Exceptionally clean with friendly staff The food was fresh, varied and tasty. You could also get food by the pool including salads as well as burgers and ice cream

States that this is an adult only hotel but is NOT! When me and my partner arrived there were a-lot of kids there, when we went down to the spa in the evening there were kids splashing about in the indoor pool so took away the relaxing spa experience, and a lot of messing around in the corridors

We thought the hotel and room was lovely. We had a Superior room pool view room and free non alcoholic mini bar with balcony. The dining staff work so hard

Word of warning though if you book anything lower than a superior room you don't get tea making facilities , looking now at the room description there is no mention of it ,think I just assumed as everywhere I have ever stayed had a kettle , yes I could have one €5 a day ! I declined

Check in was good except the receptionist forgot to validate our credit card so come evening meal, we had the slight embarrassment of not being able to confirm who we were. It was sorted quickly with apologies

Just returned from a lovely stay here , hotel is spotless, great decor, food gorgeous and loads of variety. Most staff were very friendly. Dining room was a little chaotic at evening meal

Good selection of breakfast including cooked to order eggs, omelettes and pancakes. Only criticism was poor orange juice, more like kids squash. Enough sun beds and very clean pool with lifeguard

Views of the rocky coastline from the pool made us feel like we were actually lying on the beach listening to the waves

Never had to worry about reserving sun beds too ! Stayed here with my daughter and 4 year old granddaughter she loved the kids club. Rooms kept really clean and tidy the hotel was beautiful

We paid extra for a sea view on one of the top floors. Amazing views of sea and a spacious balcony to relax. We booked bed and breakfast and staff helpful and attentive

They had a separate pool and children’s play area to the side of hotel, that did not encroach on the main area. The roof top bar has amazing views with comfy sofas and swing seats

It took about 35–40 minutes to cycle to the city center, and I can’t even describe how enjoyable the ride was. I highly recommend renting bikes in the afternoon to enjoy the waterfront and the views

We've stayed 8 nights and everything was fine. Our room was at the second floor with large balcon(two sunbeds and a little table). The staff were friendly everytime and the food also good.

There’s also a rooftop pool, which we, unfortunately, didn’t get a chance to use since we only stayed for 3 nights – but I’m sure it’s just as perfect as everything else

Breakfast was fantastic, decent selection and variety, live egg station! Room was quite cozy and functional, although the decor was simple and slightly dated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed linen was spotless, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable – we slept like babies! Special thanks for the hotel’s beautiful interior design – stylish, modern, and very cozy

The location is ideal – just a 5-minute walk to the beach, literally right across the road. We also loved the opportunity to rent bicycles at the hotel

Especially the night receptionist who carried my luggage up the stairs for me on arrival, Saul and the lifeguard who set up our sunbeds and umbrella each day, the lifeguard who took my case to the luggage store for me on departure

Before we had even got to our room we were asked to pay 70 euros Safe 32 Euros 10 back at checkout Tourist tax 36 Euros Drink Tokens 2 Euros ( this was a bit of a pain as we were all Inclusive and you had to keep taking cup back when wanting another drink they would not give a new one without the cup dont expect to have to do this when AI) Location: Perfect within 5min walk to bars restaurants...

The rooms are basic but clean, great powerful shower, comfortable beds. We were self catering and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. We were provided with drying towels but no washcloth or washing up liquid

I loved the fact that it was a smaller hotel with only 3 stories in a cottage style surrounding a freestyle pool and beautifully landscaped. There were lots of nooks where comfortable seating was provided

We are both over 60 yrs old and I was recovering from a broken ankle so my mobility wasn't great. There are steps around the complex but there is ramp access to the poolside and rooms

I had a look on streetview to determine the distance but in reality it was much closer than I thought. The hotel is on a rounabout with all ameneties down the slope at the next bigger roundabout

We had an amazing stay. The views were incredible. There is private access to the water. Food was delicious & staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very good breakfast and dinner buffet. Fantastic location, and friendly staff. Easy to park the rental car right outside of the hotel. Quiet neighborhood.

This place was INSANE. 10/10 went above and beyond my expectations. It was incredibly beautiful & very central.

It's not often I'll ever have any desire to stay at one location multiple times however, this hotel was absolutely unreal. The location, facilities, staff, restaurant & room was unbelievable I did not want to leave

The hotels direct access to the ocean was the highlight along with the beautiful views from the room. My housekeeper was such a sweetheart (I forgot her name) but I could not recommend this hotel enough

The stay was over my expectation, we just left the comment before checkin that we were on our honeymoon trip, hotel has upgraded my room to the ocean view building and compliments us with champagne

24h front desk with nice employees. Pool is guarded and open during the day till 1900. Towels can be taken for free with a deposit

Hotel Timor is a Perfect Stay on the Beach Really beautiful hotel in a great location! Two pools are both clean and comfortable, the restaurant is very reasonably priced, the buffets are wonderful, and the staff are all very friendly! Highly recommended!

, lots of delicious desserts also. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants/bars, a little park if you're have little ones. Indoor pool was brilliant, we took our daughter each morning and she loved it

Great hotel close to the beach and with swimming pool. 300m from the bus station to the airport and the city center. Those at 1st floor have a bigger balcony. Elevators a bit small for the declared 8 people capacity

The only problem found in the room is the shower that is mostly open and it's easy to make the floor all wet. We solved asking some additional towels

We have just got back from a week at Hotel Timor, would definitely recommend! Lots of choice of food, the freshly made omelettes, fillings of your choice was a popular choice from ourselves

Comfortable beds, nicely furnished. Charging for an iron ridiculous. Pool hours in high season are crazy. Sitting about waiting for it to open at 10 when sun has been up for a couple of hours

Not best hotel pools for sunbeds as sunlight is blocked. Food at lounge was very good A good stay but would t stay again

Having two pools is an added bonus, the better pool being the one with the BQ lounge, great service and amazing pool, always plenty of sun loungers around the pool

I went for bed and breakfast has I like to try out the new food that they have in different countries. The only problem I would say is that they don't have much food for their breakfast in terms for there's a lot of pork

So I recently stayed this lovely hotel from June 10th to June 15th I travelled solo. Which is in the corne you can see everything from your room. I must say that the services was good location was absolutely good

Overall I enjoyed my stay they also have a shower downstairs so if you have a late flight. You check out at 12:00 and there is a luggage storage locker room where you can store your luggage's and suitcases

The pool was exceptionally clean except for the when the area around the pool was hosed down and washed into the pool just before opening at 10 and the pool was disgusting all day- it was our last day thankfully! I mentioned the cleanliness of the pool to the receptionist but he really couldn’t care less! Rooftop pool was so nice although small it was like a plunge pool- nice to go for a cocktail...

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The pool was spotless, though the opening hours (10 AM to 6 PM) could be more flexible. Reception staff were always attentive and ready to help

Breakfast was excellent!!! Such a wide range/choice of food which covered allergies and intolerances- even the coffee machine served good coffee! Couldn’t fault the food at all! Room was good size with the bonus of a large fridge

Bed was comfy and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels if you wanted them. Room with a pool view was fab- there weren’t a lot of sun beds but seemed to be enough to go around

Nice hotel and rooms are clean , great variety of breakfast in the morning ,unfortunately the rooftop/club and pool were closed due to off season, it will be open next week. Otherwise i really enjoy my stay there

Christine was the most helpful receptionist I encountered in Mallorca. She helped me with a complicated problem and listened carefully. I would go back to the same hotel any day. The service she provided was excellent.

Had a fabulous week here in July , this hotel definitely deserves 5 stars , everywhere is immaculate and so clean , room is beautiful and very comfortable, so much choice in restaurant for breakfast and dinner , all the food is super fresh and the grill area provides fresh steak , chicken , pork or fish daily , pool area is amazing, choice of loungers and brollies anytime , all well spaced out and...

Fine hotel, probably more like a 4.5 star. Great food, great staff, nice interior if a little dated. Stayed for a week with 3 kids. Chilled pool area.

The hotel is nice and modern, the food is well done, the swimming pool is also fantastic, but the one thing to notice is that waiters barely speak English. If you ask them something in English they answer you in German.

2 tiny points about the hotel is the hairdryer isn’t overly powerful so if u have long hair I’d take my own and the other is men have to wear long trousers to dinner , that’s ok but I seen on occasion women wearing shorts in the restaurant when men weren’t allowed

We had a suite situated in a separate building across the quiet road two rooms and a bathroom, very clean. I won't comment on the furniture or decor as the hotel closed the day after we left for a full refurbishment

Close to the beach for an evening stroll down to the main street , lots of shops but mainly sell the same stuff so not the best selection but ok for a wander

The pool area was fine, never had an issue with a sunbed but were there towards the end of September. Only downside was the entertainment, which was acrobics. The music was loud and repetive

The pool area, along with the bar & games area were brilliant. We loved our morning pool family stretches with Francesco. The buffet breakfast was probably the best we've ever had

Great hotel, very friendly staff in the restaurant. Beautiful pool and a lot of free activities like kids’ club, volleyball and small soccer field, table tennis and indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi

Breakfast buffet was excellent. We were very happy with our room and view of the pool and had a great time. The outdoor pool was a bit cold though and at night the hotel was pretty noisy

I liked pretty much everything. Hotel was clean, buffet foods were great and location was good!

Everything was more or less perfect except sound isolation between the flats. Because of the tile floor in all the room you can clearly hear whenever your neighbour is moving the chair og something else on the floor

A lovely, modern, well equipped hotel. We had a little hiccup with the electricity in our room but the efficient engineer came to the rescue and fixed it

What a superb hotel Unbelievable value on half board basis. The buffet at breakfast and evening was of high quality with a large range of options. Room was side sea view and was good size and well maintained

Just returned from a week at the Perla Hotel in Majorca, We stayed all inclusive and could not have had a better time. Everything from the check in, our room, food & drinks package was just fantastic

The breakfast was good, the team were very attentive, polite and efficient. It is a gem and would definitely will be back !!

I cannot fault any aspect of the hotel. It is within a few feet of a beach and good transport links to places of interest

overall a nice hotel withgood food ,excellant staff ,no real qualms ,might go back next year but a couple of weeks earlier as the hotel had started to wind down for the winter break

room was nice and clean with bottles of water left every day as well as tea coffee topped up. the hotel is ideally situated for the town the beach and of course Lidl nearby

Being our third year in a row holidaying in Majorca we decided to go North to Alcudia and The Bordoy hotel, it did not disappoint at all, lovely room cleaned everyday during our 7 days, great food and options, good drinks avaliable all day, the staff were so friendly, helpful and a real laugh

Booked last minute and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff were so friendly the interiors were simple fresh and just lovely, breakfast was good, location was perfect for the beach restaurants and the old town

Only improvement I would recommend is more storage options as it was limited in the bedroom and bathroom. The location is central for the beach and shops, taxis are easy to order if you feel less energetic

The adult only pool is a great area (there are 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pool) and we enjoyed tasty barrata salads, burgers and yaksobi noodles plus several of the cocktails on offer, for poolside lunch

What a fantastic stay at the wonderful Hilton Galatzo hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, staff were very helpful, loved the setting of the hotel on top of a hill with amazing views of the SW Mallorca coastline

Our room was spacious and stylish, with a large balcony that became my favourite spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets over the sea. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained

The hotel offers two beautiful pools (one adults-only) plus a spa and fitness centre, perfect after exploring nearby beaches or the walking trails in the surrounding hills

The staff were warm, professional, and always ready with helpful local tips. It is slightly removed from the main towns, so having a vehicle is recommended if you want to explore more of Mallorca

A bonus was that the hotel has its own shops as it can feel a bit secluded. We especially liked the small boutique shop run by the lovely Karen and the other shops run by Irene and Netty

We would also like to highlight Romina, the housekeeper – she was absolutely fantastic! Our room was always spotless, and she was so kind and attentive. She made us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay

Ideally located near the nature reserve for a run or walk. Have to mention the reception who I had asked for flowers for my wife as it was our anniversary. We would love to return again. Felt at home from the first day

Ibra and Isaac are absolute stars they looked after us the whole time we were here. We had a fantastic stay the rooms are comfortable and super clean, the whole place is clean and the food is restaurant quality

Very nice hotel with very nice and efficient staff. The location close to the nature is also great. We do however dont appreciate the clear glass part into the bathroom. It is, at least for us, a private area.

We never appreciate all inclusive and end up eating out but this is different Sea bass, tuna, good quality steak, beautiful tasty salads. There are spa facilities although we didn’t use them

Jassmin, who – if I remember correctly – was the restaurant manager. He was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and created a great atmosphere while making sure every detail was perfect

This was our first time staying at this hotel and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The apartments were really spacious and clean, ours had a balcony with a pool view

The animators are amazing — special thanks to Klavdiya and Alejandro! They are genuine, positive, and have an incredible sense of humor. It’s always fun with them, and they really give their 💯%

I really can’t fault this hotel. Lovely spacious clean room, with a Fridge and kettle! Shower was good. The Air conditioning worked well too. We had a large balcony that overlooked the pool

They knew our three kids by name and really encouraged them to join into all activities. They had so much energy and our kids were s excited to see them every morning and find out what activities were happening that day

The whole hotel is very clean, housekeeping does an excellent job. All staff are friendly and willing to help you. Bar staff are efficient as are the restaurant staff. The entertainment team do a really great job

🤗 Our 5-year-old son fell in love with Klavdiya 🫣😁🩷. They truly know how to connect with children and give them a real celebration and unforgettable experiences. You can see the passion in their eyes and hearts🩷

The sunbeds are very comfortable in themselves, but the wind always blew the roof off because it was connected with Velcro. Perhaps a different connection technique should be used

Just back from another fabulous week at this hotel. We have been coming her for 4 years and it never disappoints

Would highly recommend to all friends and family. The only improvement I would note is the beds aren’t the most comfortable but if you like a harder mattress you will enjoy but not a massive thing just more to point out

The hotel is in a great location to Santa ponsa (roughly 20 minute walk) and as guests staying for just breakfast included we throughly enjoyed the food choices but enjoyed the variety of going out on an evening

Just finished our holiday at punta del mar, absolutely loved every minute of it. Was an absolute pleasure to come to. Food & drinks were good, rooms clean and very spacious

We were given an upgrade on arrival, which was of course a very positive surprise. There are also various sporting activities on offer. The breakfast has a large selection and is very tasty

I didn’t catch him name but the man who was working the poolside bar on the second day of opening went to extra trouble to make our order of sangria even though his machine wasn’t working! The food in the restaurant was amazing, loads of choice and they would cook fresh on request

Hotel was great for the money it says its a 3 star which is probably right. Ideally situated in cala millor. Staff were nice and room was clean. The only negative for me personally was the lack of sun beds by the pool

Had a lovely holiday food was good plenty of choice and we had a set meal on our last night and it made a lovely change to be waited and have tablecloths and napkins hotel is very clean staff are lovely our only two things that could be better are not charging for beach towels 1 euro every time when clean towels are provided every day and clean beds every day, also there are not enough sunbeds and...

Lovely food with a great choice including themed evenings. Super animation team with plenty of variety & excellent visiting evening acts. Paella & cocktail making , local food showcase , all part of the activities

They have a terrace with tables and chairs which were hardly used in the day and would make sense to place more sun beds here. The hotel is split in blocks with only the one block serving food

The sunbeds were set very close together, and the hotel seemed to cater more to flight crews than holidaymakers, giving it more of a motel feel than a resort atmosphere

During our meetings, Siad was exceptional! Always there, anticipating our needs and making sure everything ran perfectly. This hotel and team made our offsite not just successful, but truly memorable

We recently spent 7 days at this hotel as part of a 5-day global offsite with 49 colleagues, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had

The rooms were stunning, the food was out of this world, and the service throughout was absolutely flawless. Every single detail exceeded expectations and elevated our entire event to another level

Even though the hotel was at full capacity, it never once felt crowded, the atmosphere was calm, spacious, and private, as though we had the place to ourselves

The pool area was well maintained and it was easy to get a fresh towel and lounger, so no complaints there

Food is gorgeous, and Julia (the lady grilling meat and fish) is amazing: you really can not but eat her grilled food every evening !! Super nice service at the arrival: the staff at the reception let new comers have a Seat and relax themselves while they offer a local drink and they sit by the client’s side to proceed with the check in procedures

And last but not least, the one and only fitness instructor, Agata, makes this place the best choice for anyone who appreciates a professional approach to health, body, and mind - truly top-notch

Breakfast and dinner were both excellent — plenty of choice, fresh ingredients, and great taste. The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back!

The cleanliness was at a high level, there was secured parking for vehicles, and the price was very reasonable for what was offered. The location was perfect – peaceful, yet close to all important places

Rooms are well kept and recently renovated. Comfortable beds but unfortunately the walls are so thin you can hear the conversations and toilet flushing in the next room. Parking in the area was ok in February
