The hotel is average, a bit old, and the furniture in the room looks worn out. The bed linen wasn't very clean. The pool chairs and sun loungers on the property were also tired and a bit dirty (with stains); it looks better in the photos than in reality. The hotel not really in good location. The beach is about 15 minutes walking but it’s very small beach, no way to sit and relax. The room smell bad , not clean and the staff didn’t are about it . We left the room early in the morning and returned back about 6 PM and it wasn’t clean. Breakfast didn’t include enough option like cheese, vegetables for those didn’t eat Thai food in the morning.

After booking another accommodation near here that was more than disappointing we headed here and was welcomed to a clean hotel in a great location.

Have stayed twice. First time june 24 the pool pump expired and the pool went green. I didn’t worry these things happen. This time Dec 24 major waterworks all around the pool. I didn’t complain. Parked my motorcycle in the car park and got a very curt message sellotaped to the tank ‘This is a car park, not a motorcycle park’. So I complained at their lack of writing etiquette. The receptionist lady during check in was lovely, friendly and informative. However the AC stopped working at 3:30 am on the first night and the man I spoke to on the phone was being very rude when I asked for to change my room. They took over 1 hour to confirm a change of room and I had to stay up till 4:40 until I could move. Overall it’s a decent place, but the service is not consistent.

The location is fantastic, and breakfast is great. However, there's one major downside: the motorbike noise at night is incredibly loud. I was already getting back late, and from 2 AM onwards, motorbikes were zooming past every minute. Every two or three minutes, there'd be an even louder one. Stayed at this hotel for 10 days. At first it was very disappointing as the photos showed they had a lot more in the pool area, but it was still very nice. Rooms were lovely and comfortable, service was great and excellent location to get to money changers, 7/11 and party nights down Bangala road.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a ten-minute walk from Phuket Old Town. Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained. The only downside is the lack of power outlets by the bed, which was quite inconvenient. This hotel is only suitable for a transit stay. The breakfast wasn't good, and Phuket Town is a bit far from the beach. Its only advantage is the cheap price and its proximity to Rassada Pier. If you're going to Koh Phi Phi independently, remember to book boat tickets that include transfers.

The building is extremely old and poorly maintained, with visible damage everywhere. The room had a constant damp and musty smell. The bed, pillows, and sheets also smelled heavily of humidity, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. We chose this hotel because of its location and the positive reviews, but unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience for us.

This place is just a few minute walk to Rawai Beach, lots of shopping and restaurants. It is gated with security and generally quiet. There are sometimes parties and music, but it’s not too disturbing. We definitely recommend staying here if you want your own private place central to all Rawai has to offer.
