ASHLEE Hub Hotel Patong in Patong

I actually didn't like this place.they wouldn't even help me to take my suit case up and they told me is a self service hotel which they lied.also thrybwoupd charge you for anything they possibly could.i asked them to heat my food up and they said I had to pay for that. They were rude also very very noisy I couldn't sleep. So I wouldn't recommend this place .

Terrible experience. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
Our stay at Ashlee Hub Patong, Phuket was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We were three people, booked accordingly, and even paid extra for additional bedding, yet the problems started immediately after check in.
They gave us only one key card for three people. When we asked for an extra one, they told us we’d have to pay 150 Baht for it. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and charging for an extra key card is honestly ridiculous.
Then there’s the water situation. They give only three bottles per day, and if you want more drinking water which is very normal in Phuket’s heat you’re expected to buy it from the hotel. Even basic necessities are monetised here.
Things became more stressful when one of my friends couldn’t find her valuable items. We informed the staff and asked them to check or help, but instead of being supportive or taking responsibility, they were very casual and unhelpful about it.
As if all this wasn’t enough, during check out they suddenly asked us to pay 100 Baht for a broken glass that we did not break. No proof, no proper explanation just a random charge added at the end. After such poor service, this felt extremely unfair and disrespectful.
Overall, the hotel staff was unprofessional, money minded, and inconsiderate. This place focuses more on charging guests for every little thing than on providing a decent stay. There are far better options in Patong, save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

I stayed here with 2 of my friends, in total we were 3 girls. We paid 20,000 Bhat for three nights. Everything was great until the checkout.
We had hot tea in the morning before leaving with all the utensils completely fine. During check out they show us a random broken glass picture and ask for 100 Bhat. The service lady called “ air “ was extremely rude. We told her we didn’t break the glass we just used it, and she was utterly rude and calling thief. ZERO HOSPITALITY. We don’t care about 100 Bhat, we care about what is right and wrong. We would have paid 500 Bhat if we broke the glass, but we didn’t. She even threatened to call cops. The reason I am writing the review isn’t even money, it’s basic decency to have mannered hospitality. Don’t find reasons to scam tourists and accuse them for these things. 100 Bhat is not a lot of money, we would probably even tip that. But the lady was so rude and accused us over and over, it was such a horrible experience. Please dont scam tourists like this. We had genuinely liked the hotel until the last checkout. Very disappointing. It showed how you treat guests while they stay and while they leave. Would not appreciate or recommend this hospitality. Please vet your housekeeping and reception staff and give them better training.
