Better than I expected. The bellboy and the front desk staff were quite friendly and enthusiastic. My room was on the 3rd floor, in the middle section, and I was very happy with the view. It was also quite close to the beach. The only downside is that the price was a bit high, over 700.

Fantastic experience at the shore ! This place is a high end resort that is as close to paradise as you can get for couples. Special mention to the Thai restaurant which serves delicious and instagram-able food and the private chef dinner experience at the Kissing Point which was the highlight of our stay. Like the location super near Jungcelon, repeat stay because of this reason. The room is standard. We took the suite room which is quite comfortable for 3 pax, added bed in the living space. Otherwise this place is transactional, deposit in cash only and they will return cash upon check out. The massage at level 1 of the hotel builiding is good and budgetable.

Hotel located on the back of Jungceylon mall, you can walk to Patong beach but if the weather is hot, this might be challenging. It’s an OK hotel if you are just looking for a place to sleep, shower and rest. The hotel can clean toilet, linen, towel and comfy bed.

It's close to Jungceylon, and right across the street from a Patong durian stall. Other than that, it's nothing special.

Clean place. Room was nice. Location is weird. It's next to the main street of Patong but to get to the hotel you have to go down a street about half a block away. They don't allow visitors unless you pay 500 baht for them to come in.

Not bad at all! Since it was a family trip, I was really worried about communication issues in Chinese. But there was a very pretty lady at the front desk who spoke excellent Chinese and was incredibly patient. She told us all about the fun things to do and good food nearby. It was great! The room was spacious and well-equipped. It offered a 180-degree view of both the sea and mountains, including a glimpse of the Big Buddha. It's very close to Old Town and within walking distance of Saphan Hin Park. Breakfast was plentiful. The only minor downside was that the shower water temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold.

The room's ventilation wasn't great; the AC had to be on constantly. However, the cleanliness was fine, and there was a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. Overall, it's pretty good. It's a five-minute walk to Li Old Street, and there are plenty of restaurants to check out nearby.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff, from the doormen to the service personnel, were all great. Check-in took a little while, but overall it was fine. Initially, the air conditioning in one room was incredibly noisy. They moved me to another room, which also had significant noise, but it was勉强（barely） tolerable. This hotel is great! It is located near the city centre. You can just walk for 10 minutes to town and to iconic places like the clock tower, and Phuket museum iconic building. The room was okay, about a 3-star standard in China. Breakfast wasn't great either, not as good as the hotel we stayed at in Karon. We expected more from this hotel. Our room wasn't comfortable, and the sounds of passing traffic were extremely noisy at night. There were insects in the bed linens, and the room was damp. Lovely family resort with several pools so there are options to go to when the main pool get more crowded. We were upgraded to a Royal Pool access studio room during check-in which was a great surprise! Had a wonderful stay at Sunwing Bangtao. We have a 2 year old toddler and it was the best decision to book our stay here. With 3 4 pools and super beach access it was simply wonderful. We had a great stay at Sunwing Bangtao Beach. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the bed was cozy (though a little squeaky). Highly recommend to everyone and definitely to stay again. What I most like is the cleanliness of room, quiet, and best selection of street food at decent price. Location is convenient, and only short walk to town Center where you can explore local shops. Convenient stores is easy accessible around hotel.

Its a pleasant stay in The ***** Patong Phuket. We have a great trip, the hotel is comfortable and the location is superb. It is very near to two shoplots of 7-11s, we always can get the stuff we need convenienly. The staff greets us warmly and provide us great service. We will stay here again in our next trip!

Right outside the hotel, to the left, there's a travel agency. We booked a Phi Phi Island day trip there, opting for the yacht with a slide. The original price listed was 3900, but we managed to haggle it down to 2000 per person. As for the hotel itself, the swimming pool is quite small and narrow – definitely not worth spending time on.
