Had a great room overlooking the shops and the beach at the end of the road. Quiet large room, very friendly and polite staff (young lady who also sells fresh coconuts daily curtesy of supporting and caring owner). Will stay again

Not a all service minted, when we arrived, the hotel was fully booked?? and we also had a confirmed? Owner a Russian girl don't care???

The place was lovely, close to everything and comfortable! The owners and desk staff (Mod and Mike) were all very caring and wonderful! This made our trip to patong very pleasant and a wonderful experience! 5/5

Don't let past reviews give you too much of a false impression. The place has recently gotten new management, and our stay in Tulip Inn was great!
Nice sized, clean rooms. Fine showers, decent and well kept beds. Very short walk from the beach too.
Only issue that some might find, would be the lack of an elevator.

Nice hotel very near to beach. Cleanse is good. So far I am happy with it if you consider lift. There is no lift...

We booked this hotel for one night during our time in Phuket and were very disappointed. The room looked nothing like on the pictures and the hotel surely does not live up to a 3 star standard.
Rooms are run down, furniture is rusty, room door is flimsy and could be opened easily by people with bad intentions.
The owner was totally uncooperative and hostile towards us when we addressed these issues.
Save yourself the trouble and stay in one of the many other great hotels around Phuket.
