Where to stay in Patong

The location is awesome. I've stayed here before it's central to so many things. Breakfast is always good. We were upgraded this time to a larger room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Love the pool area and the cocktails. ❤ Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, right across from Patong Beach. Walking distance to everything. The service was great, they went above and beyond. They have a good variety for the complimentary breakfast. I can not say enough lovely things about the hotel and staff. My mother and father held there 25th wedding vowel renewal ceremony on the beach and everything was just perfect. I booked a single room, but unfortunately, the windows faced the road, so it was hard to fall asleep at night. Otherwise, I didn't have any major complaints. I chose this room because there were no other options available during my stay. Room cleaning and towel changes only happened when I specifically requested them. Big rooms but the water in the shower was a little weak

The hotel is very modest, generally matching its price point. However, it's very small. Overall, it's clean; there's no unsanitary conditions, but the linen isn't brand new.

Everything was very basic and minimal. The room had a TV, a fridge, one nightstand, a chair, and a table. The room wasn't cleaned, and nothing was changed. I even had to ask for toilet paper myself. All the bedding wasn't fresh. It's only suitable for an overnight stay. The only plus was its close proximity to the beach.

Location wise its one of the best choice, there is a coffee shop right under which has decent breakfast and burgers. But hygiene and cleanliness is bit of a problem for sure

Located next to Patong town, the Kalim Resort is a serene place to wind down. The beach is steps away, meanwhile Patong town is about 15 to 20 mins leisurely by foot. Perfect location if you want to be near the nightlife but not have the noise in your room. Excellent value. Room was quite adequate and quiet. Staff was overworked and some guests were rude to them, but they were patient. Food options didn't look great but there are a hundred great places within a block of the front door so no need. A reasonable and good hotel to stay at Phuket. If you want to stay just away from Bangla road but not far from Patong beach, its a good one. Breakfast good enough. They have free coffee and tea from 12 noon till afternoon. Lots of reataurants beside the hotel including Halal restaurants.

The resort itself is spectacular and very close to all the attractions in Patong - shopping, street matkets,?restaurants. The only downside is that my room was in a part of the resort that had only stairs, no elevator. Which made it a clumsy affair with luggage.

Great location, our 2nd stay there. We really like The Viridian but I need to say that the entertainment between Ryan & P was very unprofessional. Her screaming and yelling at Ryan was embarrassing. We've never experienced anything like this before. I don't really quite know what to say other than if they want guests to go elsewhere, they're going the right way about it.

Located in a quiet area and close to everything with a seven eleven and a good massage shop just nearby. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is always available for you. There is also a swimming pool at the top of the hotel and you can rent your motorbike here also. I can only recommend this place !

An average hostel with a pool, not too expensive and centrally located. The staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are clean, there is an elevator, walking distance to everywhere you need, there is a 7/11 right across the street, there is a refrigerator and air conditioning.

It is good. Has a homely vibe. Also has a rooftop pool. The lady at the reception is so cooperative. We are loving our stay here. It has a home made Indian veg food restaurant also so nearby that made our stay so comfortable. Also had a 7/11 just outside the hotel and spa services also. The motorbike services are also provided by the hotel at a very decent price.

Location is good as you can still walk to the beach and is near the Marlin Plaza Market. Surrounding have minimarts and numbers of the local eatery, restaurants, and massage shops. I really recommend this hotel, the staff is very nice and attentive to our problems ! And the rooms are cool too. Nice localisation, just 10 minutes to the beach and you can find all you want to eat or drink just near the hotel.

The only problem we had was that there is construction happening next door every day except the weekend the breakfast was good but the swimming pools were too cold to use

The location is quite convenient; it's easy to walk to various places, close to Bangla Road and Jungceylon shopping mall. There's also parking available.

The hotel was very noisy in our rooms on the fifth floor so we moved to the second floor at the opposite end away from the whirring machinery (possibly large external air con unit) It measured about 70 db in our room so sleeping was difficult. Ok once we moved but still lots of noise from outside and adjoining rooms. The staff were helpful and location OK in the centre of Patong.

I think we were catfished by the photos on booking.com… If you’re put in room 3007, I would suggest you try to change rooms asap. The place is nice but it needs maintenance. If you are going to stay here definitely choose the rooms that face the pool. The cree its the best.
