Okay,just. Hotel is extremely busy with teenage summer camps. Breakfast was good but very busy. Some staff nice but some are very abrupt,we struggled to get any boiled water for babies bottles, it proved very difficult and staff were not very accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel with our dogs and had a pleasant experience. The best part was that they warmly welcome pets, which made traveling with my dog so much easier. It's ok hotel. The food was good though. They have a sign outside advertising a 3 course meal for 16 euros, but when you go inside, the waiter tells you that they don't offer that deal. In my opinion, they're misleading people and I'm not up for it. On the positive side the service was adequate, friendly staff and clean facilities.

Good hotel clean and accommodating. Friendly and helpful. A bit of a distance from Barcelona main city. So travel is slow. But local amenities are not great in area out of season. But hotel no complaints and service, food and amenities they offer are good price and value.

Beautiful hotel with good and clean rooms/beds/bathrooms. The walls are thin, so you'll hear (and be heard) everything. The pool is cleanish, yes its dirty every afternoon after many people been in it with sunblock. You'll have a sunbed peak season (jul/aug) if you arrive before 11am. Amazing stay!! This my very first trip to Spain and I stayed 7 nights. The breakfast was an amazing buffet style. Dinner as well and the other eating options they had on different days pool side. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and quiet. I can say with confidence that this will be the only hotel I would stay at during my visits to Spain!

Great hotel been back 20+ times. Great for Port Aventura Park. Staff are great especially bar staff. Hotel and rooms are very clean. We generally eat out for evening meals as loads of place we love in the area to eat. Usual do bed and breakfast as evening meal in hotel is not for us. Definitely recommend and we will be back next year.

I chose a small suite, and I thought the facilities were well-maintained. The view was also decent. However, since the room didn't have a coffee pot, I rented one, but they charged a 20 EUR deposit and a 3 EUR daily fee. This was a completely disconcerting experience I'd never experienced before. We encountered friendly front desk staff, but the room lighting was a bit dim and the noise from the next room was quite loud. Anyway, it was acceptable.
