Good hotel in a good place. I was there 4 last nights untill it was closed for the end of the season. Food was good and not only cold as someone wrote. Hotel's stuff was great. Everything is good with this hotel and I'm looking forward to return there next year.

Hello! We stayed at this hotel from July 25th to August 5th, 2025! The hotel is very conveniently located, both to the beach and to the Bus Plana bus stop! It's also very easy to get to the amusement park and the airport! The service is also excellent! The staff is friendly and quickly resolves issues! Everyone goes out of their way! The property is in an amazing location, staff is friendly. However, that’s pretty much it. The rooms are dusty, the throw pillows on the beds are stained, the white shower curtains are discolored pinkish. The rooms need to be revamped asap. Elderly people were the main guests, I saw no one my age except for front desk staff.

The hotel is located right by the promenade. You can rent bikes and have a nice evening. The only thing is, we rented electric bikes and they didn't work. We couldn't figure out what was wrong with them, so in the end, we took a regular bike but paid the electric bike price :) Make sure to check them with the staff. Very comfortable. We slept very well and enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant.

Food, especially diner was very good. Lots of facilities, lively town, wish I could have stayed longer.

Not a bad hotel, few little issues with the food, always check chicken is cooked properly before eating, couple of times we went in for lunch and dinner, chicken wasn't cooked through, slightly under cooked, I prefer chicken well done.. This hotel is very interesting. The evening entertainment was superb -- Las Vegas quality without crowds. The public areas are decorated with art and antiques you would see at a large show and you can spend hours just touring the many large public areas and getting a good look at the collections.

Good hotel with many facilities to enjoy, with parking option. The breakfast is good too. Only thing that I am not very happy is the shower in the single room (seems ok for double and beyond). The shower place is too small and the curtain is sticking to the body and water is leaking around.
