Great hotel, catered well for my gluten free diet. The Maitre is as fantastic and each meal time showed me the food that was available for my needs. Great location of the hotel, close to everything. Air conditioning in the rooms worked fine. Food menu varied and have great range of all inclusive drinks. It's ok hotel. The food was good though. They have a sign outside advertising a 3 course meal for 16 euros, but when you go inside, the waiter tells you that they don't offer that deal. In my opinion, they're misleading people and I'm not up for it. On the positive side the service was adequate, friendly staff and clean facilities.

It would be nice of them to clean the clime grates more often. Terrible dust in there. The food wasn't amazing either and people by the reception desk mostly unpleasant and unwilling to help. Too little information on opening hours of some facilities like external restaurant etc.

The location is a little bit far from the tourist attraction but its still convenient to travel buy the public transportation to city center. Nice trip!!

Hotel was very nice. Room is good enough. Location is far from airport. When you gona call room service if they come to your room for giving you something they gonna charge delivery charges.

The hotel boasts a great location, quiet and situated by the sea. It's also very close to the subway station, about a 4-5 minute walk. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the beds are comfortable, and even the single beds in the standard rooms are larger than those in typical European hotels.

The hotel service was very attentive. The sea view room had a decent view, though unfortunately, there was a building directly in front of it partially obstructing the view. I thought mineral water was provided daily during the stay, but the front desk said it was only on the first day. However, for the last two days, the cleaning staff kindly provided bottled water, which I really appreciate! ^_^...

Rooms clean, staff helpful and polite and food decent. No entertainment, not clean on sun loungers, nowhere to go during the daý and not all inclusive drinks like it said. Was bored alot and will not be going back but still recommend for food and bar and polite clean atmosphere.

This hotel is by far not a four star hotel more like a three. Rooms are adequate and clean good walk in shower we found the water always warm cleaning team very hard working and pleasant. Food cheap and barely warm service team rude and abrupt under cooked food dinning hall packed and noisy like being back at school queuing then trying to find a table. Paying 25 euros for a safe in a four star hotel...

Travelled to watch my daughter play football in a local tournament. Great hotel- room was spacious modern and was great. Hotel was spotless, lots of areas to hang out. Pool area was fab lovely pool plenty of loungers. Dined half board - food was great. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough. Great location - opposite the train station to explore the coast.

Lovely hotel with super staff and good facilities. The hotel itself is slightly dated however it's clear that the bathrooms have had a facelift recently. We stayed here 3 nights on an EF student tour. From the perspective of a student tour, the hotel is fine. Pretty decent breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean, beds are relatively comfortable, bathrooms are pretty nice. The staff was friendly. I would not recommend this hotel for personal travel. While the pool/sea view rooms are nice during the day, there is VERY loud music every night until 1130....
