The hotel location is in the middle of central Phuket, but I don’t recomend for families with kids. It is an old hotel, you need to get a renovated room to be comfortable. And some areas do get very noisy. I had no issues with the staff.

Fabulous experience! First time in Phuket and Diamond Cliff was more than I could have dreamed. The deluxe room is really spacious. Just 0.5 km away from patong beach and the street. You will find many Indian in the hotel. All the shops, 7/11is just in walking distance. Breakfast is good and just one thing they deposit 2000 Bhatt at check in. And give us back when we check out if everything is good at room. The location is great for this resort . Rooms are small but the overall property is big. Breakfast options are decent. Room service was good. There is a back door gate to Bangla street which saves time.

Aside from the poor soundproofing and being far from the beach, everything else was fine. Also, the hotel is located on a hillside, so taxis are reluctant to go up, making it very difficult to get a taxi, and the fare starts at 300 baht.

Great location, right next to Patong Beach. There's a 7-Eleven and a pharmacy just across the street downstairs. Patong Beach is just a short walk across the road. They have a gym downstairs and a 24-hour laundry room (for a fee). It's close to roadside food stalls and bars, so it can be a bit noisy, but the soundproofing is decent enough that it won't keep you from sleeping. The pool is very clean

Stayed here 5 times over the years . Every year breakfast is more chaotic with kids running around unsupervised . Not ideal when walking with hot tea, coffee etc . Hotel located on the back of Jungceylon mall, you can walk to Patong beach but if the weather is hot, this might be challenging. It’s an OK hotel if you are just looking for a place to sleep, shower and rest. The hotel can clean toilet, linen, towel and comfy bed.

Clean place. Room was nice. Location is weird. It's next to the main street of Patong but to get to the hotel you have to go down a street about half a block away. They don't allow visitors unless you pay 500 baht for them to come in.
