Hotels in Phuket

It’s a very clean hotel and the breakfast (buffet) is pretty good. It’s located close to the beach, to a lot of restaurants (local and international) and to the clubbing zone. I booked a room in the 7th floor to avoid the noise and it was good to sleep (after 11:00 pm, my room was right in front of the main road and a Muay Thai place). You get extra towels for the pool or the beach, that’s cool.

The location is okay, but the hotel's facilities are outdated. 600 during peak season is really overpriced; it's more like a motel than a hotel, definitely not good value for money.

The Hotel is great. I love the breakfast, the pool and the beach. We are celebrating the birthday ofy daughter her. To our surprised, they prepared a birthday cake for my daughter. The rooms facing the road are a bit noisy. The rooms with a view are much better. Road-facing rooms aren't worth the price. The cleanliness is acceptable, but the disposable slippers are slippery when wet. The quality of the disposable amenities doesn't match a hotel of this caliber; they're really poor.

We arrived after long trip, in the late evening. First room 1001 - air condition did not work correctly. They tried to fixed. No hot water. We changed the room to 1003 - no hot water in the shower. On arrival really impressed, however once you look closer it is well used ( which is a positive) but starting to look a bit tired.  Good location. Swim up room a bonus. Staff really attentive, maintenance arrived promptly to deal with hook off wall and light not working.  Definitely not a criticism but padded sun beds and parasol on every terrace would enhance people's experience.

The hotel is full of grass, palm trees, and greenery, it’s nice to walk around the resort and look at the mountains and nature, there are butterflies flying around, you can see the big Buddha while walking on the treadmill in the gym, the beach shuttle is Great.

Very nice hotel but except one issue😅. Electricity gonw around 10 am morning and until i check out around 12 pm electricity not came. They said there is power cut by electricity department but a four star hotel like this must needed a electricity generator. Its really makes me wonder why don't they have it 😅.

The location is convenient, with easy access to dining and other amenities. However, if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend it, as there can be motorcycle sounds. The room itself was generally fine and clean, but the air conditioning on the first night was very loud and noisy. The second night, after moving to a room at the back, it was much better.

We just wanted to stay for a night because it was close to airport. But we found a beach near this resort that was amazing for taking photos because of airplane’s landing. I stayed at 77 Patong Hotel & Spa and the best thing about this place is the location. After booking another accommodation near here that was more than disappointing we headed here and was welcomed to a clean hotel in a great location.

Have stayed twice. First time june 24 the pool pump expired and the pool went green. I didn’t worry these things happen. This time Dec 24 major waterworks all around the pool. I didn’t complain. Parked my motorcycle in the car park and got a very curt message sellotaped to the tank ‘This is a car park, not a motorcycle park’. So I complained at their lack of writing etiquette. Got a vague apology....

It was a perfect stay for my friend and I. Although we wished the shuttle could have more time slots to the beach but they also provide bikes. It was very easy to get to Nai Han beach (which had such huge waves). The staffs and services are very nice. Chill, peaceful foresty vibe!

The location is fantastic, and breakfast is great. However, there's one major downside: the motorbike noise at night is incredibly loud. I was already getting back late, and from 2 AM onwards, motorbikes were zooming past every minute. Every two or three minutes, there'd be an even louder one. I'd suggest giving everyone earplugs before they check in!

The room itself was pretty good. My only slight issue was that the lobby was open-air with no air conditioning, and the hallway outside the room also lacked AC. But honestly, it wasn't a huge problem.

This is our go-to hotel in Phuket every year. The location is absolutely unbeatable! You can walk to Patong Beach, Banzaan Market, Jungceylon, and Bangla Road. The nearest 7-Eleven is just a five-minute stroll away. While the facilities are a bit old, the location truly trumps everything else.
