfect location! Cons: It gets noisy if someone is talking on the balcony. There is no kettle or hair dryer in the room

However there’s plenty of excellent places to go out for dinner nearby. The pools were excellent, especially the rooftop pool and bar, a very modern area - especially at night

I’ve been here twice and I’ve never been disappointed. This time, we stayed in a very large and spacious suite with a pool view, and there were incredible shows every evening

Entertainment every night at the hotel and also plenty of arcades, pubs etc nearby. - Also only a 5 min walk from beach

Hotel Olympus Palace is a stunning hotel in a great location, myself and my girlfriend 19+18 year old travelled on our first holiday together from the UK and were a bit put off by reviews before we travelled, but I have hardly and complaints about this place and would 100% come back again

Only small complaint i had was with the buffet being a bit cold but can definitely get resolved, and also if you are looking for a long lie in you might be awoken by the cleaners by scraping some furniture along the floor nearby - usually 9am, but we were usually up by then

For any of yous who look at reviews and get put off by the “not for british people” and not for “younger couples” we did not find our experience like that at all… Hotel Olympus Palace, 5 stars - and hope to see you again next year

The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast service, which felt a little lacking compared to the rest of the experience. Overall, a lovely and peaceful place to stay, and I would happily return

I was in a little bit of distress as my phone would not charge so another lady (Sandra?) said no problem and offered me a charger I could use for my stay. This made me feel so at ease as I could now relax

Lovely clean rooms with everything needed, comfy bed, adjustable room temp etc. We added breakfast to our 4 night stay and found a great selection of food

Pool and slides area really good however limited space when busy, you'd struggle to get a sunbed with a good spot. Big problem is the bloody pigeons, even inside the bar area

Hotel was nice, quiet area, close to beach and shopping restaurants. Breakfast amd tea were cold, best meals were lunch at the 1pm sitting and hot. Room was fab with 2 double beds, hired a kettle for 20 euro deposit

Plenty of parking so drove down from Andorra to spend a few days out of the mountains with great success. Note, no beach access, 2 kms away

I recommend this place for a 2-3 night stay anytime. Do not play Golf but still had a great time, drinks are good and if you need a little of the town (a couple of KM away) you can always do it

The room was small but perfectly fine. It had a little balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the pool area, which made it feel cozier. Ana, the pool entertainer, was super friendly from the start

Other than her, others don’t care at all. The rooms are very basic; they don’t even have body lotion; for a hotel that has a pool and is very close to the beach, having a body lotion is a must

The only person at the reception who cares about providing a great customer experience is Ari. She treats everyone with respect and listens to their requests and complaints patiently and resolves the problems

The hotel (Best Los Angeles) generally looks good, 3. 5 star category, is located in a beautiful and quiet location, and all activities are close by as well as the beach, everything is a 5 minute walk

Room and the rest of the Hotel was spotlessly clean. We went on the last week of the season so the Hotel was quite quiet but there was some night-time entertainment still on

Ideally placed as you are 2 minutes away from many local bars and restaurants. The Beach is within walking distance as well even for someone with poor mobility like my Wife

Cleaners are on it; room is spotless and fresh towels and bed every day- 5 star for the cleaning staff. Pool bar staff are friendly, snacks included are hot dogs, chips, ham & cheese toastie and burgers

NEGATIVE: the kitchen and the food!!!! That was ridiculous, and for a hotel from the Best Hotels group it is also SHAMEFUL!!! The breakfast was very very poor, and it was terrible that only one person works on the large 10 meter grill, and to get a simple omelette you have to wait 20 minutes

Rooms overlooking road were shady most of the day. Only criticism was our air con although working didnt throw out cold air. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Doors opened to pool area so towels werent on sunbeds at 6am

I was there 4 last nights untill it was closed for the end of the season. Food was good and not only cold as someone wrote. Everything is good with this hotel and I'm looking forward to return there next year

Still had the problem of people laying towels out and disappearing for the day. Good entertainment throughout day and during evenings poolside with decent priced bar. Decent lifts in hotel, totally accessible throughout

Hotel Best San Francisco stay Stayed 3 nights. Had 2 double beds pushed together so plenty of room! Great shower! Very clean room and bathroom. Rooms overlooking pool had sun on them all day

The only thing to keep in mind is that if your room faces the pool, it can be a bit noisy in the evenings due to the music, so going to bed early might be tricky

Yes it's basic but it's also cheap! Breakfast continental, don't expect full English in Spain!! But there is something for everyone. I didn't like the hot breakfast so had lots of toast & fruit

We used the pool area most afternoons and it was generally very quiet. The hotel is popular with groups so the restaurant tables are allocated to these groups. If you are a couple its sometimes difficult to get a table

Nice breakfast but above all a top staff. We arrived very late and receptionist was waiting outside to welcome us and guide us to the parking Space

The swimming pool was still open, even though it was mid October. It could be a little breezy round the pool even though the temperatures were in the twenties

I really appreciated how attentive they were one day I had the Do Not Disturb sign on, and they still called later to check if I needed any supplies or room essentials. That kind of care makes a big difference

Our stay at Paxton Barcelona was wonderful. Before even arriving the staff reached out to ask of there was anything we needed. Upon arrival, they were courteous and very informative

The location is also excellent, with most public transport options very close by. If I ever visit Barcelona again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice

The breakfast offered lots of selection and it was not identical between the two days. The pastries and breads were tasty although some pastries were too sweet. Fresh avocado, not frozen one, would have been much better

The location is In the main area with Bars cafes on the street. It is excellent for the Bus Station + to walk to the shops and the beach. It is approx 40 mins from Girona Airport

The daily breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of continental and hot options, along with sweet treats, fresh fruit, and made-to-order pancakes, omelets, and eggs prepared right in front of you

The spa facilities were excellent as well, with private access for our small family a wonderful touch. The hotel was consistently clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout our visit

Our room faces the Colosseum and the sea, and it's a ten-minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was spacious. We only stayed two days this time, but we'll stay longer next time

We canceled our inland hotel plans at the last minute and chose Tarragona. It's the best hotel with the best room. The entire town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site

Half-board, should entitle guests to at least one free drink of their choosing with every evening meal. ALL these things should be standard provision for a 4* hotel, therefore I would say this hotel is a 3* Plus

However small rectifiable details took away its 4* rating. There is no iron in any of the rooms in this entire hotel. There is no kettle in the room either and there is a charge to use the safe

They have a fridge in the room, but it does not keep anything cold. There is a 10 euro refundable deposit required for a beach / pool towel

Great location and for 21 euros you can by a train pass for the month (one day return is 12 euros) that enables you to go into Barcelona or other destinations as frequently as you like, hoping on and off

Very beautiful location. Food was great was lots of variety. Almost every night there was some sort of entertainment. The staff were so nice and really pleasant. A fridge in every room. I will definitely go back
