The owner is Indian and what a nice person he is. He even allowed me use staff microwave. The rooms are nice, spacious, toilet/ shower area has enough space. You get a full fridge unlike many places which give mini fridge. AC was so strong I used it all the time on 25/26 degree, it was still chilling. The hotel is run by minimal staff so you feel independent to use the space as you need. I have been to some hotels which were like kids school, too many rules on each point. This hotel felt freedom. Best one. A Starbucks is just around the corner. ❤️

Location good room was spacious for the cost effectiveness it's great also near to bangla walking street and Indian restaurants nearby, no service as such as reception is managed by tailor nearby

Extremely dirty, I had bad allergies whenever I spent time in the room. There are no outlets, no desk, and the room service is bad and does not replace towels, bedding, or water. Often there is nobody at front desk during the stated reception hours. The only good thing is that it is close to the beach. I'd like to note that there is no elevator, not a problem for me, but it may be for some people.

I stayed at the Tulip Inn for 3 months mid Aug to mid Nov 2021. Room was large and very nice, great location, and room cleaning was excellent. I miss my morning walks on Patong Beach right outside the front door. The rate paid versus the quality of the room and location was high value. I have some great memories of my time in Phuket and at this hotel.

Had a great room overlooking the shops and the beach at the end of the road. Quiet large room, very friendly and polite staff (young lady who also sells fresh coconuts daily curtesy of supporting and caring owner). Will stay again

The place was lovely, close to everything and comfortable! The owners and desk staff (Mod and Mike) were all very caring and wonderful! This made our trip to patong very pleasant and a wonderful experience! 5/5

Don't let past reviews give you too much of a false impression. The place has recently gotten new management, and our stay in Tulip Inn was great!
Nice sized, clean rooms. Fine showers, decent and well kept beds. Very short walk from the beach too.
Only issue that some might find, would be the lack of an elevator.

Nice hotel very near to beach. Cleanse is good. So far I am happy with it if you consider lift. There is no lift...

We booked this hotel for one night during our time in Phuket and were very disappointed. The room looked nothing like on the pictures and the hotel surely does not live up to a 3 star standard.
Rooms are run down, furniture is rusty, room door is flimsy and could be opened easily by people with bad intentions.
The owner was totally uncooperative and hostile towards us when we addressed these issues.
Save yourself the trouble and stay in one of the many other great hotels around Phuket.
