We ended up using the paid parking nearby, but since Tomakomai is a small town, it was only about 600 yen for 24 hours – not too bad in the end. Overall, a comfortable stay with thoughtful perks and a lovely onsen

All these small touches really made our stay feel special. The onsen itself was great, especially the outdoor bath on the rooftop where you can soak while looking up at the night sky – such a relaxing experience

Reception staff mostly speak English so this is a pretty good choice for tourists

You can get a good deal. However the carpet in the room was really dirty. The stains were visible. I think management should clean the carpets.

Rooms are clean and modern. Location is pretty good as it is close to some tourist sites and is decently close to the subway stop as well.

A compact room with pretty much all you need except the space. bed is about 3/4 size of a standard queen size bed

Only one type of sashimi (squid) is offered. A convenience store is located right next door, just 1–2 minutes’ walk away, which is very convenient

The front desk service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room felt like a guesthouse from 30 years ago, but the cleanliness was acceptable. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor. The breakfast buffet was good

Aside from feeling a bit dim, everything else was pretty good. It seems there's a microwave on every floor, which is very convenient. However, it's a bit of a walk from the JR station, but there's a McDonald's nearby

Everything is good. The location is great near family mart. Just 5mins walk and 15 mins walk to market and train station

About 10mins walk from Hakodate Station, a bit quiet. Good breakfast and Good experience.

The only minor drawbacks were its distance from the station and the quiet surroundings. We visited during the off-season, and the streets were quite deserted when we walked back to the hotel at night

Very good value. Small room, but clean. Great service by staff. Has free umbrella rental and charging for phones if you forget. Bathroom and bed sheets were clean too. Would recommend without hesitation.

The hotel is not in so crowded point but just nice and just very near with all the shopping spot and the subway station as well. Nearby also have many good restaurants and convenience store

The location is superb, with a back entrance directly connected to Tanukikoji 5th Street. This means you don't have to worry about snowy or windy nights and can fully enjoy exploring and dining

There is typical wear and tear of a hotel that’s been around for a while, but everything here is top quality. Towels, beds, bedding, The BATHROOM! I’ve never had a bathroom with as much space

When I checked in, my room did not include breakfast, so I paid extra for breakfast. Later, my friend could not check in to the other room because the flight from Sapporo to Megumi was cancelled

Usually, if you book directly at the hotel and the flight is cancelled, you can cancel for free, so I don’t know whether it is the hotel that does not allow cancellation or Ctip’s reason

As usual Japanese's standard, clean and tidy, good customer service, there is a shuttle bus provided by hotel, in non peak hours you have to contact front desk to arrange pickup from station

The airport bus stops right in front- super convenient. It is a 10min walk to the JR station in a straight line and there is a 711 combini opposite the hotel and a Lwason station 100 meters on the left

There is also a very nice izakaya right next door the hotel. The room was compact but with a lot of amenities. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly

Best hotel to stay when visiting Abashiri. The best part is it’s located near the supermarket, when we were stuck in snow storm, it provided us our meals. Hotel’s hot spring is the best part to end our daily travel.

For Japan, the room wasn't small; it was actually pretty good. You could easily open two or three suitcases without any issues. For a 'pigeon-coop' hotel in Japan, you can't ask for much more

After several days of heavy snow, the road conditions were surprisingly good. This might be due to less traffic, as there was no serious congestion. My flight was slightly delayed, but that's pretty normal
