Overall the room was comfortable and spacious. Service was generally ok with turndowns being in the later part of the afternoon. Views were great although getting around to popular areas like Kamala and Patong did require travelling a car.

The hotel has a pretty good location. The breakfasts are modest and a bit repetitive, but they have all the essentials. The hotel is a little tired and could use a renovation, but everything is quite clean and tidy. It's better to get a room with a pool view.

Great hotel, quiet and comfortable. Excellent location. The poolside bar has good cocktails. However, be sure to book in advance for better prices, as it gets very expensive during the holiday season.
