Great location, excellent service from the staff, and very comfortable rooms. Recommended!

Room was decent but with the view of neighboring windows really close. There were clean towels and bed. AC and fridge were working fine. Breakfast was so terrible. Bread was always 1-2 days old. Khachapuri also felt old and I had to put a cheese on it. Some of the sausages also felt like they were old. The only decent thing was a boiled egg. Flies were around and on the food.

Location is quite good but hotel is a little run down. Bathroom was always wet from a leak and the toilet was hard to use due to the size of the bathroom. Excellent hotel! Employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I forgot my keycard in the room twice and they were very helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was delicious and served until later in the morning in case you like to sleep in. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with perfect location near historical center and beach. The room was nice and clean. We had also balcony, minibar and TV. The only negative was shower which is terrible. It has no gradient and the water was everywhere in the bathroom not just in the shower. WiFi was stable and fast enough for basic browsing or video calls. Staff was super friendly!

For kosher and non-kosher people one of the luxuries restaurant, food is very delicious, variety of food will surprise you. I recommend to everyone, enjoyed every moment. Hotel has every eminent for kosher people, you won’t regret and it is worth of every cent.

Ran down. Problems with the room weren't handled properly. We had to switch rooms due to a leak (!) in our room, the new room was better but had problems, too. Not enough pancakes in breakfast, each time they bring out ten units... It's a joke The rooms are big which is good and the food is kosher.

The air conditioning in the room did not work, there was no shampoo, no gel, no soap. There were no slippers either, I tried to walk around the room barefoot, dust stuck, so I had to walk in my flip-flops. The glass wall in the shower was dirty. Generally a nice place. Location is perfect. Breakfast, even in low season, is good. Single rooms miss proper ventilation sorely, they become too moist after taking a shower. Bathrooms are large and comfortable.

The experience is fantstic, all these buildings (3) have the fantastic view of mountain on one side and black sea on the other side. These apartments are equipped with modern facilities & amenities and when you do rent them make sure you return the apartment key in the same manner as you dont want to be paying for expensive furnishings or marbles due to accidental damage.

The hotel was OK, and the staff is friendly. And I was clean. The only problem my head is that I don’t think they were expecting a guest in my room. There was no toilet paper, soap or remote control for TV or air-conditioning in my room. However, a quick walk to the front desk and they took care of it all. For the price it was a great stay.

Had a rest with friends in 2015, everyone was very happy, great staff! During our stay, one of us had a birthday, so they decorated the gazebo for us, and generally helped with the organization. We became friends with the owner of the hotel. Everything was great! I hope to visit there again!

Nice hotel nearby main Batumi sigts. Sea is in a walking distance. Big terrace is available in a roof of the hotel. For breakfast there are variety of foods, vegetables, fruits. Staff speaks Russian and English. Rooms are wide and bright, have everything you need.

A new hotel. I stayed on the 12th of February. The rooms are clean and a family-friendly hotel. We gave 60's for 2 rooms per night. Probably they don't give these prices in summer.

The location and the price was pretty good. However, we were there in Novemer so it was a little bit cold. First night the water was warm as well as heaters. The other two nights not. When we asked for help at the reception desk there was a language barrier and they told us “no more blankets” - we had only 1 for 5 people. The water we had to fixed ourselves.

I’ve sped one hour to get to the parking and had to walk stairs from 22 floor eventually. There are 4 elevators, one is only for stuff, second one was not responding at all. We stayed at the hotel in January 2026. The hotel has no radiators, heating only comes from the air conditioner. We were freezing at night (the air conditioner was set to 28 degrees). It was terribly cold and damp. However, the mattresses are high-quality, the linens are clean.

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

Excellent hotel for reasonable money

The rooms were clean and the location was very central, right in the heart of Batumi. The view from our room's balcony was amazing. One side of the balcony overlooked Nuri Lake and the other side faced the sea.

This is a very good hotel considering its location, comfort, security, and value for money. You can walk everywhere. We forgot our luggage, and they were very attentive. If I come back, I'd stay here again.

Everything is beautiful and clean I like everything about this place

The hotel does not have a gym or spa. There is a private spa that does not belong to the hotel for a fee. I was explained that the cost of entry is 100 GEL and there is a discount for hotel guests. The supplement must be taken into account in the room costs.

The hotel was hard to find; we only figured out where the main entrance was after looking at a photo on Google Maps. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the window was also nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It is impossible to find a hotel without calling, which is very inconvenient from the point of view of check-in service.
