Where to stay in Patong

I had a mix of the new rooms and the old superior rooms. New ones are decent but avoid the superior rooms in the old building. No double glazing means heavy road noise and the room does not get cool. The layout is also poorly thought out - the basin is in the room not in the toilet, so after using it you have to come out and wash your hands. It was a terrible night overall. The hotel location is in the middle of central Phuket, but I don’t recomend for families with kids. It is an old hotel, you need to get a renovated room to be comfortable. And some areas do get very noisy. I had no issues with the staff.

Staff tried their hardest but was obviously understaffed. Cars took 30 minutes to take us from the room to reception. This was made even worse that they didn’t allow taxis to take us directly to the rooms.

Stayed here 5 times over the years . Every year breakfast is more chaotic with kids running around unsupervised . Not ideal when walking with hot tea, coffee etc . Elite suite is a perfect for the stay at patong. It has big pool, nice reception area. I booked executive pool view. The room size is pretty big. The pool is also nice, should try to use the pool facility. Overall the stay was quite nice and most of amenities were provided. Great stay!

Great location, right next to Patong Beach. There's a 7-Eleven and a pharmacy just across the street downstairs. Patong Beach is just a short walk across the road. They have a gym downstairs and a 24-hour laundry room (for a fee). It's close to roadside food stalls and bars, so it can be a bit noisy, but the soundproofing is decent enough that it won't keep you from sleeping. The pool is very clean

Very close to every spots in Pa Tong area. All walking distance for sure. Hotel offers beach towels and bag as well for you to enjoy the moment in the beach! I felt room was little humidity.
