We enjoyed a lovely stay at the hotel. The pool areas were ideal for families, and direct access to the beach was perfect for us

We had an extremely good time at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and we had a nice sea view from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and informative and the meals were varied and well cooked

We stayed during October half term so there were a lot of families with different aged children. The facilities were ideal, the hotel is very clean and comfortable

The hotel was well situated with access to the promenade from one side and the shops from another side

Fantastic hotel , excellent value for money and 1 minute walk to the beach. The food is great and all the staff and very acommodating. It’s in an excellent location directly opposite the best part of the 2km beach strip

Comfortable beds, nicely furnished. Charging for an iron ridiculous. Pool hours in high season are crazy. Sitting about waiting for it to open at 10 when sun has been up for a couple of hours

Not best hotel pools for sunbeds as sunlight is blocked. Food at lounge was very good A good stay but would t stay again

Having two pools is an added bonus, the better pool being the one with the BQ lounge, great service and amazing pool, always plenty of sun loungers around the pool

I went for bed and breakfast has I like to try out the new food that they have in different countries. The only problem I would say is that they don't have much food for their breakfast in terms for there's a lot of pork

So I recently stayed this lovely hotel from June 10th to June 15th I travelled solo. Which is in the corne you can see everything from your room. I must say that the services was good location was absolutely good

Overall I enjoyed my stay they also have a shower downstairs so if you have a late flight. You check out at 12:00 and there is a luggage storage locker room where you can store your luggage's and suitcases

The pool was exceptionally clean except for the when the area around the pool was hosed down and washed into the pool just before opening at 10 and the pool was disgusting all day- it was our last day thankfully! I mentioned the cleanliness of the pool to the receptionist but he really couldn’t care less! Rooftop pool was so nice although small it was like a plunge pool- nice to go for a cocktail...

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The pool was spotless, though the opening hours (10 AM to 6 PM) could be more flexible. Reception staff were always attentive and ready to help

Breakfast was excellent!!! Such a wide range/choice of food which covered allergies and intolerances- even the coffee machine served good coffee! Couldn’t fault the food at all! Room was good size with the bonus of a large fridge

Bed was comfy and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels if you wanted them. Room with a pool view was fab- there weren’t a lot of sun beds but seemed to be enough to go around

Nice hotel and rooms are clean , great variety of breakfast in the morning ,unfortunately the rooftop/club and pool were closed due to off season, it will be open next week. Otherwise i really enjoy my stay there

Christine was the most helpful receptionist I encountered in Mallorca. She helped me with a complicated problem and listened carefully. I would go back to the same hotel any day. The service she provided was excellent.

Had a fabulous week here in July , this hotel definitely deserves 5 stars , everywhere is immaculate and so clean , room is beautiful and very comfortable, so much choice in restaurant for breakfast and dinner , all the food is super fresh and the grill area provides fresh steak , chicken , pork or fish daily , pool area is amazing, choice of loungers and brollies anytime , all well spaced out and...

Fine hotel, probably more like a 4.5 star. Great food, great staff, nice interior if a little dated. Stayed for a week with 3 kids. Chilled pool area.

The hotel is nice and modern, the food is well done, the swimming pool is also fantastic, but the one thing to notice is that waiters barely speak English. If you ask them something in English they answer you in German.

2 tiny points about the hotel is the hairdryer isn’t overly powerful so if u have long hair I’d take my own and the other is men have to wear long trousers to dinner , that’s ok but I seen on occasion women wearing shorts in the restaurant when men weren’t allowed

We had a suite situated in a separate building across the quiet road two rooms and a bathroom, very clean. I won't comment on the furniture or decor as the hotel closed the day after we left for a full refurbishment

Close to the beach for an evening stroll down to the main street , lots of shops but mainly sell the same stuff so not the best selection but ok for a wander

We have been to Bahia 4 times, and one of the main things that bring us back is the bar staff! We always get all inclusive premium and always receive the best service from them! Special shoutout to our favourites - Barto, Raul, Dani, Maria, Joan, Xisco and Jona! Wouldn’t be the same without you guys!

There is a outside pool with a garden also and hammocks to relax. We stayed in the junior suite and it came with a cot which we requested a double bed and a single bed. The room was stocked with tea, coffee extra

We have been coming to this hotel since 2023. We haven’t been anywhere else since then! From the start, Mar has been amazing and has always been so kind and caring when booking us in

She goes above and beyond every year! Also a massive shoutout to Barto, Dani, Maria and Raul for welcoming us from the moment we came and still to this day we are looked after so well! Nothing is too much trouble for them! They all make the hotel experience amazing for us! They will never get rid of us now!

Bar staff work hard and are excellent shout out to Dani, the lassie can’t remember her name sorry). Entertainment team especially Milayna (think that was her name) she was great

Great place, great service!! Especially Marga, Claudia, Joana, and Esteban!! Delicious food and fantastic bike facilities. We will be back

I would however have wished that I had known that the hotel were more for young people than families and that the area was a party area. But I could have done more research

Rooms so small and elevator is a big problem ,I have been waiting 15 minutes with all luggage and finally I go with stairs but breakfast was good p

Very close to the beach and in the middle of the German neighborhood (the fact that everything around is in German and not Spanish is a bit of a downer)

The pool area was well maintained and it was easy to get a fresh towel and lounger, so no complaints there

Food is gorgeous, and Julia (the lady grilling meat and fish) is amazing: you really can not but eat her grilled food every evening !! Super nice service at the arrival: the staff at the reception let new comers have a Seat and relax themselves while they offer a local drink and they sit by the client’s side to proceed with the check in procedures

And last but not least, the one and only fitness instructor, Agata, makes this place the best choice for anyone who appreciates a professional approach to health, body, and mind - truly top-notch

The hotel is very clean, modern, full of nice amenities. The service is excellent: The staff are always smiling at clients, kind, very careful and caring

They value all the clients’ needs and desires, they offer perfection in every detail

In saying that, the receptionist kindly helped and advised there is a community parking 10mins walk from hotel (careful there are a bunch a steep stairs to access free parking) Wish there was more restaurants around as well

Great hotel, it is hard to find any faults. Nice rooms, well maintained and very clean with great views. Fantastic breakfast choices and evening meals too. Great pool facilities for both children and adults

The bar next to the pool downstairs is amazing as you can grab a drink without having dinner in their Asian restaurant. The cava we drank was exceptional (sparkling wine)

The pool area is lovely too with heaps of seating. There is also a spa which wasn’t crowded so very nice to enjoy

I stayed at this hotel for a six day vacation with my five-year-old daughter. From the time we were welcomed by Sergio and Desiree at check in until we checked out 6 days later, the experience was first class

We had a great 2 days stay , we love the pool view from our room with the balcony, so relaxing, the room ,beddings and towels were so clean and fresh

Staff at the reception could be stroppy some times. It is quite some walk from the beach. The pool is ok in size with sunbed available but could be full at peak times

Swimming pool was great ,i wish they could extend the time. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel

The receptionists who attended us when we checked in and even during our check out were fabulous and very friendly. Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and the bus stop to the airport was just a 10 min

The last night was a bit annoying as one drunk lady was trying to enter our room and insisted to open it despite telling her that its not her room, I tried to ring the reception but phone seems not working

So as maybe a solution to that the hotel could maybe get fibre Wi-Fi which can house a lot more people, but other than that the hotel is outstanding and I would encourage you to go there on you next holiday, it's a beautiful place

Just returned from a 5 night stay with my husband and son. Hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean, our room was lovely and bright with a sea view

Hotel is situated in quiet location with wonderful views! Rooms are very clean and contemporary! Breakfast provided wide choice with cava served to breakfast which was nice add on. Swimming pools clean and not busy

Would highly recommend, my only tiny complaint was the cooked breakfast which was cold. Great location, 20 minute walk from the port, in a lovely quiet residential area

The hotel has 4 nice pools, in fairly good condition but in need of a clean with algae on the edges of the pool. There's a small Indoor Spa too with Pool, Sauna and Steam room and gym which is handy on rainy days

Great location with great room. We stayed two days for our honeymoon and we meet only great staff and delicious food. Everything was perfect

My stay at Hipotels Flamenco in Cala Millor was superb. Room with sea view was exceptional with staff and restaurant/buffet excellent. The variety of food available for our half board was the best I have experienced

Our second visit this year to this lovely hotel for my husband and I. We first visited in June this year (2025) and had room 435. We booked again for September and asked if it was possible to have same room

We’ve just returned from another fantastic stay at Alua Calas de Mallorca and honestly it never disappoints. The food was lovely with a really good variety each day

What really stood out and made the trip was the staff – they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile

The food wasn’t always the best and was sometimes only lukewarm, but there was still enough choice to get by and it certainly didn’t take away from the holiday overall

Reception also deserve a mention, especially Waka and Luisa, who were amazing when helping me sort an issue with my iPad connection – really appreciated the support

The entertainment team – Gonzalo, Wilson, Alvaro and Laura – were fantastic and kept things fun and engaging throughout

A true sea view room, you can watch the sunrise and sunset on the sea from the balcony, or go out the back door of the hotel and stroll around the seaside market. Very cozy sea view room, sleep very soundly.

All staff have been very welcoming and we feel very lucky to be here. Poolside staff are particularly attentive and I have to single out Yojhan for being exactly the right balance of kind, charming and helpful

Beautiful view from rooftop bar. And try out their infinity pool. I'm gluten intolerant and the Chefs have cooked yummy fresh crepes for breakfast and pasta/ pizza for dinner, and personalise to your liking

The whole vacations were very nice in the iberostar Bahia de Palma. I liked the food and the rooms were very nice and clean. Also the service was incredible. The people who are working there are very helpful and nice

However, for a five-star hotel, aren't the water bottles too dirty? I stayed for two nights. When checking in, they asked if I wanted a room upgrade. I agreed, but after entering the room, I wasn't satisfied

I asked to cancel the upgrade that night and return to my previous room the next day. The front desk then told me that it was not possible to change back

I understand that the rooms don't provide bottled water, and you have to go to the hallway to get your own water from the purifier

We had a great stay at the Prinsotel La Dorada. The accommodation is modern, fully equipped with quality materials. The ground floor 2 bedroom suites with a private heated pool are ideal for a family of 4

Both the spa and gym are great too. April is not too busy and the weather is fair. The restaurants are very good, especially the grill

The waiting staff are brilliant and work tirelessly to keep on top of clearing tables and in the evenings taking drinks orders. Dani has worked at the hotel every time we have been here and he is just absolutely fabulous

They have an army of support from Ruben, Paula, Hilda, Fran and more who are all as incredible as the last! Dining – we were greeted every breakfast and dinner by Tatiana with a warm welcome and a smile

They know how to take care of you and handled a slight inconvenience with generosity and grace. Special thanks to: Carolina, Daniel, David, Laura, Johana. and I forget other names, sorry guys

I also recommend getting the Club Member upgrade which allows you to choose between the restaurants at no extra cost. Last but not least the staff were great, very welcoming and helpful

That said, there are plenty of sunbeds available at all times—no need to wake up early or reserve spots. This really adds to the stress-free holiday experience

The pools are lovely, though towards the end of the day, some pollen from nearby trees tends to collect on the surface

The bar serves a good lunch, and if you have a car, it’s easy to explore dinner options nearby. Within 10–15 minutes, you can reach Cala Bona, which offers a great selection of restaurants and some nice nightlife

This is an excellent hotel, particularly suited for adults and older children. The breakfast is a standout feature—with an impressively large selection catering to a wide range of tastes

With easy access to the beach, beautiful views and very comfortable accommodations, we strongly recommend it. The staff was absolutely friendly, delightful and helpful

Like many hotels in this area, it’s a family hotel so there are small children running around, which we are fine with, but we realize it’s not for everyone

Just one example being that there were peanuts mixed in with rice, this was a major concern for us because such a high risk allergen was not well advertised when we had a anaphylaxis risk with one member in our party, indeed what was the purpose of peanuts in plain rice?! The Restaurant Manager (Nicholas) ruined the first morning of my holiday and it took a good few days for me to move on from this...

It is quite unlikely I would stay at this hotel again for a number of reasons though the main one being the Restaurant Manager who completely ruined the start of our holiday, a holiday that we have work hard to afford and for what we had waited a long time to share with family for a very special occasion

I emailed the hotel twice to inform them of my complaint though I received no response, I also tried to inform Reception though I found the moderate level of spoken English to make this somewhat difficult to achieve efficiently

Whilst the hotel was clean and modern with a good breakfast, the evening meal selection was poor for vegetarian choice and the allergen advice was particularly very poor and quite concerning

I would feel quite indifferent about recommending Las Arenas

The hotel felt considerably almost regimented, breakfast finished at 10

Food and drinks We were room only and ate in the pool Bar and the food was wow! Goats cheese salad , fresh hot pizzas! The cocktails were great too (aperol spritzes) and more reasonably priced than anywhere else we found in Cala D’or! Location Could not be in a more perfect location! 5 mins from the beach (Cala Gran) 5 mins from the main square! 2 mins from the little train that goes all around...

The place is nice and the staff is super friendly. They were wonderful with our kids, very helpful and attentive and just great people

Pool area was lovely! Quiet,clean well spread out no rushing for beds, nice pool bar and food! Perfect location, short stroll to the beautiful beach then couple more minutes to the restaurants,cafes,bars,shops all beautifully clean and modern and great food ! Taxi to the harbour was 7€ and had a lovely meal there overlooking the yachts and beautiful area Definetly would love to come back ! Only...

This is our second time staying at the hotel! It was good value for money for us! Close to the beach. Nice pool, nice people. I recommend it to everyone.

Got back last week from a 4 nights stay, The hotel Is lovely, small blocks spread around we was in block 7 overlooking the swimming pool perfect rooms Were good abit basic but clean

The spa was next-level relaxing. Can’t wait to come back! Big shoutout to all the staff especially spa receptionist- Ghania, manager Alexjandro, entertainers Dahiro and Maria and lifeguard Dani!!! Best friends for life❤️

Only two small points for improvement the breakfast could be more varied and the bedrooms need some maintenance. We spent really great time with my family in this hotel

We had a lovely stay at Club Es Talaial. Staff were friendly and the cleaning was always on point. Food was very good with plenty of choice, and the team were excellent when we asked about avoiding pork for our family

Affordable hotel with amazing staff. For the price that we paid the food was tasty and everybody could choose what they like

The snack bar was amazing sold nuggets chips, hotdog, burgers and toasters and tasted great you need pay €1 for plastic cup for drinks through the day but you get it back at end of holiday, the pool was slightly smaller than we would’ve liked but was good but cold the slides and splash park are fantastic for young kids but not so good for my 8/15

The entertainment starts around 11am the activities round pool then mini club at 8:30 which was ok the night entertainments starts 9:30 which was good for all the family

There is a few pool tables and air hockey table in arcade to pass time. The restraint is busy but organised well, there isn’t a huge choice but there is always something good and ple ty fruit and salad too

Mercedez at the front desk (you read that right, it's the last name, a local) was very enthusiastic and professional. At her suggestion, we upgraded the room to a sea view room, which was worth it

Best hotel ever!! Great service, fantastic food, comfortable bed and room! We took the star prestige option and it was nothing less than awesome. The location is great as well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming

The hotel is close to the airport and places to visit on the island. It has a high cost-effectiveness. It is also convenient to eat and drink outside the hotel. There are also Burger King snacks

The hotel's location is perfect—central yet quiet, beachfront. here were also plenty of activities to keep us entertained, including yoga, Pilates, aqua fitness, and more

The room was very spacious and well-equipped. There was a water station next to the elevator on each floor, which provided free and unlimited iced drinking water

When you come back to the hotel exhausted from outside, a glass of ice water will make you feel refreshed, which is in stark contrast to many hotels that do not provide free drinking water at all
