Great hotel directly in front of Karon Beach. Good WiFi, friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet with Asian and Western cuisine. Very good value for the price. The room smells bad. There is a musty smell. The air conditioner is very noisy and I can't turn on the air conditioner while opening the door. The air conditioner broke down on the last day.

We upgraded to a room with direct pool access, which they offered upon check-in. The hotel is spotless, with friendly and efficient staff. You cannot get much closer to the beach or the main street for the shops and restaurants, but there was no noise to be heard. WE WOULD BOOK AGAIN WITHOUT A DOUBT.

The hotel is not new but we chose it for its location. Excellent hotel! Every day the room is cleaned! Everything is clean and tidy! Breakfast is not bad, everyone will find something to choose! Parking at the hotel is small, but the staff will always find a place, or offer to park their car!

Very good location. 10 mins of walk to sea or around 15-20 mins to Porto de phuket. Stable wifi, TV with YouTube and Google services, kitchen is ok as well. Cleaning is pretty well, landuary for 90 per 1kg. Good place which worth money that we paid.

I had a wonderful experience during stay here. All the staff are lovely and willing to help. The hotel has a pleasant, lush atmosphere and is well-organized. The surrounding conveniences are complete. To be honest, worth the price paid. I definitely stay here again if there’s any chance visiting Phuket again.

Very clean, great service and great value for money. Room has a full sized fridge/freezer which was a total lifesaver. Bit far away from the main attractions in Phuket but if you’re up for a nice 30-40 minute bike ride it’s perfect. Facilities were renovated - still renovating but this place is not new. For the general picture everything was okey. But my problem with my stay that my room was smelling humid and rust. They try to hide it with a room scent before delivering room to me but that only lasted 1 day.. which was not a successful attempt I also should mention. I had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent — it’s close to all the main attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The service was friendly and professional throughout my stay. A minor issue was that the rooms were not well insulated, so some noise could be heard.

I stayed at this hotel for one week. Upon arrival, the reception was adequate and the staff was courteous. However, several aspects affected my experience. The hotel and rooms are decent. There is no view from any hotel rooms. The highlight is the roof top pool. Best place for infinity pool experience. You can also order breakfast in the pool. The location is good as you can walk down to the market in 10 min.

It’s a very clean hotel and the breakfast (buffet) is pretty good. It’s located close to the beach, to a lot of restaurants (local and international) and to the clubbing zone. I booked a room in the 7th floor to avoid the noise and it was good to sleep (after 11:00 pm, my room was right in front of the main road and a Muay Thai place). You get extra towels for the pool or the beach, that’s cool.

The location is okay, but the hotel's facilities are outdated. 600 during peak season is really overpriced; it's more like a motel than a hotel, definitely not good value for money.

Located on Kata Beach Second Road, it's a bit of a walk to the beach, but the hotel service is excellent, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and the ground-floor rooms have direct pool access! It's also not far to walk to the Cliff Cafe!

The rooms facing the road are a bit noisy. The rooms with a view are much better. Road-facing rooms aren't worth the price. Booked a two-bedroom pool villa, but honestly, it wasn't really worth the price. The upstairs bedroom was just a very standard room. The breakfast at the Executive Lounge was beautifully presented and tasted good. There are evening performances by the beach. There's not much to do around the hotel, and no 7-Eleven, so we stayed within the hotel premises the entire time.

We arrived after long trip, in the late evening. First room 1001 - air condition did not work correctly. They tried to fixed. No hot water. We changed the room to 1003 - no hot water in the shower. It was amazing experience, I extended my stay for couple days more than what i am thinking to stay

On arrival really impressed, however once you look closer it is well used ( which is a positive) but starting to look a bit tired.  Good location. Swim up room a bonus. Staff really attentive, maintenance arrived promptly to deal with hook off wall and light not working.  Definitely not a criticism but padded sun beds and parasol on every terrace would enhance people's experience.

The hotel is full of grass, palm trees, and greenery, it’s nice to walk around the resort and look at the mountains and nature, there are butterflies flying around, you can see the big Buddha while walking on the treadmill in the gym, the beach shuttle is Great.

The location is convenient, with easy access to dining and other amenities. However, if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend it, as there can be motorcycle sounds.
