We came to stay at this hotel after a terrible experience at another 4* hotel in town and it was night and day in terms of customer service, room and amenities age. Lovely and clean hotel. Rooms could do with some drawers to put your stuff in. Balcony's have low level partitions between rooms so very open. We stay one night in the Hapimag Mas Nou to enjoy a day and night with my 2 friends from high school. We book a massage and it was really great thanks to the amazing hands and kindness of Judit. We had fantastic food for lunch dinner and breakfast, nest to the pool and the amazing views of Girona's landscape. Perfect for relaxing and catch up with old friends.

I stayed at Hapimag Mas Nou. Very nice resort. I enjoyed a lot. Location of resort is very well organized. You can reach in front of your apartment by car. This makes the transfer of luggages pretty easy. Staff is very friendly. Next to the resort there is a very nice golf club. Resort has a nice swimming pool.

We have visited Mas Nou twice and this place i very relaxing. As golf players, it is perfect to have Golf d'Aro close. We can also recommend Empordà Golf. A beautiful golf course, with big variation of each hole and only 35 minutes drive from Hapimag Mas Nou.

I have to say, this is the first time that I would come back to a city for travelling simply because of the hotel I stay. The location is perfect, especially in the vicinity of Espana station and Aerobus pick up/drop off point.

The location is a bit out of the way, but it's very close to the subway station. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food, especially their steak, which is absolutely fantastic. I arrived and they told me to pay for the room, it was already paid even with extra deposit of 100€, we were arguing about that. The lift was not working and while repairing the lift there was no light. The hotel itself is nice (at least the part visible to the guests), there is a pool and beautiful view on the sea. After my stay, I did not feel very happy with the hotel. It's apparently a 4 star hotel although it doesn't give that sensation. The staff appeared diligent and hard working, but it was clear that they had precious few breaks. We went there for a couple of nights to relax and it was amazing. Getting a room with a beachside balcony view is worth it! The views from our balcony were great! Make sure to catch the sunrise! If you look for cheap option to stay, it is ok. But apartments itself requires refreshment, needs to invest a bit. I am staying in the hotel right now as I write this there only a couple of issues the Lifts there two in main reception and one around the side used by cleaners or service. The lifts are not in order of merit if your on second floor you press lift to come it doesn't come to your floor even if no one used the lift there a issue with them i think your waiting ages for them. Great location, downside is limited rooftop beds so arrive early if you plan to take advantage of the sun! The hotel porter was really helpful and advised that a local taxi would be quicker and cheaper than an UBER however it ended up being double the price, so I would recommend double checking before departure.

While its surroundings are limited to a few shops and it is far from public transport, the property has good fundamentals. The staff are what makes this place a lovely stay. I needed to update my booking, due to an error on my side; Ezequiel and Ricard could not have been more helpful. This hotel isn't near tourist places, I was here on business, but it was very nice and the gym was good too.

The standard room was really big and well furnished. Everything was okay, with the exception of wi-fi that was not working properly, switching off for long periods.  Also need to notice that the walls were so thin that I could clearly hear scandals in the room next door.

A good hotel in Girona. The room is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious with a bathtub. The hotel is a bit far from the Old Town attractions, but still walkable—around 20 minutes—and on a nice day, it’s actually a pleasant walk. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I really enjoyed my time at this hotel.

Comfortable and peaceful place to select for Business Trip if you visit to Girona.

EV CHARGER ON SITE! 0.4 EUR/kw. We used that as a one night stop and work during the day. It is okay for that. A little outdated but the staff is lovely and thats is compensating it! The Internet/wifi is unstable. Need to as the receptionist to restet it to work in the room.

A good 1 night stay; the rooms were clean and spacious but in need of modernising. The staff were helpful and the car park felt very secure to leave the car overnight. Expect a walk of around 20-30 minutes to reach the old town.
