We loved the pool area and the family room we stayed in with thoughtful little touches like chocs on the bed pillows at turn down. The reception staff all been super helpful with recommendations

The sunbeds were set very close together, and the hotel seemed to cater more to flight crews than holidaymakers, giving it more of a motel feel than a resort atmosphere

We recently spent 7 days at this hotel as part of a 5-day global offsite with 49 colleagues, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had

The rooms were stunning, the food was out of this world, and the service throughout was absolutely flawless. Every single detail exceeded expectations and elevated our entire event to another level

Even though the hotel was at full capacity, it never once felt crowded, the atmosphere was calm, spacious, and private, as though we had the place to ourselves

ROOMS The rooms are all absolutely immaculate. You will get fresh pool towels daily and if you leave any other towels on the floor in the bathroom, these will be replaced with new

Cleaning is done between 9:00 - 15:00 with the mini bar being replenished shortly after There is a turn down service that we didn't opt for but happened anyway each night around 19:30 when we were out for dinner You are provided with shampoo, conditioner and body wash and I thought they were good quality even without outrageously curly hair! The AC is a lifesaver especially throughout the night

Pools were well attended by lifeguards and staff serving food and drinks. Plenty of sun loungers but can imagine in height of summer it’s busy

We kept this on constantly and the room stayed lovely and cool There is a TV with a good few English channels (One, ITV, Netflix) and the TV can be pulled out to face the bed if needs be All rooms and their views look wonderful in all honesty

I have seen a lot of people panicking about room selection but the hotel is gorgeous regardless of where you are put (in my opinion) You will have a beach bag to use whilst you are on holiday, a steamer, safe and laundry service if you need

We gravitated to having lunch at the poolside as you can see in some of the pictures, however lunch is available at The Market or La Veranda without reservation For dinner, if you download the app you can check out what is on at The Market each night under allergy information

The staff were very helpful, breakfast very good, great little bar and terrace. Rooms a bit cramped and i should have asked for an accessible one as i struggled getting in and out of bath to get a shower

Room cleaned every day, new towels every day probably because they are soaking from the shower flooding the bathroom floor, slip hazard if you're elderly, paddling pool if you're young

Food is ok more like school dinners rather than a 4 Star hotel. Swimming pool is small given the amount of folk staying, however the sea is a 2 minute walk

Just Perfect, the view to the beach is BEAUTIFUL, and the restaurant is with the beach view, the Staff are really kind, the Lady from reception (Ana) was super kind , the housekeeper always say hello , the food was good

This is a 3 Star hotel claiming to be 4 star due to its location. If you book here you must have a room with a sea view, it's a terrific view with sun on the balcony from around 10. 30 depending on the time of year

At the quieter end of Magaluf almost at Torrenova so much quieter at night. The hotel has an entirely different view of All Inclusive than any other hotel we have stayed in

I have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Viva Golf, and have ZERO complaints. I stayed in a Selection Club duplex room with its own rooftop patio, sun lounges and private mini pool

A lovely hotel with very professional staff. Clean, pleasant, room with very comfortable bed. Pool area, gym, and the cycling storage facilities are all excellent

We had a breakfast and dinner meal plan and buffet was good quality with different options/theme each night. Right on the beach and convenient for shops etc

From check in, to check out, the staff were awesome. Peter was a delight, and always happy with a warm welcome, and Tony on the bar was a joy. The food, facilities, atmosphere, location staff - all brilliant

Fabulous memories! The sea lapping almost at his feet) Service is just amazing, instructor-school activities are great ( Robert swimming on the boards!), masseuse Elena is always ready to help, the kitchen is gorgeous and varied

I have been here for the second time. It is very good service here and the food is very good

The hotel room had everything we needed, the hotel pools were great for the kids, the hotel communal areas were spotlessly clean and the food selection was good. Plenty to do in Alcudia outside the hotel also

No complaints. Everything did funktion. Service is perfekt. The reception service and the cleaning was excellent.

We came to the viva sunrise with our almost 3 and 5 year old and had a brilliant time

The shower was also excellent, with good water pressure and consistently hot water. We also thought it was great that the hotel has two saunas and a small pool

Honestly, the saunas were not very hot, but I’m not a sauna expert — maybe that’s normal in Spain. The staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted us in English, Spanish, and German

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had everything needed for a pleasant stay: a great minibar, bathrobes, slippers, and a balcony — very cozy

They provide bathrobe and indoor slipper, towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner but the room does not have toothbrush, toothpaste or comb or shower cap. There are plenty of choices for breakfast

Our stay in Mallorca was wonderful, and we were especially very satisfied with the hotel. The hotel is new and stylish, and the breakfasts are very good

If you're carnivore, you'll love it, as you can just order beef steaks until you're full. The spa and gym were also nice. Really enjoyed the sauna and pool, though it can get very busy when the weather isn't good

Very friendly and polite, passionate staffs!! Not only the receptionists, concierge and restaurants staffs but cleaners too are very friendly and keeps the rooms very clean

I’ve never see such diligent room service. Every time we leave the room for more than an hour, we come back with a freshly made room - multiple times a day

On the beach,Spacious, clean, very comfortable. Our balcony overlooked the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The wifi is great.

When checking in, the front desk upgraded the room type and assisted in giving Hyatt membership points. There are many free public parking lots nearby, and you can find a parking space by turning around

the second unpleasant was the internal pool where the water was cold and this terrible jacuzzi effect so strong and non-stop, my daughter got scare and couldn’t get in :/

BG Java Hotel was very inviting. The location was fabulous with a bustop right outside. The facilities made our stay really memorable. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating.

My room had two single bed together both good dimensions excellent toilet and shower room to all this and hotel itself lovely and clean. My room did not have sea view but the majority do

During our stay, we experienced some noise from neighbouring guests and requested a room change, which the staff accommodated promptly and without any hassle

We spent most nights at The Irish Soul bar attached to the hotel, which sells an excellent pint of Guinness. Sunbeds at the pool were always available so need to go to the beach. Everything you need under one roof

Young lady at reception warm and welcoming and patient with me ( I have a little voice disability). My room was on first floor so apart from taking my suitcase up I never bothered using the two lifts during stay

we spent a week at hotel marques as a family of 15 celebrating my fathers 80th. the location is simply unbeatable. direct access to 2 beaches including the famed es Trenc with sunrise and sunset views that wow everyone

We stayed for a the weekend at Universal Marqués in a twin room with sea view, including half board. The hotel itself is lovely — beautifully located and well-kept — but the real star of this place is the staff

we ate dinner twice in the hotel and one night was fantastic (freshly grilled prawns, v tasty local fish and paella). the other night was a slight disappointment with more standard buffet offerings

the hotel is very clean (the cleaning staff deserve credit) with attentive bar staff and a helpful reception. the Seaview rooms are functional but a bargain at the price

JS Hotel Ca'n Picafort Arrived late but Paco on reception made me feel welcome and made my check in fast and friendly. Hotel is on the beach front and has lots of ships, bars and restaurants all around.

Loved the place, and also the PEOPLE - So nice! They put so much effort to make your experience really great! I really reccomend this place! -AND GREAT FOOD!!!

First we got a room inside whitout no view.Got another room whit sea view. Good beds, cleaning every day. Quiet all day because theres no cars allowed in the street. Very nice stay

That was not the type of room we booked and at the end of the day we were transfered to the type of room we did book. One downside, every now and then a somewhat strange smell was produced by the air conditioning

Pools Both adult only pool and children pool spot on with plenty of sun beds to enjoy. Room The rooms are spacious and very pleasant. The beds are great, pillows not so great

The rooms are bright and large, I really liked that! The pool area is really nice with very good music. The bartender at the pool bar is the best! (There was even a cocktail on the house :))

Nice facilities, various breakfast, very nice staff and great value for the money. Mattresses tell a lot of stories. There was some damp smell in our bathroom. There are mosquitoes because of the lake nearby

One elevator was out of order our whole stay. But all of those compensated with a very fair price, considering the proximity of a very nice Platja de Muro

I stayed at the EIX Lagotel Holiday Resort in October 2025. They have lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. There are a few vegetarian options for lunch, but unfortunately not that many

And thank you for the reception staff for booking a taxi to the airport on our behalf. Everything went so smoothly and well for sure to be back. Thanks to everyone at MarSenses for taking care of us so well!

The main takeaway was how wonderful and lovely the staff were every single day esp to my 10month old. It's pretty chilly in october. we are vegetarians and it was really easy

The hotel was lovely, very well maintained, absolutely amazing for families. The splash area and waterpark is amazing and there is a lot to do for kids spending time there

Back to a hotel we enjoy absolutely everything. Pool, entertainment, food, staff and the cleanliness. Perfect for a family, beach near by, great restaurants and accessible to absolutely everything you need.

Lovely big bathroom with shower, jacuzzi bath, double sink. Great kitchen with good sized fridge which was great for cold drinks. Plenty of hanger and storage space for clothes. Lovely big balcony overlooking pool area

Bierkönig is a few streets away and the Mega Park is just around the corner. The beach is a few minutes away, but you can also chill out by the pool in the hotel. The hotel provides towels for free

We didn't use the pool or the bar. The only drawback was the not-so-clean bed linens. We found some stains and hairs on them. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away

It's very close to the sea and the beach. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I come back. Both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious! 👍

Pool and garden area very well maintained. Good breakfast and dinner with plenty of options. The only real issue was the air con. We asked multiple times for it to be switched on

I was treated upon arrival by a very nice gentleman, the ladies in the restaurant are very sweet, and the manager is always looking out on the guests. Breakfast is excellent, and dinner is also very nice

However, everything else was superb! There's also a rooftop pool offering incredible panoramic sea views

The beach was fantastic, and with the hotel being just 20 meters away, it was incredibly convenient to pop back to our room for a shower and change after spending time in the water. However, it was indeed a bit noisy

The hotel is situated right on a commercial street with plenty of eateries and shops, and we could hear drunk people shouting loudly at night. Overall, despite the noise, it was a positive experience!

In summary, the hotel has some really strong points especially the friendly staff and family-friendly facilities like the pool but it struggled to cope with off peak demand

The indoor pool was a real highlight, especially during the colder February weather – it gave the kids something fun to do each day

Our two children were expected to share a small double sofa bed, and one of the legs was broken, making it uncomfortable and resulting in poor sleep. The main bed mattresses also felt well used quite lumpy and uneven

The bar area was also a nice place to relax after dinner, and we enjoyed the entertainment that was on most evenings. However, the hotel was extremely busy during half-term, and at times it felt overstretched

Friendly welcome, very nice, clean room, good breakfast, but many of the staff in the breakfast room weren't very friendly. One lady, even after politely asking twice, still didn't bring me coffee

Another man, who supposedly didn't understand me, said he wasn't Spanish but Arabic. I asked for a cappuccino, but it wasn't available, even though other guests did have one

Rooms are well kept and recently renovated. Comfortable beds but unfortunately the walls are so thin you can hear the conversations and toilet flushing in the next room. Parking in the area was ok in February

It is a shame that there was no way and you had no choice. With us it was not the quantity but rather the time of day that you were allowed drinks. Thank you all for making this a lovely week for us both

Just left after staying nearly 2 weeks here. Staff at this hotel are amazing and so friendly! Nothing is too much for them. Rooms were cleaned when we needed them, with fresh towels

The only thing I found annoying was needing a €1 coin deposit for a glass to have a drink by the pool. Paper cups were for hot drinks only
