Absolutely unreal! The staff are fabulous friendly and helpful too! We didn’t use the pool as it’s early December too cold! Spa and gym are also amazing. Just what you need in there! Super impressed

The hotel boasts a great location, quiet and situated by the sea. It's also very close to the subway station, about a 4-5 minute walk

However, for the last two days, the cleaning staff kindly provided bottled water, which I really appreciate! ^_^ The showerhead in the bathroom seemed clogged, and the water pressure was very low, making the shower experience not particularly comfortable

I am so impressed by this hotel. Easy to use heating gorgeous bathroom! All soaps/washes and creams are vegan! Food was impeccable! Highly recommend the carbonara and the buffet breakfast is not to be missed

We had a great stay in June 2024. This hotel is in a small town 1 - 2 hours outside Barcelona, depending on your transportation. We took the train so it took about 2 hours

Roof top swimming pool is not large, but there's great view of the harbor up there: it's easy to hang out up there getting a gym workout, reading a book in the Catalonia breeze

We stayed in room 311 Grand Marina Suite with sea view in February 2024. The room was simply astonishing - huge, luxuriously decorated, with lots of space, extraordinary views over the Mall of Barcelona and the sea/Port

Hello! The hotel is old; it's located on the Cap d'Salou; the pool and bar are OK; it's clean, with a terrace. We only stayed for a few hours.

Staff so friendly lots of activities during the day including shooting, pool, water sports, yoga, table tennis, darts. Swimming pools big and lifeguard on duty

Rooms are clean and food is delicious with a great variety. We celebrated our daughter a 10 th birthday party near the pool. Special thanks to Patricia from reception

Paying 25 euros for a safe in a four star hotel and a swim cap to use the spa pool rip off , children in the gym and spa pool unacceptably. we found very few english in this hotel more geared up for other nationalities

Travelled to watch my daughter play football in a local tournament. Great hotel- room was spacious modern and was great. Hotel was spotless, lots of areas to hang out. Pool area was fab lovely pool plenty of loungers

** Be aware only One side of the hotel gets sun on it, we were constantly in the shade. Your could see the sea but only barely. Note, one dispenser in the shower with soap, not shampoo or conditioner

Overall santa sussana is a nice area train station near for travel and a lovely beach just choose a different hotel

Pleasant stay for the price we paid. We had half board and the food was really OK, plenty to choose from (except deserts and well coffee is terrible). Kids playroom - small and the program is weak but it was off-season

Every dinner offered something new and exciting, like grilled beef, monkfish, and even tacos, plus desserts that were a treat! Our room had recently been renovated and matched the online description perfectly (I have noticed that not all rooms were renovated)

Nice service, nice employees, but most control the access to the pool, and the use of the pool loungers. Must cm put the tower in the pool lounger all day, don't give the change for other customers to use them.

Very disappointing experience for me. The staff is below average, I can understand for such a big hotel there have to be trainees as well, but the ones I had encountered didn't look like trainees

The rooms are very small and the entire hotel could do with an update as some areas are very tired/run down (for example one of the toilets for the ladies in reception doesn’t have a toilet seat - a basic requirement for a 4* hotel I think)! The rooftop swimming pool is really nice and the evening entertainment is very good too

Had a weeks stay here, great location with a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Room was OK nice size, room made up every day and clean towels if required

We have just come back from this hotel and we would definitely return. Bearing in mind we went at the end of the season. It was very quiet in the hotel, no loud groups. We literally didn’t hear at noice at night

The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures – beautiful, spacious, and perfectly clean. There are plenty of options for both breakfast and dinner, and everything we tried was delicious

After reading the reviews, I was sceptical about this booking, but had a really good stay , hotel was nice , staff were lovely, a very nice relaxing holiday.

Rooms could do with some drawers to put your stuff in. Balcony's have low level partitions between rooms so very open. Could do with panels installed between them to provide a better more private experience

Lots of choice and tasted really nice. The hotel is a 15 minute walk into the centre of Lloret. It’s quite hilly so not suitable for people who might struggle walking up hill. Room was very clean and basic

Cons: queues in the dining room, there are not enough tables, but the queue moves quickly, we waited 10 minutes, all inclusive does not include a bar from the hotel on the beach and sunbeds with umbrellas also for a separate fee

The hotel is excellent for three stars, I would give even four, after renovation, coastline, delicious food, every day seafood, fish, chicken, it is better to take everything inclusive

Everything was perfect! From taste to presentation. Service was really professional. The best meat I had in a while. Maybe the dessert selection could improve. Though having a sorbet was a plus, for sure!

Great location right on the strip. The downside of this if you get a room at the back where the cut through is, it is very noisy throughout the night! The refurbishment is lovely, so much more room poolside

We booked a superior room which gave us access to the rooftop terrace and pool, which was gorgeous! The dining room is huge and the buffet style breakfast caters for all tastes and cultures

The only flag I want to see flown in Spain is their own flag. The Spanish gov and business councils need to put an end to this crap. It was way worse in Barcelona but we were sad to experience in in Lloret De Mar

On the second floor, the water really smells. The room, mine at least on the second floor, was in perfect condition. The view and the location is very good (for the rooms which has a sea view)

The location of the hotel relative to the beach is great. The hotel is across the road from the sea, beach sand. Umbrellas and deck chairs for extra charge. All drinks at lunch and dinner included in the price

I don't understand the negative reviews for this hotel. Yes, it's a little dated and the pool is small. Although this is all in the photos before booking. It was a great location for a week in Lloret

Loved the location and lovely reception staff were really helpful the hotel decor is something from 70s and needs a little updated and rooms need soundproofing pool and hotel was really clean and food was average but as a solo traveler I was really happy that I could book a solo room and it was cheap and fantastic value for money so I'm very happy and would stay here again

Considering other activities, Barcelona is a bit too far (about one hour by train), with a 10 Euro return ticket per person, but if you plan to bath in the sea or pool (since the sea was quite cold) and do less sightseeing, you're probably gonna have a good time
