Shower was ok and bed comfortable. Pool area ok but sunbeds were very uncomfortable could do with an upgrade. Ones on the roof terrace are excellent though

Nuno is simply fantastic – full of energy, fun, and always making sure everyone has a great time. He made every show and activity so enjoyable and really brought something special to the holiday

I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would recommend it to anyone looking not just for relaxation, but also unforgettable entertainment

The hotel is located right in front of the beach. The food is good and has a lot of variety

Everything was good just they should offer complimentary 2 water bottles when traveler checked in infact they can include the water bottles price into room price

Excellent location beside the beach. The airport bus stops outside the hotel. The breakfast is exceptional! Room is adequate for a short term stay.

Lovely hotel with a nice pool and right on the beach. We went half board, so had breakfast and evening meals included. A big variety so something for everyone. Rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel immaculate

For more interesting culinary experience I suggest you walk along the coast towards S’illot until you reach the narrow walkway area

Plenry if sunbeds for everyone but towards the end of our stay towels were begining to be put down prior to tge sun coming out

The rooms, the pool areas, the common areas, the toilets, everywhere is spotlessly clean. Not even a blade of grass out of place. There is an onsite spa, and the location is a few moments walk to the beach

Check in was great, asked to sit in the lounge with a drink and another member of staff came to us to check us in, another lovely touch! We were over the moon to know our booking of a double room had been upgraded to a suite

Just back from a short stay at this beautiful place. Needless to say, how lovely the CM Mallorca Palace is, as it is already fully booked a few months ahead. Wonderful staff, everybody speaks at least two languages

The hotel is perfectly located out of all the hustle and bustle and right 3 minutes' walk to the beach, promenade and bars/shops/cafes. I am looking forward to booking again, if such an opportunity will arise

Our room was stunning, (bigger than some flats in the UK!) A walk in dressing area, huge main living area with ample seating and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in

Only one minor complaint: there was no kettle in the room, my wife found the bed quite hard, but it is what you get used to. I slept well, even though you could hear the neighbours at times

The hotel was well placed for the beach and local shops, only a short walk away. We found the food to be of good quality, as were the all-inclusive drinks

Our experience at Cabot Cala Ferrera was absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding; every staff member was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the cocktails were perfectly made

The views are stunning, and i don't think I have been anywhere that can beat them. The pool is lovely and spacious with plenty of sunbeds for guests. The beach is just down some steps and is absolutely beautiful

The hotel is certainly in a lovely location and staff are very welcoming! This is the 2nd time we’ve been, this time we paid a lot more for a smaller room, with a bed that was very uncomfortable the bedroom was tiny

My stay for 5 nights here was okay. There are many things that were disappointing during my stay. I would choose somewhere else to stay next time if visiting Mallorca

When we ate at the restaurant it was 45€ a person

When we checked in we asked about the spa facilities and told we would have to pay extra. I have never stayed in a hotel where your spa facilities are extra. So for me that is disappointing

Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Roof bar is fab for watching the sunset with a cocktail. Pool couches are great looking onto the beach - great for people watching

Carla, at the check in was very helpful and gave us some nice info about the places to visit, beaches etc Mallorca is a huge island, many beaches, we loved going to Sacalobra not only it was very beautiful and with few people but the road to get there is breathtaking, amazing views all the way

The hotel was ideal. Room was perfect and had brilliant view. Loads if space and amenities. Staff were friendly especially reception where Cecelia was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice with plenty of variety.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Eden. The rooms were spotless and offered breathtaking views. The dining options were exceptional, and the staff was incredibly attentive. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Nice hotel The hotel is not new but some renovation was made and it is very well maintained and well located with a parking close by, and you can book a space through the hotel, which is very convenient

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Walking distance from restaurants and tram station. The rooftop is quite nice and had drinks and ate Japanese food which was good

I also had a day where I couldn’t use a sunbed round the pool as so many people had reserved them with towels, despite signs saying this wasn’t allowed

Given the cold weather in March, these amenities were the primary reason for my booking. I hope you will address these operational failures to ensure future guests can fully utilize the advertised facilities

Breastmilk is liquid gold and I personally struggle with my supply. I had around 20oz of milk that I carefully carried from the plane overseas and once I transferred to their fridge overnight… it went completely bad

The fridge they had in the room spoiled ALL my milk! Because it was not cold at all. It was almost warm (yes we checked the thermostat). That was the worse thing I experienced

We had a nice room with balcony for 2 nights and 3 days. I took 2 stars for the following reasons: 1. At the time I visited I was lactating and I needed to pump

Over three consecutive days, I encountered significant issues despite following this procedure. On the first day, reception forgot to turn the facilities on

It is a shame that there was no way and you had no choice. With us it was not the quantity but rather the time of day that you were allowed drinks. Thank you all for making this a lovely week for us both

It is my second time here and I was very happy with my stay. I enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff is great and welcoming. I will come back again and I highly recommend it.

Let’s start with the positives very friendly staff pool areas clean and tidy rooms clean everyday fresh towels different food dishes everyday only a short walk to the beach

Just left after staying nearly 2 weeks here. Staff at this hotel are amazing and so friendly! Nothing is too much for them. Rooms were cleaned when we needed them, with fresh towels

The only thing I found annoying was needing a €1 coin deposit for a glass to have a drink by the pool. Paper cups were for hot drinks only

Even on days when we didn't require a clean, the lovely ladies would ask if we needed anything for our rooms. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly. The buffet food was always hot, although a little repetitive

Two drawbacks: buses stop in front of the hotel all day and night to drop off and pick up tourists, which can be quite noisy at night if you have a street-facing room, like we did

Good beds, big and clean rooms, exellent food, lots of activities, games, pools, sauna, gym. Easy to take the bus to Palma. Nice beaches nearby with small restaurants and shops

My favorite spot is the spacious roof top terrace with sunbeds and lounge/relax beds (big enough for two)

Friendly and helpful staff especially receptionists. You could enjoy sunshine outdoors but it was cold enough to use their outdoor swimming pool. I really liked how the room was designed with enough storage

The apartment was well designed, very clean with an outlook over the lovely pool. Staff were great obliging and attentive

The balcony was generous and the view only slightly hampered by a pine tree in front! The room was probably smaller than expected but lacked nothing. The bathroom was generous and well fitted out

I first saw this hotel over 20 years ago & have wanted to stay ever since! It seemed to me that my 60th birthday was the right excuse and this lovely hotel did not disappoint! The most wonderful location on the waterfront ( on the Pine Walk if you know it) at the quieter end of town, so about 15 minutes walk along the front to the center

Clean, calm, spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were really friendly and professional- I can’t remember all their names but Tanya, Gemma and Sara were great. Five minute walk to the beach

We stayed on a half board basis and the food was good with plenty of choice. Pool is large and there was never an issue with sunbeds. I would return here again most definitely

I booked the treatment „ absolut Beauty“ in the Spa area. She was so friendly and I really enjoyed the treatment. the hotel is really good, the food is varied. Everyone in the hotel is incredibly nice to us

The hotel is located by the beach and a few minutes away from beautiful hiking trails. The food was simply excellent and varied. The staff was very friendly and Always happy to help

One of the managers also told us off for drinking water out of our own bottles at dinner which felt slightly unnecessary as it was just water and not as if we brought our own alcohol / soft drinks to dinner

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was incredible, with everything from hash browns and sausages to churros and pastries, and the pool was great too

Friendly staff, had a broken toilet which was fixed within half an hour. Food is ok, don't expect much for the price, we had toast, hash browns, pastries and coffee every morning

It was a quiet area and the beach infront of the hotel was pretty quiet too but a 10 min walk into a busier area and busier part of the beach if that's what you prefer. Definitely a relaxing holiday that was needed

We loved our stay at hipotels Hipocampo playa. It was very clean, great facilities and friendly staff. We arrived around half 1 and they were happy to check us in early as our room was ready

Who designed this? The gym is small but has a rowing machine which was awesome! The indoor pool area needs to be renovated. Water is cold and not all amenities work

The room had a great layout with a stunning view of Cala Millor beach

It had an automatic shade that covers it but when the bathroom light is on, you can still see everything. What made it even more funny is the red hearing light which gave it the best Amsterdam vibes of all-time

Easy taxi from the airport and you have your own, almost private, beach at the end of the road with loungers and a good drinks shack servicing it. Would definitely stay again!

Being inside the old town was a big plus for us. It was walkable to great restaurants, a quick drive to Alcudia beach, and the staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful!
