Really really cool experience. From the check-in to the check out. Reception, the bar and Jose, the restaurant ( with amazing and affordable regional wine prices ) the breakfast... The location as well really top and free parking around the hotel. I would always come back happily. I traveled with my family and the hotel was perfect in all the senses.

This hotel seems to cater mainly for escorted holidays with exact times( one hour) for meals for each group. Do think they had stretched themselves during my stay. Also the dining area for groups felt inferior to the larger dining room. Food was ok - lovely salads. Twin room for one was perfect, cleaned daily.

Very nice hotel close to the beach or 24/7 market. Great breakfast and dinner. The room is flawless.

I am staying in the hotel right now as I write this there only a couple of issues the Lifts there two in main reception and one around the side used by cleaners or service. The lifts are not in order of merit if your on second floor you press lift to come it doesn't come to your floor even if no one used the lift there a issue with them i think your waiting ages for them. Great service and fantastic views! The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Agbar Tower, Sagrada Familia, Tibidabo mountain, and even the sea. The surrounding area is also quite peaceful, and there's a sauna. Overall, a very good stay.

Extremely satisfied! I've stayed here multiple times. The hotel is stylish and upscale, with an excellent location. The breakfast spread is fantastic. If you're a light sleeper, you would definitely want to ensure you're not in a room facing the road. It gets too loud at night . Unbearable 😞. Laundry services are also not the most convenient ones. To get laundry back in the same day, one is charged 50% of the cost. Other than that, overall one can survive. Comfortable bed, proximity to sea, proximity to public transport, proximity to taxi line....

On the day of check-in, the hotel had no electricity until late in the evening.

Shower hot water was either scalding hot or cold. Need to replace tub/shower faucet to include temperature balancing valve (USA) to prevent scalding and produce an even temperature shower.

This hotel is very interesting. The evening entertainment was superb -- Las Vegas quality without crowds. The public areas are decorated with art and antiques you would see at a large show and you can spend hours just touring the many large public areas and getting a good look at the collections.

The rooms aren't dated and are quite spacious compared to other hotels. Honestly, it’s what you want. I booked this because it’s simply a room with a bed/shower and a balcony. I was there for a long weekend, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was small but perfectly fine. It had a little balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the pool area, which made it feel cozier. Ana, the pool entertainer, was super friendly from the start. The front desk staff were also very kind—we were even allowed to check in two hours early. Julio at the bar was also a lovely person. Close to the station, the room was spacious and very clean. What's rare for an overseas hotel is that they store your luggage in a locked storage room, which gave me peace of mind.

I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. During check-in, the staff’s attitude towards me and my elderly mother felt dismissive and unwelcoming. The hotel is next to a church and has a pool. The rooms are decent, but there are so many of them that it's easy to get lost. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again next time.
