Staff tried their hardest but was obviously understaffed. Cars took 30 minutes to take us from the room to reception. This was made even worse that they didn’t allow taxis to take us directly to the rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a ten-minute walk from Phuket Old Town. Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained. The only downside is the lack of power outlets by the bed, which was quite inconvenient. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast though, they even had congee, which definitely satisfied my Chinese palate!

This hotel is only suitable for a transit stay. The breakfast wasn't good, and Phuket Town is a bit far from the beach. Its only advantage is the cheap price and its proximity to Rassada Pier. If you're going to Koh Phi Phi independently, remember to book boat tickets that include transfers.

This place is just a few minute walk to Rawai Beach, lots of shopping and restaurants. It is gated with security and generally quiet. There are sometimes parties and music, but it’s not too disturbing. We definitely recommend staying here if you want your own private place central to all Rawai has to offer.

This is connected to shops and some restaurants but there is no night life walkable and the beach is very close but not accessible you have to ‘go round’. The hotel has no bar/alcohol for sale and the restaurant is more a cafe with basic options and it closes 4pm, no dinner service. I loved my stay at CC'S hideaway. I came as a solo traveller and i had the best experience staying here. I met so many lovely people. It totally exceeded my expectations. The room was fab, the service excellent, the staff were so kind and helpful. If you love yoga, wellness and trying new things i highly recommend CC's.

Cc’s is an absolute gem. As others have said, I was a bit concerned when I pulled up but I was blown away by my stay here. The rooms were lovely - comfortable and modern with smart tvs. The staff were fantastic - warm, welcoming and helpful. And the pool was perfect. What really makes CCs shine are the activities they offer and the food. Every meal I ate at the restaurant was better than the last...

Fun place to get away from everything. Took the yoga retreat package. Its a little pricey but I really liked how the package included transfer, activities and meals and it offered that yoga retreat option without having to preplan in advance. Just drop in and join. They have a versatile schedule that will really keep you occupied if you wish. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and really lives up...
