We was a family 8 including a baby and they kept trying to split us up during meals times and restaurant management was extremely rude Pools was freezing but think this is due to time of year Location Hotel was really good and ideal Only let down was the food if this was changed we would return but I dont think we will

Most* staff were pleasant, some areas could do with more TLC and cleaning throughout the day(staffing levels reduced?) Pools are great and food was varied in the Mediterranean restaurant although very busy

Snack bar was good as it is order as requested. Many close shops and short walk to beach. I didn't have issues with noise from our room. I just wished we had full hotel as advertised

We went sep 20-27th , only 1 of 3 restaurants open. Bars available were reduced to one at night , 2 in the day. Facilities and services were being reduced day by day during our stay

Restaurant was ok breakfast same most days and cold and same goes for every dinner and tea food was stone cold even if you got there when it opened

I think in full swing the hotel would be good

We are a family of 6 and stayed 11 days with 2 balcony rooms, breakfast included. Shout out to the hotel tossa beach center staff for organising a lastminute taxi for us on leaving as our pre-booked taxi didn't show up

Not bad, clean, food is delicious, but I am not in love with the beach

WE cannot highly recommend this hotel enough. Spotless clean, Friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms with fridge and excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was vast with great variety

Our kids enjoyed the pool but preferred the sea. 2 min walk to the beautiful beach and beach view restaurants abundant. Tossa de Mar is such a beautiful quiet relaxed place the hotel was the icing on the cake

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Joamr and his colleagues made sure we had an amazing stay. We enjoyed the pingpong table and the 2 swimming pools

Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and local shops. Just bear in mind if you are driving the parking fees and it's an 8 to 10mins walk from the hotel (depending on you're pace)

Amazing hotel with friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms, very nice breakfast. Superb pools and lot of sunbeds. Location is perfect as it is very close to the beach and city centre. All in all perfect holiday!

There is a very shallow pool for small children (2-6 years old) with a water slide and the water level is up to THEIR knees, so they can play there without floats and the parents can just seat around and watch them

I have been 3 times with my girlfriend in this hotel. The rooms and the whole facility (Pool, Lobby Bar and so on) are very nice. Location is also great, nearby the beach. Last time, one thing was although bad

There is a bar open between breakfast and dinner which serves decent food for lunch (Burger, sandwich, pizza, etc. There is a nice kids club open until 23:00 with activities for the children

An absolutely fabulous hotel! The staff was super nice, the breakfast was superb and all the facilities were incredibly clean and well taken care of. We can't recommend this hotel enough!

Amazing holidays I really recommend the Surf Mar hotel :) We had amazing family holidays. Food was great and delicious. Good entertainment beside pool

Stayed in room 410, decent balcony and side sea view at the front of the hotel. Would need to re-address the bathroom door not fully closing. Other than that, room decent enough

Lifeguard Miguel was very entertaining around the pool area, and must get a mention. If you are into watching sport, 'EL PUB' is really handy and 3 minutes from the hotel

Reception staff were helpful when i requested a late checkout in another room 329, which also had a decent side sea view. Overall, enjoyable short stay at the hotel

The staff was so nice particularly an elderly Spanish lady we met on entering our room she noticed there was no cot and within minutes was back with the cot and set it up! She was so nice as we're all the staff we met

We had only breakfast it was fine. Our room was cleaned daily and new towels given. The location and facilities were perfect for us

The facilities are complete, newly renovated, and very clean. The surrounding area is quiet, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

They have scrambled eggs, different types of cheese and salami, bread that is always freshly baked to sweet croissants, muffins, pancakes and various sweet pastries, as well as fresh fruit and juices

Due to a surprising but a very much appreciated room upgrade, I receved a large spacious and comfortable room beautifully adorned and maintained on the top floor (4th level)

In the bathroom there is soap and body lotion, shampoo and hair conditioner, from a toothbrush and toothpaste to a hair protection cap and a comb

Just had a budget week at this hotel half board. We absolutely can't knock it for what we paid. The hotel is central, it's clean, in fact the maids cleaned our room everyday and we must have got clean towels 4 times

I would say the hotel is 95% Spanish guests but this didn't bother us at all it was nice to stay in a more Spanish resort. The food was much better than we ever expected

The pillows were a bit unusual but were still useable and not an issue. The lift made some very strange noises, never felt like it was going to crash but was just weird

Great location if you want to be near the beach, there's some nice beach restaurants and bars within 15 mins walk. The room is clean and comfortable although there is No hair conditioner and the hair dryer is not good

Stayed here with a few friends on a stag do, hotel was good, clean, service was great. Helped source a taxi for the return travel to the airport which was quick and easy to sort with reception

Great small pool on roof great staff friendly very clean the food looked very nice but I did not eat at hotel a very nice place to stay I was there 7 days there was no kettle in room I asked and was given one right away the maid was on point so don't forget to tip her

A very good hotel in the city from Salou. Short ways to the beautiful beach and in the city. The stuff is very friendly, the breakfast was delicious especially the ham, the chese, the fruits and the sweet things

All you need for a good start in the day you will find there. Our room and the hotel was very clean. The pool on the top is warm and has a good size for swimming and fitness. We hope to be back there soon

Ask to borrow a Kettle you don’t need to take one with you. Not a seafront family type Hotel more like Upmarket dining city break Hotel. Breakfast good choice available also good Coffee with pods

My wife and I spent a very good 10 days here. September in the hotel is Definitely the time of boomers, that is for people 50+. Clean, quiet, professional friendly and patient staff. Food very good abundant and varied

Would stay again It's good value for what you pay but it's an older hotel. Food in the hotel wasn't great but you're located within easy walking distance of everything. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel met my requirements in this class and category of hotels and I travel a lot on business. Before you arrive, make sure about the hotel parking, book and pay 12 euro a day

Surrounding car parks are expensive and there are not many of them. I would definitely recommend this hotel compared to other hotels in the area

The only thing I have missed has been more variety in the food theme. Pretty poor and almost every day the same thing. For the rest fine.

Location wise the hotel is ideally located if a beach lover as it's directly behind hotel,the area in general I could only describe it as the courtown of Spain as it's surrounded with holiday camps were all the Spanish french and German come to holiday and restaurants etc are rightly aimed at these tourists,you will not hear any English speaking tourists at all this end,the other end of Blanes down...

Hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool,indoor pool is fantastic but outdoor pool is very small,you can use the pool across in the Hotel Blaumar which in my opinion is much nicer with more poolside sun beds

Lovely hotel absolutely spotless clean and staff very friendly,I was upgraded to half-board as I booked directly with the hotel which was a bonus, unfortunately it's the only thing that lets this hotel down,the food although well presented was always cold and desserts were repurposed from the earlier lunch as they were stale

Almost feels like the hotel is ours only. Lovely ambiance and amenities. Easy to get the bus from the local station to Barcelona. Only thing is the local water park is closed for the season at this time of year

The swimming pool is beautiful and the hotel had a disco night and a live music night. Good variety of food and overall a great experience

Cleaning was done daily and properly. The rooms are well equipped and looking nice. We only changed ours because we didn't want fifth floor. The staff were very helpful both at reception and at the bar

There’s a supermarket next to the hotel and within 5/10 minutes you’re at the beach. The bus station is a 10 minute walk away and you can get direct busses to Barcelona and Girona

Rooms: we had room 314, corner pool view, decent balcony. All expected amenities including air con. TV old but that didn’t bother us

The hotel lobby, restaurant and bar area are all very modern and fresh. The staff were all friendly that we met. The standard pool view room was functional for 5 nights. However, the room really needs a refurbishment

The hotel facilities are excellent: a spa, a salt-water swimming pool with jacuzzi features, sauna, and steam room. At the bar we enjoyed high-quality coffee, and the buffet was varied and delicious every day

The furniture is in great condition, the bathroom is huge with a good shower, and the balcony was a wonderful bonus — large, with a sea view, a sofa, a table, and even a rail for drying clothes

Great beach, many pools, big and free spa, nice and clean area, modern hotel, good parking also for big cars, friendly staff, good breakfast, good room and comfy bed, nice bathroom

Our room on the first floor had obstructed view of the beach, with a row of trees blocking it. I also had a few issues with the room, which i complained about. It took a few days but i was moved onto the third gloor

Upon arrival I was told that we can't be in this room. Not enough sleeping places, like what? and I need to pay 200€ extra for her food and for her presence in the room

Being out of season the hotel was very quiet and only one pool open. However the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We were full board and whilst only the main restaurant was open all our food was cooked fresh for us

You can use a sauna, bikes ( free of charge), pool, jacuzzi and outdoor bar. Views are stunning so make sure you book a sea view room. Rooms are very spacious, the only suggestion is the decor of the rooms - bit outdated

The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were very spacious. The ones in the bedroom are quite noisy when moving. And the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. The pool and sauna were very nice

This hotel has is extremely quiet because it’s at the far end of town, which is obviously very close (as Sitges is a small town)

Close to the sea front literally a 2 min walk with the option of taxis and buses. Direct buses into Salou, Tarragona and also to PortAventura

The room we were given was a good size, air conditioning, mattress and pillow a bit hard, I like it that way, large wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub, flat screen TV and a small terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking the street

Breakfast menu service, sandwiches, bikinis, hamburgers, pizzas, mixed dishes, Indian food, they also had all kinds of drinks and cocktails, they even had shishas with different types of flavours, all at affordable prices for a hotel

Hotel very close to the sea with good cuisine and good services. The staff is very attentive. The rooms are spacious and well insulated so you don't hear the neighbors.

Too many rules in pool area cant go out until 10am (unless your spainish it seems was told cannot move beds eventhough we were getting burnt cannot have coffee or any drink from their bar at pool was asked for it band 5 out of 7 days yet a lot of other people were not asked
