Stayed at a fantastic hotel in Barcelona. I've also stayed at hotels from this brand in places like Shanghai and Nanjing, and they've always been great! Planning to book 'her' again on my next trip to Barcelona, it's truly wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Arts in Barcelona. The suite had an incredible panoramic view of the city and the Mediterranean which made the stay memorable. The room was modern, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and always kind which made everything feel easy and relaxed. A 5-star experience from start to finish.

I’m not sure what to think about SB BCN Events. The hotel itself is fine — clean rooms and generally correct service — but there’s no minibar, which is surprising for a 4-star superior hotel. What’s more disappointing is that no one answered the phone for two days in a row. That doesn’t really match the level of service you’d expect from this category.

The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill.

Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

Nice hotel,in the old town of salou, quiet, served well by the bus service. The pool isn't very big and the sunbed area . The sunbed area is cleared by 19-30 20-00 hrs for tables and chairs for the evening entertainment. Which by the way ain't very good. The bar service not too bad but it closes at 23-00 . Okay,just. Hotel is extremely busy with teenage summer camps. Breakfast was good but very busy. Some staff nice but some are very abrupt,we struggled to get any boiled water for babies bottles, it proved very difficult and staff were not very accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel with our dogs and had a pleasant experience. The best part was that they warmly welcome pets, which made traveling with my dog so much easier. The location was okay, but still convenient enough for getting around. Overall, I really appreciated how pet-friendly the place was, and I’d definitely consider staying again because of that.
