Great hotel with spacious rooms, we stayed on the 3rd floor. Roof top and indoor pool were fantastic. Very helpful staff

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Pool, breakfast, room, staff wonderful. Unfortunately the stairs next to the hotel is well used and at night people walking by, was loud like they where in the room.

Nice hotel, great location. Housekeeping Didn’t attend for beds or towels, but we were only staying 2 nights and it’s nearly Christmas, so Am in a forgiving mood. I would stay again.

Facilities were all there, but pool was closed, terrace bar was closed, restaurant only opened for breakfast, and saloon bar only opened in afternoon. All in all very disappointing

We had an amazing time there. The receptionist was amazing. So helpful and she guided us the restaurants and places to see.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. We were on the top floor with a view of the pool and the sea in the distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful

There were plenty of sun beds available around the pool, due to the time of year we visited we knew that the pool would be too cold to use

I had enjoyable 2 weeks here would recommend for families & solo travellers The local bus down to Santa Ponsa is a few steps out the pool gate turn left for stop & costs 3€ It makes a nice change from the seafront The staff are pleasant & efficient the room & balcony comfortable & spacious It’s a lovely area, plenty of restaurants & shops about 5 min walk

All the kids loved him and he had this way of getting you to join in the activities even when you did not want to but glad that you had! The slip and slide was hilarious! We all loved our stay here and would love to come back next year

My stay at Hipotels Flamenco in Cala Millor was superb. Room with sea view was exceptional with staff and restaurant/buffet excellent. The variety of food available for our half board was the best I have experienced

Our second visit this year to this lovely hotel for my husband and I. We first visited in June this year (2025) and had room 435. We booked again for September and asked if it was possible to have same room

I am a travel agent, work for Hays Travel so I know how much clientele rely/look at trip advisor. Hotel room was great, spacious, clean. However did not get a huge amount of sun. The staff were friendly, helpful

From continental to cooked food. I can not comment on pool as we did not use. We were approx 5 minutes walk down road to main Playa de Palma promenade. Where it is lined with shops, bars, cafes and restaurants

There's a small gym available, table tennis, pool table and a swimming pool. There are numerous restaurants nearby and also shops. Anything you need is really close

I paid for breakfast and dinner for each day. I had no issues with breakfast but dinner was sometimes lacking in flavour. You have to pay extra for drinks during dinner, although the same drinks are free with breakfast

A big thank you to the bar staff – Jamie, Karen, Abdellah, Jose Maria, Daya, Mario, Maria Jesus, Raquel, Samuel and Isabel – always smiling, always helpful, and created a great atmosphere

We’ve just returned from another fantastic stay at Alua Calas de Mallorca and honestly it never disappoints. The food was lovely with a really good variety each day

What really stood out and made the trip was the staff – they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile

The food wasn’t always the best and was sometimes only lukewarm, but there was still enough choice to get by and it certainly didn’t take away from the holiday overall

Reception also deserve a mention, especially Waka and Luisa, who were amazing when helping me sort an issue with my iPad connection – really appreciated the support

The entertainment team – Gonzalo, Wilson, Alvaro and Laura – were fantastic and kept things fun and engaging throughout

There are only about 30 rooms, and the plunge pool area has just a few sunbeds, which were always occupied. We stayed in the entry-level room, and it was far too cramped for two people to stay comfortably

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The images do not, do it justice. Room, staff, location were all just perfect!

We booked a suite, which was spacious and very comfortable—the larger room was definitely a plus. The main drawback was the air conditioning, which was either freezing cold or off, leaving the room uncomfortably hot

A small issue, but it’s details like this that separate a four-star experience from a true five-star one. The location itself is beautiful and very central, which we really appreciated

However, there is no on-site parking—you need to use a parkade a few minutes away, and the narrow streets make driving in and out a bit stressful

One morning staff even asked to take mine before I was finished (my husband mistakenly said I was done), and I had to request it back

Relaxed pool scene with no mad rush for sunbeds when we were there. Plenty of beds available throughout the day as guest came and went. All staff are courteous and friendly

Liked the feeling of intimacy with the the size of hotel, layout of the bar and pool area was great as was the staff… very friendly. Food was delicious.

Buffet for breakfast and dinner lots of choice ( I’m very fussy) but more than enough to eat. Overall a great week in a very good hotel

Restaurant served a variety of food for breakfast and dinner which we enjoyed. Bar and pool bar served a variety of drinks and cocktails. Evening entertainment every night was great and on until around 11pm

I didn't want to go home and now I miss the hotel, delicious food and very pleasant and smiling staff (and champagne at breakfast)

This hotel were excellent for a city hotel break. They were great with preparing food for our celiac daughter. Room Cleaned very well daily Pool was cold but lovely great spot in palma

They have a rooftop pool and longe area which was nice but hot during the day. We ended up going to the indoor pool/spa which includes lockers, towels, a dry and wet sauna

I stayed here with my friends for a week, in september 2025 and we had the best time. The rooms are very clean, and so is the restaurant and every part of the hotel. It is very close to the beach and shops

The staff is very friendly and helpful. But the food, the food is EXCELLENT!! We had breakfast and dinner and it was perfect

We actually refused to eat out at bars or restaurants because we didn’t want to miss the hotel dinner, because it was better than anywhere else we ate here in Can Picafort

The staff couldn't be more helpful and polite a special word has got to be said for Jennifer who made our first day such a delight and for Carlos without whom my autistic son wouldn't have enjoyed his holiday as he will not eat food with anything on it, after having a word he couldn't have been more helpful in arranging it and a thank you to chef for cooking it everyday for us

Iv’e stayed here a few times and it’s faultless, food is excellent, beds are comfortable and it’s in a great location

The balcony was great with sunbeds and tables and chairs, a real suntrap! 2 points, the pillows not great to be honest I guess I could have asked them to be changed but didn't so my fault! Second issue , is the shower, every time we used it the floor became very wet which was a little slippery we ended up with water on the floor around the toilet may I suggest a mat of some sort

Good food option, room was spacious ,good pool area . Convient location for bus to Palma. Overall we had a really enjoyable time and highly recommend. We stayed in the middle of September

Lovely Hotel stayed here for proximity to Palma for 3 nights. Hotel excellent lovely room was upgraded on arrival as were my daughter & Grandaughter. Room was very clean and decor excellent

Bed super comfy with choice of pillows. Breakfast excellent so much choice and good quality. staff all very friendly and check-in was quick and easy with nice man

My husband, son and I spent 9 nights over there and had a fantastic experience. Nice modern and clean room with air-conditioning, balcony with pool views, mini fridge and tv with channels in different languages

My husband is celiac and gluten free bread was available daily, keep in mind you need to ask the waiters. The pool and the pool side bar was nice

Room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced daily. Breakfast was good with a lot of different options, and brunch was fantastic too

A true sea view room, you can watch the sunrise and sunset on the sea from the balcony, or go out the back door of the hotel and stroll around the seaside market. Very cozy sea view room, sleep very soundly.

All staff have been very welcoming and we feel very lucky to be here. Poolside staff are particularly attentive and I have to single out Yojhan for being exactly the right balance of kind, charming and helpful

Beautiful view from rooftop bar. And try out their infinity pool. I'm gluten intolerant and the Chefs have cooked yummy fresh crepes for breakfast and pasta/ pizza for dinner, and personalise to your liking

The whole vacations were very nice in the iberostar Bahia de Palma. I liked the food and the rooms were very nice and clean. Also the service was incredible. The people who are working there are very helpful and nice

However, for a five-star hotel, aren't the water bottles too dirty? I stayed for two nights. When checking in, they asked if I wanted a room upgrade. I agreed, but after entering the room, I wasn't satisfied

I asked to cancel the upgrade that night and return to my previous room the next day. The front desk then told me that it was not possible to change back

I understand that the rooms don't provide bottled water, and you have to go to the hallway to get your own water from the purifier

That said, there are plenty of sunbeds available at all times—no need to wake up early or reserve spots. This really adds to the stress-free holiday experience

The pools are lovely, though towards the end of the day, some pollen from nearby trees tends to collect on the surface

The bar serves a good lunch, and if you have a car, it’s easy to explore dinner options nearby. Within 10–15 minutes, you can reach Cala Bona, which offers a great selection of restaurants and some nice nightlife

This is an excellent hotel, particularly suited for adults and older children. The breakfast is a standout feature—with an impressively large selection catering to a wide range of tastes

With easy access to the beach, beautiful views and very comfortable accommodations, we strongly recommend it. The staff was absolutely friendly, delightful and helpful

Like many hotels in this area, it’s a family hotel so there are small children running around, which we are fine with, but we realize it’s not for everyone

Nice warm family pool. They treated the children with gifts. Generally a nice relaxing holiday in Port De Soller.

It's a lovely hotel, very high on the hill- so don't go if you want to be able to easily walk to town! Otherwise the hill means great views and the service - especially at the infinity pool bar- was excellent

We visited in late October, just before the hotel closed for the season. The rates were significantly reduced, allowing us to experience a spectacular hotel for a more affordable budget

The view from our room was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help with any queries we had and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely aim to visit again

We couldn’t have been at a nicer spot. The ocean and mountain views are gorgeous and we enjoyed the sunny days on the pool deck away from other quests

Be advised that parking in the town is quite challenging so you are well off taking the hotel’s complementary shuttle! Overall, this is a luxury resort that is spotlessly cared for with staff who are welcoming and hospitable

I liked the closeness to the beautiful Esmeralda beach, pool aea and brunch

This hotel is great for families. It gives you a resort style of place without any of the resort amenities. Has 2 big pools (although you have to wake up super early to get chairs and an umbrella)

Has a cala which is so convenient. It's about an 18 minute walk to the town centre. Has restaurant options about 100 metres away. My issues with this hotel is the rooms need upgrades (at least the building we stayed on)

Just one example being that there were peanuts mixed in with rice, this was a major concern for us because such a high risk allergen was not well advertised when we had a anaphylaxis risk with one member in our party, indeed what was the purpose of peanuts in plain rice?! The Restaurant Manager (Nicholas) ruined the first morning of my holiday and it took a good few days for me to move on from this...

It is quite unlikely I would stay at this hotel again for a number of reasons though the main one being the Restaurant Manager who completely ruined the start of our holiday, a holiday that we have work hard to afford and for what we had waited a long time to share with family for a very special occasion

I emailed the hotel twice to inform them of my complaint though I received no response, I also tried to inform Reception though I found the moderate level of spoken English to make this somewhat difficult to achieve efficiently

Whilst the hotel was clean and modern with a good breakfast, the evening meal selection was poor for vegetarian choice and the allergen advice was particularly very poor and quite concerning

I would feel quite indifferent about recommending Las Arenas

The hotel felt considerably almost regimented, breakfast finished at 10

Food and drinks We were room only and ate in the pool Bar and the food was wow! Goats cheese salad , fresh hot pizzas! The cocktails were great too (aperol spritzes) and more reasonably priced than anywhere else we found in Cala D’or! Location Could not be in a more perfect location! 5 mins from the beach (Cala Gran) 5 mins from the main square! 2 mins from the little train that goes all around...

The place is nice and the staff is super friendly. They were wonderful with our kids, very helpful and attentive and just great people

Pool area was lovely! Quiet,clean well spread out no rushing for beds, nice pool bar and food! Perfect location, short stroll to the beautiful beach then couple more minutes to the restaurants,cafes,bars,shops all beautifully clean and modern and great food ! Taxi to the harbour was 7€ and had a lovely meal there overlooking the yachts and beautiful area Definetly would love to come back ! Only...

This is our second time staying at the hotel! It was good value for money for us! Close to the beach. Nice pool, nice people. I recommend it to everyone.

Got back last week from a 4 nights stay, The hotel Is lovely, small blocks spread around we was in block 7 overlooking the swimming pool perfect rooms Were good abit basic but clean

The spa was next-level relaxing. Can’t wait to come back! Big shoutout to all the staff especially spa receptionist- Ghania, manager Alexjandro, entertainers Dahiro and Maria and lifeguard Dani!!! Best friends for life❤️

Love this hotel! We recently stayed for the second time and this time we stayed in a room with a private pool - it was fantastic! The staff here are simply amazing, they go out of their way to make sure you’re having a great time

Spa was excellent and the situation of the outdoor pool and proximity to the beach made it a perfect setting for relaxation

Stayed quite a few times and the Staff are lovely , food , pool and my room spotless Would be staying again soon

If you’re looking for a relaxing beach spot to get a real Mallorca experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The rooms and amenities were nice, but enjoying the beach and pool was difficult

There were very limited chairs on both the beach and the pool, and the more obnoxious people would claim chairs first thing in the morning, making it really hard to find a relaxing spot

We have a 2 year old daughter and they made so much effort with her, especially at meal times. So friendly and just lovely, I’ve never known staff like it. We are hoping to return here in a few months time

Mercedez at the front desk (you read that right, it's the last name, a local) was very enthusiastic and professional. At her suggestion, we upgraded the room to a sea view room, which was worth it

Best hotel ever!! Great service, fantastic food, comfortable bed and room! We took the star prestige option and it was nothing less than awesome. The location is great as well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming

The hotel is close to the airport and places to visit on the island. It has a high cost-effectiveness. It is also convenient to eat and drink outside the hotel. There are also Burger King snacks

The hotel's location is perfect—central yet quiet, beachfront. here were also plenty of activities to keep us entertained, including yoga, Pilates, aqua fitness, and more

The room was very spacious and well-equipped. There was a water station next to the elevator on each floor, which provided free and unlimited iced drinking water

When you come back to the hotel exhausted from outside, a glass of ice water will make you feel refreshed, which is in stark contrast to many hotels that do not provide free drinking water at all

The breakfast buffet is 10/10 with a very smiley chef making omelettes to order ! We had some issues with a leaky shower, and as the hotel was booked up we had to use towels to keep the floor dry

The walls were quite thin but what can you expect in Spain ! The pool was amazing, cocktails delivered to your seat. The shower was a very small drop in the ocean. We would definitely come back here

We were able to continue staying , however the smell was quite off putting. Despite this staff were amazing and kind, and the pool and gym were kept in excellent condition

Breakfast was great, great selection, all staff great but Samuel had great energy and made “life-saving” omeletes every day! Room wise, really comfy bed, quite big, balcony was decent size, if anything less positive to say is just the general housekeeping happened a bit late in the day, but assuming because we went October that hotel is not as staffed as high season, so completely understandable

Quite central, would reach city centre / beach (Cala major where all restaurants and bars are) in less than 10 min walk. We didn’t use it but bus stop is within a short walk (that takes you to old town )

They provided slippers and clean towels each day. There was also shampoo and body wash. The beds were clean and comfy and we were also provided with TVs in each room
