This is connected to shops and some restaurants but there is no night life walkable and the beach is very close but not accessible you have to ‘go round’. The hotel has no bar/alcohol for sale and the restaurant is more a cafe with basic options and it closes 4pm, no dinner service. The staff are extremely friendly and it is very clean and lovely sea views from 3rd floor.

I stayed at the resort on my recent trip to Phuket. The place is of great value for money. It's in a quiet locality just 15 mins away from the main Patong area. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The cleaning staff were really good. The swimming pools are the best part and are constantly cleaned and maintained, my kids loved the pool. It's a great family friendly place for long stays.

Totally loving this place which we stayed for 4nights. Check in was fast and easy. The apartment is relatively new with great amenities including a large lagoon and gym. The room is spacious and modern with great housekeeping. Perfect location if you want to be near the nightlife but not have the noise in your room. Excellent value. Room was quite adequate and quiet. The exterior of the hotel looks beautiful and well-designed, creating a great first impression. However, the building itself and the rooms lack proper soundproofing, which is quite disappointing as noise can easily be heard from outside and neighboring rooms. On the positive side, the staff provided excellent service and were very attentive throughout the stay.

What a quirky little stay- I stayed in a superior room and the view was incredible. Waking up to this every morning was bliss. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a great fun taking one of the bikes out on my final day- inner child released. The swimming pool was fantastic. Five-star review! The room layout, the sea view, and the overall service of the entire hotel were all impressive. It's perfect for just staying at the hotel and relaxing. The only downside is that it's a 40-minute drive to town. For a hotel that's been around for a while, especially a beachfront one, it's truly remarkable how well they maintain and update it.

Exceeded my expectations! I loved the hotel's design; it was very quiet and perfect for couples. The front desk staff also spoke Chinese, and overall, there were many foreign guests staying here. Nai Harn Beach is always bustling with people every day. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Booked this room for my parents, it's their second stay and they were very satisfied. This time, there was a young lady at the front desk who spoke fluent Chinese and was very thoughtful in assisting them. All the staff were very friendly and didn't treat them any differently; in fact, they were very enthusiastic. Thumbs up!

The complex is nice and well maintained. The pool has a great view as it is located in what seems a jungle. Be careful with the mosquitoes as they are everywhere and you cannot survive without a mosquito spray.

Amazing stay. Majority of staff is very kind, they clean the room every day, rooms are well equipped with everything, AC working well. Very reasonable price. Not for light sleepers though, because it is next to a main road and animals are very loud too. Even with earplugs sometimes I could not sleep because of the noise. Breakfast is available but - I did not ask for it, others said - is not really...

First of all they clean the room every day 🥇 Second this place is like a hidden paradise... Exotic flowers and trees all around the hotel and you really loose the sense of time here. The hotel is a few metres from the beach...Very big room and bathroom and veranda with a wooden table ... So romantic especially for honey moon ... i lov it !!!

Such a beautifully manicured garden property. The pool was bliss, love that there was shade! I recommend renting a scooter, you can walk to the beach but sandals get old after 2 days of walking there and back. Despite being well of the street, occasional LOUD motorcycles can be heard throughout the night (yes, even 2am->5am), eaplugs were not enough. Lastly I’m 99% sure my VERY BAD case of food...

The best thing about this hotel is the jungle atmosphere. Other than that it's not so great. Our first day there, the wifi was down. It was repaired by the second day. The water pressure in the shower could have been better. The bed was very hard. The TV reception was terrible. The front door of our hotel room/bungalow was just a large sliding glass door with curtains. So it wasn't possible to leave...

It's cheap and close to lots of stuff but in my opinion there are much nicer places in Karon that aren't necessarily more expensive. We decided to move to a different hotel after a few days.
