Well , apart from the station , a jump from the station there’s not much around the hotel. But , the top floor Onsen is 5 Star. Absolutely excellent will even outside area. Worth booking for this alone
The old man who checked me in kept trying to charge me in different ways, first saying it was for an extra bed, then calling it some other additional fee. Late-night noodles: Very good, could eat several bowls
Very good! Would stay there again.
Onsen and sauna in hotel, complimentary noodles, ice lolly.
Helpful staff.
An enjoyable stay even arrived almost mid night.
Facilities: A very new and clean hotel. Ambiance: A very Japanese-style hotel. The outdoor bath in the public bathhouse is excellent
Very close to the JR/Bus terminal. Vin Steak is located just beside the hotel. Also, there's a soup Curry restaurant, but they're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Breakfast was delicious and fresh
We were impressed by the service and location of the hotel. We had stayed at a Dormy Inn hotel last trip and were still impressed by its simple yet modern style
In terms of of foods, there are small alley that sell ramens also good choice when you visit Sapporo. Hotel give basic amenities room are quite small but clean
Hotel in a very good location especially if you want to travel by bus to Chitose Airport, just 3 minutes walk to bus stop
Very good, clean and staff nice
The hotel in very good location but rooms is extremely small , barely has space to open the luggage on the floor , room size is only 18 SQM , they never publish the room size on the room details , photos on the listing is misleading as it show the rooms is big but actually its extremely small , Toilet is miserable small and has 40 CM step to climb , if you have senior person be ready to assist every...
Set back is it is rather dated, and rooms are small, in particular the bathroom, which is only slightly bigger than a 6 foot table!
Hotel is conveniently located 200m from the airport limo bus stop. Lots of eateries, shopping and entertainment at its door step
The room is very standard, but the bathtub is not very clean, which needs to be improved!
It was nice to be alone. It was also nice that there was a hot spring.
Very close to the JR station, the lobby on the first floor has very good service, provides tourist information, and has hot springs to soak in
The location is good in front of the station. It is convenient because the shop is also nearby. There is also a parking lot so you can use a car. It's not a card key, so the key is tricky
I could hear JR, the sink was dripping for a while after use, and the breakfast was delicious
Near the train station. Very clean and convenient. Like the onset.
I booked a Deluxe King Panorama room, which had a good view. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and very comfortable. The air conditioning was super warm in winter
Good location, comes with a complimentary drink. Good!
Great location, good service, clean
Further, this hotel connects directly underground to Pole Town shopping and the subway (Namboku line), traveling around is extremely convenient; few hotels that are so strategically located as this one! Plenty of food and konbini options (Seicomart right next door) around as well because this hotel is right outside Tanukikoji shopping street
The hotel also has a private lift that goes directly to the basement, which connects to the subway, so you don’t need to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. Check in and check out were very smooth and easy
You'll have no trouble finding food, and there's a supermarket downstairs. The hotel lobby is on the second floor, and they provide free drink coupons – one for each day you stay, based on the number of guests
The location is great, even though there aren't many buses in Asahikawa, it's only a 12-13 minute walk. The hot springs bath is a bit dated but very good. It would be best to ask the front desk for an extra pillow
I booked a Dormy Inn chain hotel, and the room was quite spacious. The rooftop hot spring was excellent, and they even had a sauna and ice cream. It was also pretty quiet at night
One of the highlights was the location—there are plenty of great food options nearby, so it was easy to find something delicious at any time. What truly elevated the stay, though, was the in-house onsen
It was a fantastic way to relax and recharge, especially after being out in the cold. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Asahikawa
We stayed at Dormy Inn Asahikawa and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Asahikawa Station and easy to reach many attractions such as Asahiyama Zoo and the Asahikawa Ramen Village
I had a really enjoyable stay at Dormy Inn Asahikawa. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring
We always stay in Dormy inn if we travel to Japan. We love the onsen, the free ice cream , and yummy ramen as supper every night. Hotel breakfast is amazing, definitely worth the price you paid
Hotel is in an awesome location right smack in the middle of li xiao lu no. covered walkway and 5minutes walk to Poletown underground. Onsen is convenient, massage is good
The location is a bit far from Sapporo Station, it is better to take airport bus to & from airport. The bus stop is just round the corner, buses are frequent. Good onsen, with free ice-cream & yakult drinks
After a full day of shopping nearby, it was great to come back to the hotel for a wonderful hot spring bath, then enjoy a free 15-minute massage on the massage chair, and finish off the day with some complimentary late-night ramen
Great stay, comfortable hotel and very pleasant amenities. The only annoyance até those HK tourists, very annoying misbehaving and speaking super loud and not following the onsen protocols, rushing for a spot in the tub
Washing machine is free and right outside the onsen, just need to pay for the dryer. Microwave oven is available at level 2 and 6. There is complementary icecream and yoghurt depends on timing, can eat after onsen
Hokkaido, Sapporo, Odorinishi 1-12, Chuo Ward 🧭 Map
I really like the rooftop view of this hotel. You can see the Sapporo TV Tower up close with nothing blocking the view. The café and the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel also have a very nice atmosphere
Beautiful and well located hotel. Surprisingly big rooms (for Japan standards) and easy check-in/out. The breakfast is not good, though. Less than basic. On and all, a great stay.
Really nice hotel but room design was a little cold. The only seat in the room was a small wooden bench with no cushion and i did miss the soothing ambience of late night tv after a long day of exploring
The location of the hotel is excellent, right across the street from Odori park, with views of the TV tower. The hotel itself is clean, and the rooms are a decent size compared to many other Japanese hotels
Record player was a nice touch but I didn’t even turn it on. Lounge was beautiful and staff was friendly. Good central location for access to public transit, Suskino and local attractions
The check in staff were nice and professional, and there was always at least one who spoke English during my stay. I attempted to check in at approximately 1pm, but was told to come back at the 3pm check in time
The service is excellent, friendly and helpful staff that serve customers willingly. The onsen is nice and the facilities are well-maintained. Nice Scenery from my room.
The room is incredibly big and the view is really wonderful. Everything is clean and works really well.
great hot spring and beautiful scenery! it was very relaxing, and the foods are great!
Unfortunately, I had booked a night's stay with two meals, but I couldn't have dinner in the end. The breakfast was rather ordinary
Having a car makes getting around the hotel easier, as it's located halfway up a mountain. Bottled water wasn't provided in the rooms. The hotel dinner was really ordinary. The room was also ordinary, nothing special
The hot springs ♨️ are always the best, and are very popular with my family! It would be nice if the menu included Tokachi soba noodles and Tokachi azuki beans 🙆!
Also, the left and right hinges of the closet door 🚪 where towels and other items were kept in room 1103 are broken!
If you don't fix it, the door 🚪 will come off! ️
I'll come to stay again, so I look forward to seeing you again
The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from JR Abashiri Station. However, there are no convenience stores nearby, though there is a Sukiya restaurant directly opposite
The location is great, right outside the JR station. It's super convenient to get to the airport or attractions as there's a bus stop right across the street. The room was clean, and the price was really good
Excellent location just opposite of JR Abashiri and a Sukiya. Free coffee and tea at common area whole day. Clean room and provide all facilities needed
We are frequently stay this hotel no matter which part of Japan as it’s always opposite of the train station 🚉
Very convenient for us go anywhere when need to use the train service 😊
We will always book the spacious room although need top up bit $
You can even grab makeup remover, facial cleanser, and skincare samples at the front desk. The downside is that breakfast was just so-so, nothing special
This is a new, clean, comfortable bed & cosy hotel for us. Free parking 🅿️ is 👍🏻
By driving nearby many restaurants & shop too
The hotel is very close from JR Asahikawa station, and it was pretty good to stay for a single night.
Nice hotel beside jr asahikawa station. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel has breakfast available if you purchased with your reservation. You can also purchase a pass if you didn’t
The hotel is located just next to the JR station, very convenient for guest travel to Asahikawa by train. Inn additional, bus terminal, shopping street and restaurant are all within walking distance
The view from the hallway window on our floor was great. On the third floor, there's a lobby with free popsicles and drinks. It was a pretty good stay for one night
We actually found out on our last day that it's even more convenient to walk through the JR station to get there! The room was very spacious, and the hotel gave us a high floor with amazing views, which we absolutely loved
The location is excellent, right next to Asahikawa Station, with the bus ticket office next door and AEON not far away. The room size is decent, though the bathroom is tiny
I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. My room was spotless and well-maintained, which is always a top priority for me. The room itself was a good size, offering plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped
Hotel Route-Inn Grand Muroran come with in house Osen. Nice and have a good time enjoying it. Free parking for those who's is driving.
Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable and clean environment, making it an excellent base for your travels
Facilities: Excellent
Hygiene: Clean
Environment: Tidy
Service: Great
Good for family
Gift for kids, thanks.
The hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t included in the room rate so we paid for our breakfast and food was good.
We arrived late and had free ramen for supper. Helped ourselves to some ice cream after onsen too. There was a shelf of comics like Demon Slayer available for reading too. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Good hot spring. This hotel is located near the Kitami station.
Free dinner is available but only limited to 20.
dormy inn's rarely dissapoint. rooms are always immaculate and the onsens spotless. never stayed awake for the free ramen but those little touches make for a great stay
The station and bus terminal are nearby, and there is also a pub and a yakiniku restaurant, so the location is excellent in the downtown area!
There is no bath, only a shower, but the large communal bath has an open-air bath and sauna, which was great! However, there were only four karaages, so everyone was lining up to wash
Location is convenient with parking available within vicinity (paid). Centrally located with many restaurants nearby. Good place to stop by for a night on our road trip towards east Hokkaido.
There is sufficient parking at the hotel nearby areas too! There is a fabric spray in the room as well! The hotel as a sauna, onsen and some snacks available:) The room perhaps is a little small but for the price and convenience it is worth it
Location: Very good, close to New Chitose Airport.
Hygiene: Very good.
Service: Free ramen offered from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM
Hot Spring Spa: Nice and clean
Although it's a chain hotel, the service rivals that of a luxury hotel, with comprehensive and complete facilities
The hot springs are perfect for relaxation, and the location is also excellent, making it a top choice for travel
We ended up using the paid parking nearby, but since Tomakomai is a small town, it was only about 600 yen for 24 hours – not too bad in the end. Overall, a comfortable stay with thoughtful perks and a lovely onsen
All these small touches really made our stay feel special. The onsen itself was great, especially the outdoor bath on the rooftop where you can soak while looking up at the night sky – such a relaxing experience
Great hot spring hotel, late night ramen and breakfast, the cooking is very attentive and delicious. Next time I go to Hokkaido, I want to bring my family to stay here
Room was very clean.
Room is also very big with ample space to place luggage as well.
Hotel was at a good location. Walkable distance to nearby subway station and to susukino where all the shops are.
The room was very clean and spacious with a great city view. And of course good enough for three of us. Definitely will come back again. Recommended!
Good Location , Goodservice
"Excellent service! The staff provided great assistance for first-time visitors and clear parking info (1,900 Yen/day onsite)
Good location and nice service !
Very recommended hotel. Thank you for the best stay for this hotel. Gonna recommend to friends. Hope to stay here again soon!
Perfectly located in the heart of the city—within walking distance to the fish market and just 0. Even during heavy snow, the stay was wonderful. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again!
Great location! There's a McDonald's to the front right, and Tanukikoji Shopping Street is just behind the hotel, which is super convenient.
We stayed here for a few nights and really appreciated the excellent location—just across the street from Nijo Seafood Market, and within walking distance to Susukino, Tanukikoji shopping street, and lots of dining spots
Free alcohol for hotel guests
Love the coffee machine at the lobby. Love it that they placed snow mould toys and sledge for guests to enjoy. Very good location, near many popular eateries
This location is right in the heart of everything you need. The breakfast is quite good, and they also offer unlimited drinks at the lobby. We had a wonderful 6-day stay and truly enjoyed every moment of it.
The front desk staff were really helpful. They offer a complimentary bar and you can even make your own bath bombs, which was a fun touch. The room was super comfortable, making for a great overall experience
The location is very convenient, breakfast is decent, and the room size is acceptable. Plus, the hotel has a complimentary lounge, which is a nice bonus.
Clean and big room, friendly staff, good location too. It’s just a few mins walk to the canal river. The only advice is that, you may find nearby parking lot to park your car (cheaper) 🚗
Overall all is good 😊
The room was a normal size and very close to the canal, within walking distance of all the attractions. The service was excellent; we arrived in the morning before check-in, and they stored our luggage for free
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so good and you have to select a time slot to avoid over crowded in the restaurant. Location of the hotel is far from JR Station
Counter staff extremely friendly and patient with our booking. Easy to move around city area. Nice place to visit. Staff recommended best sushi in town.
By the time we checked in later that afternoon, our bags were already in the room. Overall, it was great, and I'd book this place again if I ever go back to Otaru
If there is a heavy snow fall it will be quite challenging to bring your luggage to the station. Overall, location of hotel is near to the Canal and restaurant
The room size is standard for Japan. There is a man-made hot spring with a good variety of shampoo and bath products available. The breakfast is standard—nothing special, but decent overall
It's a shame that there is no open-air bath or sauna, but I'm grateful that the hotel has a hot spring. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I could book it at a good price
new hotel with good breakfast
location just OK because far from JR hakodate but near Goryukaku koen mae , it's east to use tram no.2,5 for go anywhere.
The hotel's exterior and front desk feel a little old-fashioned, but the staff's service and the atmosphere of the hallways and rooms are good
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the large public bath, which was perfect after a long day of sightseeing
It is what you can expected for 3 stars hotel at the price point. Close to Goryokaku and Lucky Pierrot . There are also plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel.
The hotel is not in so crowded point but just nice and just very near with all the shopping spot and the subway station as well. Nearby also have many good restaurants and convenience store
The staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, making it very comfortable after a long day of exploring Sapporo
Good breakfast
Clean and ample sized room.
Great location, susukino and odori park are just a few blocks away so its walkable. Train station is just right infront so suoer accessible.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—literally just a few steps away from the MRT/subway station, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient
The environment was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety. The hotel is conveniently located right by Exit 5 of Toyosu-bo-no station, which was super handy.
Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a hotel with a prime location, excellent service, and a clean, comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Breakfast selection limited but room rate is reasonable. Overall okay
Next to the train station and bus station, great location. Stuff were nice. Room was on the small side. Over all a good stay.
The place is very nice and good location but the price is very expensive
Very convenient, near to the JR station and the bus terminal. Very near to a fish market which is an excellent spot for breakfast.
Just stay 1 night so have a chance to have dinner in the hotel restuarant which quite good taste & reasonable price if compare with outside ones. quite convenience if you do like. 30-9 am so do have long period enough
The hotel is conveniently located across from the JR station. There is a coin laundry on the premises, but the breakfast selection is limited.
This is my first time in Sapporo, I got the best place to kill my tiredness. New room with good services.
Great location, less than 5mins walk from Exit 5 of Susukino station. Lots of famous and good eateries nearby, Odori station is walking distance too. Hotel room is clean and it has everything we need
Hotel location is good just a few blocks away from C Susukino station; room size is not very big but good enough for a few days stay; breakfast is good 👍🏼
Well located, in the middle of the city, with lots of cafes, convenience stores and restaurants in 5 minutes, the breakfast was my favorite- lots of choices in a cozy restaurant, the staff speak English
There’s a room where laundry machines, nicotine, water dispenser, ice machines are located
Convenient location, nearby the famous nikka sign and surrounded by restaurants and konbini. Will stay here again in the future!
