Much better than the Banyan Tree I stayed at before. Accor Group never disappoints! They even called in the evening to check if everything was okay and if I was enjoying myself, and if there was anything I wanted for breakfast that I hadn't gotten yet. They upgraded our room for free this time, which was fantastic! Everyone was super friendly, and the breakfast spread was great. The deluxe room is really spacious. Just 0.5 km away from patong beach and the street. You will find many Indian in the hotel. All the shops, 7/11is just in walking distance. I had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. The resort itself is tucked away in a peaceful part of Cape Panwa, which was perfect for me since I wanted to relax away from the busy tourist spots.

The hotel is at a nice beach but not connected to any other bars at the beach. The beach has no other restaurant or bars. It is quiet and perfect place to relax. No nightlife at all. A massage and pharmacy is direct across the street and some restaurants. We just stayed one night as planned.

Aside from the poor soundproofing and being far from the beach, everything else was fine. Also, the hotel is located on a hillside, so taxis are reluctant to go up, making it very difficult to get a taxi, and the fare starts at 300 baht.

Very clean very quiet, good access to the beach. Breakfast is above average and it is vegetarian friendly. Restaurant is rather very expensive and there is no good food options nearby. For example, a bottle of beer is 500% more expensive. If you stay here and want to book day trips, better use online apps. Hotel’s tour desk and booking agents in general in Thailand charge up to 200% more.

I booked family room which is actually 2 rooms with connecting room. Room is clean, big and spacious.The swimming pool overlooks the hill which is nice. Service is good. The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the beach; everything else is pretty mediocre. The cleanliness was just okay, and on the first night, I was given a room at the very end, right by the road. It was incredibly noisy, with motorbikes revving their engines so loudly it was deafening.

The hotel room a/c did not have a thermostat, once it’s on it won’t stop. We both got sick from this on our second night. The shower head in the shower was broken and falls off every time we turn the water off. Only points straight down. Very bad.. A nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle but not to far away from great bars, shops and restaurants. Very clean throughout hotel, rooms have a kitchen so you can avoid eating out everyday if you choose. The food and drink is fantastic. Good value.
