Fantastic location. The rooms with balconies were very spacious and spotless. Dinner was a little underwhelming, but breakfast was excellent and offered a good variety. The staff were okay.

Clean hotel but a bit run down, lots of damaged things in the bathroom, the balcony window isn't insulated, the entrance door isn't sturdy, it barely moves and you can see us, the rooms aren't insulated at all, you can hear everything! We stayed at this hotel for the last 5 days. We had a lovely time it was in a good location an hour away from Barcelona plus short walk to the beach. Its close to the train station so you can head into Barcelona easily. The food was fantastic full of various options we did a buffet breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend.

We had a great family stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and great housekeeping team. Fresh towels daily . The food was very good and plenty of choice for everyone. If you are Bulgarian and want to have a nice time do not visit the hotel. There is discriminatory attitude towards us, at sometimes offensive. There are bans on everything. About a 7-8 minute walk from the Sagrada Familia, and half an hour from Casa Milà. Two metro stations are also within a 10-minute walk.

Good service: The front desk staff were very efficient with check-in. My room didn't have slippers, but they were brought up quickly after a phone call. Facilities: The room size was acceptable. However, the hotel's air conditioning was ineffective and noisy. Room 414's window wouldn't close, so the construction noise outside at night was very disruptive. The shower pressure was also quite low.

This is a great hotel, and it's my second time staying here. I was even in the room right next to my last one. It's very quiet, and the location is quite convenient. Most importantly, I feel safe here as there aren't any strange people around. The rooftop observation deck is also a nice bonus. Overall, I highly recommend it.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place genuinely felt unsafe. There's a huge bar downstairs and another one on the 10th floor. The elevator would be full of drunk people every night, and I even had someone follow me, trying to get into my room... The security here is really poor. I loved it here! The rooms are very nice and cosy. Clean too! The room service does a great job. They come at about 10-11 am every day, you can always ask them for something specific like don't make the bed, but wash the floor - no problem.
