Great location of the hotel, close to everything. Air conditioning in the rooms worked fine. Food menu varied and have great range of all inclusive drinks. What I can't praise though are the snacks, where the burger was just a dry bun and meat and cheese, no sauce or veggies. The pool area needs reconstruction. Fabulous place to stay in Tossa just outside the main area but 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the centre of town, 15 minutes to the castle. Great hotel, catered well for my gluten free diet. The Maitre is as fantastic and each meal time showed me the food that was available for my needs. Each evening I could choose from a list of foods although a lot of the buffet food was also gluten free. He had a great understanding of allergies and what was in the food.

We decided a last minute trip to Barcelona for my birthday. We after a couple hours of searching around, we found Hotel Claris to be the best in the area, a lot of places are close by and a very safe area. We checked in on my birthday and the process was easy and fast. They even had a gift for me, they made me feel special for my trip. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

Hello! We stayed at this hotel from July 25th to August 5th, 2025! The hotel is very conveniently located, both to the beach and to the Bus Plana bus stop! It was clean. It’s not located in the best part of the city but still fine (metro access). Breakfast wasn’t so diverse. It’s across from some sort of kindergarten so if you open the windows, you hear some noise (Of course that it’s a lovely noise but at some point a bit annoying). In total, it is worth the money.

Very close to the subway station, and the room was clean and tidy. The bed was also very large. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the front desk service was fantastic; they gave us a map, told us about routes, and reminded us of important things to note.

The room's air conditioning is underperforming, the accommodations are outdated, and the in-room safe is non-functional due to a missing lock. We have just come back from this hotel. It was very very clean. Located in between the old and new parts of Tossa de Mar, both a 5 minute walk. The staff worked hard on the restaurant, constantly filling the food in offer, or clearing up. The food was so varied from asparagus to snails.
