Overall, it's still a good place

The location is superb, with a back entrance directly connected to Tanukikoji 5th Street. This means you don't have to worry about snowy or windy nights and can fully enjoy exploring and dining

Although the room is small, it has everything you need, and the restaurant on the first floor is also excellent

There's an Ichiran Ramen right across the street, and a direct airport bus stop opposite the Abest Hotel, which is super convenient

Hokkaido is beautiful, and the hotel's location right in Tanukikoji is perfect. On snowy days, you can just use the back exit to go shopping

kuoranoya furano - convenient, on Kitanomine main road - we booked ground floor as we got heavy luggages - equipped with all facilities needed, including stove, rice cooker,refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, washing & drying machine, coffee machine, dish washer, shampoo & rinse, liquid soap, iron and desk, hair dryer, all utensils

Small cosy apartment, good to share with family and friends. Has a great washing machine and dryer, nice beds, fully furnished and fuss free parking.

- One tub & shower in one bathroom, another is toilet-only - the whole place is very clean - the reception is 2 blocks down on the main road, quite easy to reach, and the staff are super nice and smart to understand one's needs - except that there are not enough places to hang the clothes (we come skiing), the apartment is perfect

It was too cold to use the deck and the spa wasn’t in operation (we knew that would be the case) but it was large and had a great view. The bath was lovely and deep and perfect after a days skiing

A slightly longer walk back from the hill than my tired legs would have Iiked - but it was worth it. Right across from the bus stop which worked well getting to and from Asahikawa Airport

- the house keeping even arranged brand new coffee powder, pepper and salt, laundry liquid, at least 6-8 sets of towels - 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and another with twin bed

The concierge surveys was amazing, helped reservations seamlessly and ensured we had confirmation and know how to navigate the area. The rooms were very clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable

Sapporo review Upon arrival you are greeted by staff with hot tea and chocolate. Which after a 13 hour flight and going through customs was such a nice gesture to start our vacation

There is staff through out the lobby area to help you with anything and are very kind and always greet you when you enter the area. The breakfast was a mix of Japanese and western styles, and everything tasted amazing

If you are a fan of Japanese whiskey, then you owe it to yourself to stop in for a pour and a conversation with Hiro!

He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He was able to guide us through some wonderful whiskeys they have available

They unload your bags and then place them in your room and check in was seamless and done in minutes

As usual Japanese's standard, clean and tidy, good customer service, there is a shuttle bus provided by hotel, in non peak hours you have to contact front desk to arrange pickup from station

This hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from both JR Kushiro Station and Kushiro Bus Station. Several convenience stores are nearby, along with a delicious ramen shop right next door

It's a 20-minute walk from Kushiro Station. It's located on the main road, which is quite convenient. The room is slightly larger than the average Japanese hotel. Breakfast is included free of charge and tastes good

It was my first time staying at Toyoko Inn, but compared to other major business hotel chains, it was the best fit for me

The area is also within a 10-minute walk of popular dining zones. Although the room layout is somewhat unusual, likely due to the elevator, it remains clean and spacious

It's not typical of Kitami, but I think it's good in its own way. Since it's an izakaya, there's a wide variety of other items on the menu

The staff are all young, but they are all very friendly and helpful, and I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably until the very end. Also, all the dishes served were delicious, and I ate way too much

^ - ^ The hotel I stayed at didn't have a restaurant open in the evening, and while many nearby restaurants allowed smoking, this one was non-smoking, clean, and had spacious, comfortable seats

I visited my favorite izakaya (Japanese pub) after a very long time. The all-you-can-drink option is cheap, so I can always get drunk without worrying about the cost

There is also an outdoor bath which is best experienced during the winter. The cold breeze and snow blowing against your upper body whilst the rest is submerged in the hot bath is something everyone should try

Good: The staff at Haiyokan were very accommodating. Although I used public transportation, the bus stop was conveniently close. There are also two convenience stores nearby

I loved the facial cleanser provided in the hot spring area so much that I bought some

Bad: The buffet for both breakfast and dinner was at a different hotel across the street, which was inconvenient as we had to go outside. The staff there weren't as good

Both breakfast and dinner are served at the new building across the street, which was a great experience. It's also very close to the zoo and botanical garden, and getting to JR station by taxi is super convenient

Also, amenities were provided in the lobby, so you had to pick up what you needed. Only a razor, hairbrush, hair tie, and toothbrush were available in the room. Dinner was an additional charge

Location is good and very clean. Price is not high. The room is not as small as I think in Tokyo.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. Compared to other hotels, this one offers more space and wider beds, probably two 1.5-meter beds. It's also within walking distance to Odori Park and Sapporo Station.

After several days of heavy snow, the road conditions were surprisingly good. This might be due to less traffic, as there was no serious congestion. My flight was slightly delayed, but that's pretty normal

The environment is nice, and the room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious! It was bigger than any other hotel room I've stayed in Japan, which was a pleasant surprise

Holy breakfast Batman! This is the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, by a wide margin. If I was only rating the breakfast, I'd find a way to rate this place 6 out of 5 stars. The service is also out standing

If you have a layover, I’d definitely recommend staying in this area, it’s very close to the airport, just a few bus stops away

I think this is the best option if you want to find a hotel in Obihiro. The staff were helpful, very nice. The location is just the best.

Due to a train delay, I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. The front desk staff waited specifically for me and processed my check-in quickly, instead of making guests wait one by one

Very big lobby and seemed to be a really big hotel but we arrived late just to stay the night. Room was ok sized for 3, not the most spacious but adequate.

It is close to New Chitose Airport. I drove to this hotel to rest and consider going to Noboribetsu the next day. The hotel is in a good location and overlooks Tomakomai City. The room is spacious but slightly smoky

I stayed in a room with a great view. I also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Chinese restaurant, Taoyuan. However, the shop closed early, so I wasn't able to look around for souvenirs, which was a shame

Because our itinerary was too rushed the previous day, Tomakomai became our transit point. We also planned to go to the Shiraro Beef Festival the next day. Looking at the map, Tomakomai was the perfect place

I stayed here after my business trip. As shown in the pictures, the breakfast was modest, but the food tasted excellent, and I was very satisfied with the many Hokkaido-sourced ingredients

But the location is good, nearby market street. From JR Sapporo station you can walk to hotel through underground in winter and exit at market street, which makes you easy with luggage

Hotel prices in Hokkaido skyrocket during peak season, so luckily I booked early. This hotel's location is unbeatable, right inside 'Li Xiaolu' (assuming this is a specific area or complex)

It's a shame that many shuttle bus routes and stops have been canceled this year; we can only get to the nearest Annupuri, and need to take the Niseko bus to other ski resorts. The hotel service is excellent

A special thanks to our driver, Yuta, who was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. My husband accidentally injured his foot, and Yuta immediately found someone to help us clean the wound

When I mentioned I couldn't use the hot springs, he kindly gave us some waterproof band-aids the next day when we saw him

Been to Niseko for skiing for 3 years. This is honestly the best price-to-value hotel. You get every essential things, location, ski-in-ki-out, and onsen.
