Extremely satisfied with this hotel.

Like the location super near Jungcelon, repeat stay because of this reason. The room is standard. We took the suite room which is quite comfortable for 3 pax, added bed in the living space. Otherwise this place is transactional, deposit in cash only and they will return cash upon check out. The massage at level 1 of the hotel builiding is good and budgetable.

Hotel located on the back of Jungceylon mall, you can walk to Patong beach but if the weather is hot, this might be challenging. It’s an OK hotel if you are just looking for a place to sleep, shower and rest. The hotel can clean toilet, linen, towel and comfy bed.

Clean place. Room was nice. Location is weird. It's next to the main street of Patong but to get to the hotel you have to go down a street about half a block away. They don't allow visitors unless you pay 500 baht for them to come in.

I went to Patong Hospital to do business. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a lady who can speak Chinese at the front desk. She is very friendly and has a great attitude. There are many types of breakfast and good service. The price is high, the configuration is good, and the sanitation is very good. I will choose it again next time. 🥳

The twin room with a city view was terrible. It was on the first floor facing north, with another building just a few meters away that looked rundown and dirty. The air conditioning unit outside was buzzing loudly, completely ruining my holiday mood.

Good located hotel, close to Bangla rd and Jungceylon, but hidden from street noise. Breakfast was ok, but not exceptional. Complimentary massage in spa was excellent. The only problem hotel has is a "towel" issue. You can't take or leave towels at the pool, or ask for a dry one there. You can only swap it from cleaners, which is inconvenient and cheap for 4* hotel.

Everything was great! 👍 It would be perfect if they had self-service laundry. In Thailand, washing clothes every day is the biggest challenge, and drying them is also very inconvenient. I suggest they learn from domestic hotels like Atour.

Pros: perfect location just in a middle of everything, but in the same time its cozy, quite and peaceful. Cons: no walk-in shower in room, only bathtub with a rather inconvenient and even dangerous entrance (see photo). The staff prepared a birthday surprise for me, it was a total surprise and they organized so well that it was seamless!!! The hotel is perfect in the noisy and busy patong area. They have restaurant, spa, gym and pool... everything you need for a holiday!

The hotel has a pool, which is really nice. My husband swam for about half an hour every day, and then he'd lie on a lounge chair and nap – he loved it! They also serve breakfast. Plus, there are tons of supermarkets and snack shops close by.

I had a great stay at Easy Planet. The location is unbeatable—very close to Patong Beach and the main areas, but surprisingly quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Every year we choose this hotel to stay in, clean rooms and cleaning, proximity to the beach and other amenities of the area! The hotel is being improved and modernized. The only request is to come up with more hangers or shelves for clothes in the rooms!

Large hotel near Patong beach. Rooms are large and spacious. They have their own parking space. They also provide moderate breakfast at just 150 thb. The only drawback they have is there are so many bars at the outdoor which are open till late night. So there is loud sound that may disturb you if u are a early to bed.

Excellent location for party freaks and nightlife enthusiasts. If you don’t mind noise and loud music till 3 AM, this is one of the best places to stay in Phuket. Overall, well maintained property, spacious rooms, good service, great breakfast.

The location is fantastic, and breakfast is great. However, there's one major downside: the motorbike noise at night is incredibly loud. I was already getting back late, and from 2 AM onwards, motorbikes were zooming past every minute. Every two or three minutes, there'd be an even louder one. I'd suggest giving everyone earplugs before they check in!

The room itself was pretty good. My only slight issue was that the lobby was open-air with no air conditioning, and the hallway outside the room also lacked AC. But honestly, it wasn't a huge problem.

This is our go-to hotel in Phuket every year. The location is absolutely unbeatable! You can walk to Patong Beach, Banzaan Market, Jungceylon, and Bangla Road. The nearest 7-Eleven is just a five-minute stroll away. While the facilities are a bit old, the location truly trumps everything else.

I had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent — it’s close to all the main attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The service was friendly and professional throughout my stay. A minor issue was that the rooms were not well insulated, so some noise could be heard.

It’s a very clean hotel and the breakfast (buffet) is pretty good. It’s located close to the beach, to a lot of restaurants (local and international) and to the clubbing zone. I booked a room in the 7th floor to avoid the noise and it was good to sleep (after 11:00 pm, my room was right in front of the main road and a Muay Thai place). You get extra towels for the pool or the beach, that’s cool.

The location is okay, but the hotel's facilities are outdated. 600 during peak season is really overpriced; it's more like a motel than a hotel, definitely not good value for money.
