The location is superb, with a back entrance directly connected to Tanukikoji 5th Street. This means you don't have to worry about snowy or windy nights and can fully enjoy exploring and dining
Although the room is small, it has everything you need, and the restaurant on the first floor is also excellent
There's an Ichiran Ramen right across the street, and a direct airport bus stop opposite the Abest Hotel, which is super convenient
Nice view from my room, staff very helpful.. Love the location, big win for traveller who stroll around susukino.. Will back to this hotel when I travel to sapporo again!
Hokkaido is beautiful, and the hotel's location right in Tanukikoji is perfect. On snowy days, you can just use the back exit to go shopping
kuoranoya furano
- convenient, on Kitanomine main road
- we booked ground floor as we got heavy luggages
- equipped with all facilities needed, including stove, rice cooker, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, washing & drying machine, coffee machine, dish washer, shampoo & rinse, liquid soap, iron and desk, hair dryer, all utensils
Small cosy apartment, good to share with family and friends. Has a great washing machine and dryer, nice beds, fully furnished and fuss free parking.
- One tub & shower in one bathroom, another is toilet-only
- the whole place is very clean
- the reception is 2 blocks down on the main road, quite easy to reach, and the staff are super nice and smart to understand one's needs
- except that there are not enough places to hang the clothes (we come skiing), the apartment is perfect
It was too cold to use the deck and the spa wasn’t in operation (we knew that would be the case) but it was large and had a great view. The bath was lovely and deep and perfect after a days skiing
A slightly longer walk back from the hill than my tired legs would have Iiked - but it was worth it. Right across from the bus stop which worked well getting to and from Asahikawa Airport
- the house keeping even arranged brand new coffee powder, pepper and salt, laundry liquid, at least 6-8 sets of towels
- 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and another with twin bed

The concierge surveys was amazing, helped reservations seamlessly and ensured we had confirmation and know how to navigate the area. The rooms were very clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable
Sapporo review
Upon arrival you are greeted by staff with hot tea and chocolate. Which after a 13 hour flight and going through customs was such a nice gesture to start our vacation
There is staff through out the lobby area to help you with anything and are very kind and always greet you when you enter the area. The breakfast was a mix of Japanese and western styles, and everything tasted amazing
If you are a fan of Japanese whiskey, then you owe it to yourself to stop in for a pour and a conversation with Hiro!
He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He was able to guide us through some wonderful whiskeys they have available
They unload your bags and then place them in your room and check in was seamless and done in minutes
As usual Japanese's standard, clean and tidy, good customer service, there is a shuttle bus provided by hotel, in non peak hours you have to contact front desk to arrange pickup from station
This hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from both JR Kushiro Station and Kushiro Bus Station. Several convenience stores are nearby, along with a delicious ramen shop right next door
It's a 20-minute walk from Kushiro Station. It's located on the main road, which is quite convenient. The room is slightly larger than the average Japanese hotel. Breakfast is included free of charge and tastes good
It was my first time staying at Toyoko Inn, but compared to other major business hotel chains, it was the best fit for me
The area is also within a 10-minute walk of popular dining zones. Although the room layout is somewhat unusual, likely due to the elevator, it remains clean and spacious
There is also a very nice izakaya right next door the hotel. The room was compact but with a lot of amenities. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly
If the hotel's spots are full, they offer a convenient deal where you can park at the nearby Times parking lots for a flat rate of 800 Yen. This is a great alternative that saves you from worrying about hourly fees
Helpful staff and parking is nearby. Easy to access. Good location and quite room.
It was an old hotel, but it seemed well-maintained, so I had a good time.
However, the true highlight was the exceptional service from the staff, who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit. Regarding logistics, please note that the on-site parking is quite limited
The room was compact yet perfectly functional, offering a nice view of the city street. Despite being located in a convenient area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep
I was impressed by the comprehensive amenities provided; they had everything I needed for a comfortable stay
Bike ended up parked in their garage/storage area so out of sight and solid ground which was good
It was luxurious and I was very satisfied.
The large public bath was also clean and comfortable.
I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
The food was a little too strong for our liking, but the content and quantity were just right.
The Tamura Masaka show was really good. I was really impressed.
The rooms were spacious and one of the best during my entire 2 weeks trip. The only issue was that the corridors were not insulated, and very cold during the winter
The hotel is large but the facilities are old. The only bright spot is the lake view outside the window.
The front desk staff was very serious and had a great attitude! When I left the hotel, the staff waved goodbye at the door, which was very touching!
It's not typical of Kitami, but I think it's good in its own way. Since it's an izakaya, there's a wide variety of other items on the menu

Everything was delicious, including the delicious fried corn that's so typical of Hokkaido, and dishes made with chicken and pork from Hokkaido!
The staff were very courteous, and the portions were larger than they looked in the photos, and the prices were reasonable
The staff are all young, but they are all very friendly and helpful, and I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably until the very end. Also, all the dishes served were delicious, and I ate way too much
^ - ^
The hotel I stayed at didn't have a restaurant open in the evening, and while many nearby restaurants allowed smoking, this one was non-smoking, clean, and had spacious, comfortable seats
I visited my favorite izakaya (Japanese pub) after a very long time. The all-you-can-drink option is cheap, so I can always get drunk without worrying about the cost
♪
I ordered via smartphone, and the tea was brought to me promptly, and the food was also delivered in a timely manner
There is also an outdoor bath which is best experienced during the winter. The cold breeze and snow blowing against your upper body whilst the rest is submerged in the hot bath is something everyone should try
Good: The staff at Haiyokan were very accommodating. Although I used public transportation, the bus stop was conveniently close. There are also two convenience stores nearby
I loved the facial cleanser provided in the hot spring area so much that I bought some
Bad: The buffet for both breakfast and dinner was at a different hotel across the street, which was inconvenient as we had to go outside. The staff there weren't as good
Both breakfast and dinner are served at the new building across the street, which was a great experience. It's also very close to the zoo and botanical garden, and getting to JR station by taxi is super convenient
Also, amenities were provided in the lobby, so you had to pick up what you needed. Only a razor, hairbrush, hair tie, and toothbrush were available in the room. Dinner was an additional charge

Location is good and very clean.
Price is not high.
The room is not as small as I think in Tokyo.
Great location, very convenient for getting around. Compared to other hotels, this one offers more space and wider beds, probably two 1.5-meter beds. It's also within walking distance to Odori Park and Sapporo Station.
After several days of heavy snow, the road conditions were surprisingly good. This might be due to less traffic, as there was no serious congestion. My flight was slightly delayed, but that's pretty normal
The environment is nice, and the room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious! It was bigger than any other hotel room I've stayed in Japan, which was a pleasant surprise
Holy breakfast Batman! This is the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, by a wide margin. If I was only rating the breakfast, I'd find a way to rate this place 6 out of 5 stars. The service is also out standing
The facilities and amenities are quite complete, and the humidifier, which is crucial for me, worked perfectly. The front desk staff were also very friendly
The hotel breakfast was excellent, truly delicious! I stayed here last year, and although the name has changed, the service and facilities are still as good as ever. It's a great choice for a layover near the airport.
There were lots of amenities available at the reception, which was a nice touch. The receptionist spoke good English, so everything was easy. The area is great as well, with plenty of restaurants to choose from
Room is spacious. It's good that they have shuttle bus to airport.
There are also free amenities anyone can collect next to reception area which is good to have. Overall a good experience at the hotel!
This hotel really convenient for people who want have stay before going to morning flight. The hotel will provide you free shuttle bus from hotel to New Chitose Airport, make sure to reserved i in advance
If you have a layover, I’d definitely recommend staying in this area, it’s very close to the airport, just a few bus stops away
I think this is the best option if you want to find a hotel in Obihiro. The staff were helpful, very nice. The location is just the best.
Fantastic hotel with all the staffs were so helpful. Japanese tradition of service. The dinner was wonderfully well presented and good taste, breakfast too was fabulous.
This hotel has a very good quality/price ratio, very kind staff as well. Only thing is missing is a gym
Excellent choice for quiet restful sleep right next to the train station
Nice service & good location
Also the breakfast is really delicious
Location is convenient, food is great . Just wish there is hot spring bath provided but none . Staff is helpful and they brought us a very good staying experience .
Nice and clean. Services are excellent. View from my room is extremely superb.
The hotel is great but only 1 thing about the humidity level in the room. Appreciate if humidifiers to be provided in the room. Breakfast is awesome and view is super. Location is jz outside of JR STATION.
Due to a train delay, I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night. The front desk staff waited specifically for me and processed my check-in quickly, instead of making guests wait one by one
The hotel is very close to the station, just a four-minute walk away. The front desk staff kindly gave us a room on a higher floor. The hygiene was good, very clean, and the room was quite spacious with a great view
The staff and manager are very welcoming when we arrived and we had very good experience staying there. Imo Surfeel hotel is best hotel in Wakkanai
The breakfast was good, with a seafood rice bowl, but the facilities are outdated. The toilet and bathtub feel like they're from the last century
It's one of the best hotel in Hokkaido, big room, big bed, very good internet speed, nice breakfast. Very recommended.
Very big lobby and seemed to be a really big hotel but we arrived late just to stay the night. Room was ok sized for 3, not the most spacious but adequate.
It is close to New Chitose Airport. I drove to this hotel to rest and consider going to Noboribetsu the next day. The hotel is in a good location and overlooks Tomakomai City. The room is spacious but slightly smoky
I stayed in a room with a great view. I also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Chinese restaurant, Taoyuan. However, the shop closed early, so I wasn't able to look around for souvenirs, which was a shame
Because our itinerary was too rushed the previous day, Tomakomai became our transit point. We also planned to go to the Shiraro Beef Festival the next day. Looking at the map, Tomakomai was the perfect place
The room is relatively large among Japanese hotels, and it is spacious for a single person. You can see the Prince Paper Mill in Tomakomai from the window. Facilities: There is an ice machine
room size is bigger than expected. immaculately clean as you would expect from any hotels in Japan. location is superb, 5 mins walk to train station
The facilities are quite clean, although they look a bit old, the location is good and the service is good
I stayed here for business. The quiet environment allowed me to sleep soundly.
The location was good and the front desk staff were courteous. I will definitely stay here again.
The hotel is next to the Qinni Railway Station. The subway station is a 10-minute walk away. There are not many dining options nearby, but there are a few
7 eleven is just opposite of the hotel and plenty of food places nearby. tea/coffee/snacks offered throughout the day for free!
I was glad that ReFa was available for rental for 500 yen.
The stuff was friendly. When I arrived the stuff come out and guided me to the nearest parking. The room is small but good enough. The location is close to susukino. Overall, good bang for the buck.
The location is great if you wish to be near restaurants and shopping area since its 4-5min walk to Susukino. They have facilities on separate floors, it's a plus if you will stay in the floor with these
Good Location, near shopping area.
Easy to go club and restaurant.
Staff are very nice.
A cosy apartment that was cheap and able to satisfy the demands of what we were after.
Comfortable shower and provides POLA products for toiletries!
I stayed here after my business trip. As shown in the pictures, the breakfast was modest, but the food tasted excellent, and I was very satisfied with the many Hokkaido-sourced ingredients
We booked a room with 2 single beds and it is rather spacious. .location is good, easy access to anywhere.
The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location is excellent—convenient to attractions, yet quiet enough to relax
Good hotel with decent size room. Breakfast was good! Definitely will come back for winter.
Good location in easy to get to all the nearby farms and attraction. Hotel Staff are very nice and friendly. The amenity is basic but overall very clean and simple modern design.
The stay is excellent but only 1 lift serving the entire building. The waiting time during peak hour is unpleasantly long
The 3 BR unit was absolutely fabulous. Kitchen very well stocked with beautiful dishes. Beds were comfortable and comforters were sooo comfortable. Showers were powerful and wonderful
I also really appreciated delicious breakfast and efficient housekeeping]. Overall, my experience exceeded expectations
Good location near Susukino station right at the Tanukikoji shopping street, near Ichiran & Ippudo if you like the ramen
Nice service, good breakfast (specially the omelette), rooms are clean and not noisy, close to plenty of restaurants and location super convenient. Don’t hesitate on booking this hotel!
But the location is good, nearby market street. From JR Sapporo station you can walk to hotel through underground in winter and exit at market street, which makes you easy with luggage
Everything else, like the service, hot springs, and cleanliness, is excellent – standard Dormy Inn quality
Love this , cute room good location and onsen!
Hotel prices in Hokkaido skyrocket during peak season, so luckily I booked early. This hotel's location is unbeatable, right inside 'Li Xiaolu' (assuming this is a specific area or complex)
It's a shame that many shuttle bus routes and stops have been canceled this year; we can only get to the nearest Annupuri, and need to take the Niseko bus to other ski resorts. The hotel service is excellent
A special thanks to our driver, Yuta, who was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. My husband accidentally injured his foot, and Yuta immediately found someone to help us clean the wound
When I mentioned I couldn't use the hot springs, he kindly gave us some waterproof band-aids the next day when we saw him
The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchen, and the laundry room is convenient and reasonably priced
The hotel was clean, but the location is not so good for the whole niseko area and their shuttles don’t cover many places
They offer several breakfast options ( buffet, ramen or takeaway sandwiches). Great restaurant at top level with mountain views

It was my first time staying at a 4-star hotel, and it was really nice that I could use the private hot spring by making a 40-minute reservation. Dinner was served in the dining area, but I couldn't eat it.
Look no further this is the best choice. Best location, clean rooms, very good breakfast, ski valet service is amazing. Friendly staff. Respectful guests. We’ll be back for sure!
Parking and access to the ski slopes are very convenient. The front desk service is attentive; a staff member helped with our luggage and even provided pajamas for the whole family upon check-in
It’s was during the off peak period, so it’s not crowded, though several businesses were not opened. It’s a good time to enjoy some less energetic exercises like walking around and enjoying the scenery and fresh air
Been to Niseko for skiing for 3 years. This is honestly the best price-to-value hotel. You get every essential things, location, ski-in-ki-out, and onsen.
It’s a beautiful hotel, room is excellent. The grounds around the hotel is very pleasant, making strolling around the area refreshing
The location is also excellent, about a 10-minute walk from Susukino, making it easily accessible. I was particularly impressed by how relatively quiet it was, even at night
The amenities were excellent and the staff were courteous, making for a great trip.
Overall, it offers good value for money and is a pleasant place to stay in Sapporo
located in a quiet area with convenient access. The room was clean and fairly spacious, with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and helpful
It was clean and spacious enough if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The bathroom wasn't a typical unit bath; it had a separate washing area, and the hairdryer was new and easy to use with various settings
The room was just the right size for one person, not cramped at all, and provided a relaxing space. The toilet and water areas were also extremely clean, giving the impression that every detail was well-maintained
