We didn't stay here, but we got fantastic help from the resepsionist when our bus to the airport newer showed up. He ordered a taxi for us, and waited outside with us until the taxi arrived. He spoke with the taxi driver that he had to drive as fast as possible to the airport, because the driver didn't speak English, and we don't speak Spanish. Amazing help from a nice guy. We didn't stay in the hotel, but we had food in the restaurant in the front of the hotel. Food was lovely and cooked freshly. In the night time we drank in the hotel bar, the drinks were very well priced. The staff were so very friendly and fantastic service.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making getting around super convenient. The environment is lovely, clean, and tidy. The hotel really need to raise their bar. They are charging you a really high rate night when they do not meet the expectations. Room was not cleaned properly, for at least few weeks, as there were dust bunnies and dust buildups in more than one place. The roof of the bathroom was falling down. I will reconsider staying here when you have cheaper options.

A great hotel, rooms are an adequate size with a nice balcony. The shower is amazing. Food is nice enough for a buffet style, we are half board but we can switch our evening meal out for lunch. We did have to pay for our drinks with the evening meal, but they are not a bad price. Pool is reasonable, with sun beds around. Plenty of evening entertainment during the week.

Comfortable stay and very close to the station, which was great. Room was comfortable and service was friendly. My only slight issue was people in the room next to me talking very loudly in the middle of night (two nights in a row) and there did not seem to be much sound insulation to minimise noise.

Rooms in Europe are generally on the smaller side, with pretty basic amenities. I tend to get cold easily, so I had the air conditioning running 24/7.
