Stayed in hotel for Magaluf half marathon. Great location. Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was decent. Pools are great. Free beach towels and loungers were plentiful. Would recommend

I had requested a few things and I got absolutely everything I wanted and even more than what I expected, I was on floor 5 and some may say it’s loud but I genuinely don’t think it was the doors block out all the music that goes on the rooftop pool

Great location in the second row from the beach. The highlight is the infinity pool on the roof. With a glass bottom and a view of the sea. However, the pool is not heated. The breakfast offered a lot of choice

We loved the rooftop pools, beautiful. We took advantage of it. We were able to go swimming in the sea which is really a 2 minute walk away so that’s also a very good point. The room is not bad

Hairdryer in the bathroom, beach towels exchangeable for tokens. Bar Petit Bahia not too busy and perfect if you wish to escape the crowds. Plenty of restaurants and shops on the seaside

You have an access to a swimming pool. People on the desk and generally staff is very polite and welcoming. If you want nice balcony view I would definitely recommend to consider

Good hotel, great food, location,clean, 5min to the beach and bus stop to Palma and the airport, Wi-Fi works well. Room really clean and modern, nice decour. Only minus uncomfortable hard beds and small pillows.

I’d rate this more as a 3-star than a 4-star hotel. Check in: The man on reception when we arrived was really nice and welcoming, no issues there. Don’t know his name but he was bald (sorry)

Again, once we pointed it out, they took it off, but still no apology. Other cons: Bed was really uncomfortable, food very repetitive, gym wasn’t great, and the pool was tiny

Clean , organized hotel and near to bus station and beach

Check out: Completely different story. There were three people on reception – a middle-aged brunette man, an older man sitting down, and an older woman – and they were honestly so rude

Pros: Room was clean, nice view, short 10 min walk to the beach. Most of the staff throughout our stay were actually really lovely – it was just the reception team on check-out that left a bad taste

Great cycling location, property has a secure bike garage with tools, air, and bike shower. One block from the beach and a mile from Alcudia old walled city an easy walk. Highly recommend!

Good location, short walk to the port. Walking distance from the old town and the beach. Good local bus connections. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean.

The rooms were great, everything was great, but when booking, be sure to confirm your desired sea view room in advance. The bathroom was excellent and very user-friendly. The rooms were quite nice and refreshing

The bar/café was a mainstay of our break in Palma. Large jug of sangria for a great price. Club sandwich was delicious. Excellent value for money, lovely staff, great views of the beach.

Just get a room with sea view! It's just amazing. The rooms are renovated and everything works. Breakfast is good, many options to choose from but the coffee could be better though

Amazing sea view room. Hotel is located next to beautiful beach. Many shops and restaurants around. No private car park but it's not a problem to find a space in the street car park near the hotel (no fee )

Rooms, beds, buffet, staff-everything is top notch. There are places for coworking, gym, and ping pong tables. Most of the days they are activities like 21:30 shows and ping pong tournaments

I set location to 4 because the famous beach nearby is too shallow. It’s good for kids, but to swim you have to go like a 100 meters. The show we attended - Queens - is far from top quality

The location is good, but can be a downside if you are looking for a place on the beach (1-2 blocks from the beach)

2 big pools outside (plus kids pool) and 1 smaller pool inside with the gym. Never had to wait for a Sun lounger - could always get one in the sun. Super lovely staff in the bar/ poolside

I didn’t expect such a great experience. Very well organized, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. Just 5 minutes from the beach, but it also has its own outdoor and indoor pool

Our basic room was very spacious, with a large balcony and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and palm trees. The staff were very friendly, professional, and the cleaning service was excellent

There are plenty of attractions, pools, kids’ pools, and animations – mainly for children but also for adults. A small rooftop bar with a jacuzzi and a nice view was a pleasant surprise

Not what I booked! I went 3 weeks ago with my son and his family. They booked a 2 bed apartment and I booked a pool view in the hotel

The hotel has a real relaxed vibe with plenty of areas to lay out around the pool. The breakfast is of a really high standard with plenty of hot and cold choices

The pool bar serves a good selection of food which is served throughout most of the day

The hotel is situated only a 3 minute walk into the main hub of the town and the Plaza is the place to have a drink and enjoy the last of the sun before choosing were to eat

Now to the pluses: The staff are the biggest plus for the resort, all of them deserve a mention and all have a smile on their face which says they enjoy working there

A low hanging lampshade i manged to nut everyday and a bed i also managed to catch my leg on! a very clean modern bathroom with a walk in shower

A new modern designed room which is fine for a week if you see past these issues

I have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Viva Golf, and have ZERO complaints. I stayed in a Selection Club duplex room with its own rooftop patio, sun lounges and private mini pool

A lovely hotel with very professional staff. Clean, pleasant, room with very comfortable bed. Pool area, gym, and the cycling storage facilities are all excellent

We had a breakfast and dinner meal plan and buffet was good quality with different options/theme each night. Right on the beach and convenient for shops etc

From check in, to check out, the staff were awesome. Peter was a delight, and always happy with a warm welcome, and Tony on the bar was a joy. The food, facilities, atmosphere, location staff - all brilliant

Fabulous memories! The sea lapping almost at his feet) Service is just amazing, instructor-school activities are great ( Robert swimming on the boards!), masseuse Elena is always ready to help, the kitchen is gorgeous and varied

Breakfast was very good with a variety of offerings from fruit to eggs, pancakes, breads, meats and cereals. The only detriment was the skimpy toilet paper which was very poor quality

Our dream came true and we were lucky to stay at the lovely Costa Palma hotel in Cala Major on our honeymoon! Everything was truly amazing! Sending hugs to our favourite receptionist man! Firstly, let me address the question of safety/stealing. I personally was cautious after reading a few recent negative reviews. However, after 4nights stay I can HIGHLY recommend this hotel

The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the sea, the surrounding restaurants had sea views and were enjoyable

Spacious hotel ground, good size rooms. No problems getting a sunbed. Easy walk/busride into town for evening meal. All staff receptive and friendly. Breakfast buffet plentiful.

The hotel is absolutely spotless throughout. It was a short walk to the town. We walked along the side road not the coastal path as it was hot, the trees kept us cool

It's on the ocean and so beautiful; offers a large outdoor area with tons of lounge chairs, a saltwater pool, a grassy area with chairs, a "spa" area where you can either book massages or relax on your own with a view of the ocean

There's a sauna with an ocean view and it was perfect for the day it wasn't super warm because we could still enjoy the ocean view. There were a decent amount of guests during our stay but it never felt crowded

Spending the holidays at the Elba Sunset was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is spectacularly perched on a cliff between Magaluf and Palmanova, and the sea view from the Deluxe Artemis-category room was simply breathtaking

the second unpleasant was the internal pool where the water was cold and this terrible jacuzzi effect so strong and non-stop, my daughter got scare and couldn’t get in :/

BG Java Hotel was very inviting. The location was fabulous with a bustop right outside. The facilities made our stay really memorable. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating.

Overall good. The room is clean and the same as the picture. The front desk is friendly. It is easy to access and convenient for transportation. Good value for money. The surrounding environment is good.

Currently here on a long weekend holiday. The air conditioning in our room we were staying in to begin with was not working. The staff at the desk were very helpful and got us another room ASAP

Nice facilities, various breakfast, very nice staff and great value for the money. Mattresses tell a lot of stories. There was some damp smell in our bathroom. There are mosquitoes because of the lake nearby

One elevator was out of order our whole stay. But all of those compensated with a very fair price, considering the proximity of a very nice Platja de Muro

I stayed at the EIX Lagotel Holiday Resort in October 2025. They have lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. There are a few vegetarian options for lunch, but unfortunately not that many

Bierkönig is a few streets away and the Mega Park is just around the corner. The beach is a few minutes away, but you can also chill out by the pool in the hotel. The hotel provides towels for free

We didn't use the pool or the bar. The only drawback was the not-so-clean bed linens. We found some stains and hairs on them. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away

It's very close to the sea and the beach. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I come back. Both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious! 👍

I was treated upon arrival by a very nice gentleman, the ladies in the restaurant are very sweet, and the manager is always looking out on the guests. Breakfast is excellent, and dinner is also very nice

We wanted the pool, gym and Jacuzzi as the hotel is on the Marina Waterfront with no beach. Room was contemporary with marina sea view, large balcony, various tea and coffees with kettle
