+ good location - not far away from beaches and restaurant
Good , supporting staff

- permanent problems with water supply
Very low pressure , water sometimes coming not very clean ( for short periods of time) ,pool small with a strange shape.

Proses:
-new
-pretty rooms
-good stuff
Conses:
-crazy air-condition that blows only on bed (impossible to sleep with working air-condition)
-bad dislocation
-tv doesn't support USB devices
-small swimming pool
-very high prices in hotel's bar
-very tough beds
-ants in the room
-no sleepers

So, if you can sleep without air-condition, you don't need any bars and pubs, and you are very old man this place is for you!

We had a really bad experience at this hotel and will never stay there again or recommend anyone else to do so.

The positives: It is fairly well located and quite modern.

The negatives:

1. They did not clear our room at all during our stay. We only stayed three days (two nights) but this is still not acceptable for a hotel that holds itself out as four star.

2. They charged us extra for 'washing a towel'. When we went to check out, we were informed that the cleaning staff would have to inspect our room before our 1000 baht deposit would be returned. The cleaning staff returned with all bed sheets and towels from our room and claimed these were 'dirty' and would have to be 'washed', and that we needed to pay for this. When we challenged this, they later decided the sheets were ok but the towel wasn't (it had small make up marks on it that would obviously come out in any basic wash). We still didn't agree with this, but they would not return our full deposit so there was nothing we could do. The whole ordeal took around 45 minutes from start to finish, during which time I went online and read other reviews about this hotel where the same thing had happened to other people. I wish I had read these before booking as I never would have stayed there.

In short: I think the whole thing is a scam and hope it doesn't happen to anyone else as it really puts a damper on the holiday experience.
