I always wipe down the tub with an alcohol wipe as soon as I get into a room, and I was genuinely shocked by how clean the wipe stayed – spotless! This time, I got up early to try the hotel breakfast, and just as the reviews raved, it was excellent
Their soup curry!!!! You absolutely HAVE to eat that first!!! Otherwise, you'll end up like me, trying a bunch of other good stuff, only to discover the amazing soup curry later when you have no room left
This was a good experience, with a canal view from the room. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit old. The staff were also helpful. However, parking here is subject to a fee.
This hotel is incredibly convenient and super clean! My kids loved the bathtub
I've regretted it ever since, hahaha
This hotel is super conveniently located right across from the Otaru Canal and just a few hundred meters walk from Otaru Station
The hotel is in a good Location near the chanel. Very nice beer brewery with a big variety of beer is just across the Chanel. Fish market and train station in 10 minutes by steps
The location of the hotel was fantastic. Right by the canal. Service was also good. There were however very limited parking. The room and facilities also felt slightly dated. B
Good location! Friendly concierge and front desk. Nice view from the room, directly facing to otaru canal. Across the road you can reach one of the famous LETAO shop.
Right infront of the otaru canal one of the best hotel i have stayed in hokkaido so far, room is spacious and comfortable highly recommended
Very good hotel! service and facilities are really comfortable to me .
The furniture is a little old but in good condition
Small town, fresh seafood everywhere. Hotel price is very cheap, services and accessories completely perfect, receptionist can speak English, complimentary breakfast is good and free parking too.
Hotel room was one of the smallest double bed rooms I have stayed in especially the bathroom, that being said the room and hotel were cozy and clean and the breakfast was tasty. Very good for the price
the room was nice and clean, there are free breakfast too, highly reccomend
If your passing through this boring city this is a good place to stay.
On-site free parking is minimal, so arrive early if you’re coming by car, otherwise the secondary parking lot is a bit of a walk.
Room a bit small, bed were comfy but the pillows were flat and tiny. Location good with quite a few restaurants across the road, 7-11 convenient store nearby.
Ok for a night.
i stay main Building, quite a old Building, old lift (as photo), room's sofa a bit dirty (as photo). The best is breakfast, a lot of choice, fresh, yummy. overall ok with the price One night about 5000yen
Lobby was big. Rooms were clean and spacious and onsen at 9th floor was also nice. You have to your own amenities at the lobby. Most importantly parking is available.
Booked 2 rooms, Annex and main building side. Good size of the rooms for double beds. Car parking fees at the basement is 1500yen per night.
Close to the arcade undercover trip of Sapporo main tourist district. Very handy laundry, dryer level along with spa, sauna and cold plunge. Thoroughly enjoyed the washes which made my day after being out all day
It was a perfect getaway spot. Calm, clean and great location walking distance to the main area.
A lot of good food area this area.
The room we stayed was spacious and clean. Staffs were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.
Lovely staff, both the Japanese and Western breakfasts were excellent the dining staff are super kind, room service excellent so very clean, close to many restaurants.
The front desk staff can help you call a taxi, and their service is excellent. The room is small, but for this price, it's really good!
I didn’t have high expectations due to the reasonable price. We chose this hotel for its location near the airport, as we had a very early morning flight, and for the free airport shuttle service
Need to catch a flight in the morning and I am so happy to chose this hotel for my last night in Sappore🥺💖 Clean, walkable distance to Chitose station and the front desk is 24 hours💖
Provided free shuttle service to airport on condition , one person per piece with you. Due two of my family members have more than two cases, we have to take cab to the airport
The environment is great, and the hotel offers an airport shuttle. You need to book a time with the front desk, but unfortunately, I missed it
Good. Facilities are new, and the hygiene is spotless. The environment is beautiful, right next to Lake Shikotsu. Service is excellent.
Excellent stay!
**Environment:** Beautiful and exquisite everywhere you look. **Service:** Very attentive, made me feel really comfortable. **Cleanliness:** Spotless, I was pleasantly surprised at every turn
I won't even mention the insufficient floor heating; walk around in socks for a bit, and white socks turn grey. Luggage can be wheeled through freely, so just imagine how dirty it must be. The dinner buffet was mediocre
I ordered a glass of red wine and had a headache all day afterward. The breakfast buffet the next day, however, was decent. I probably won't go back and hope they seriously improve their management
And the funniest thing is, you have to take off your shoes when entering this hotel, and you're not allowed to wear slippers inside the entire hotel
At 9 AM, staff members were walking around the hot spring area in outdoor snow boots, which was absolutely disgusting
Beautiful hotel, nice interior and onsen.
Overall is good except there is no restaurant nearby the hotel, need to walk for 10-20 minutes to go to the nearest restaurants
A great place to chill and relax. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They will show us area after checkin n bring us to our room. The food in the buffet is also fresh and good.
The onsite shops and bar open at certain hours only
the buffet is very good with a lot of diy element. the hotel is very much filled with art pieces which makes it very unique. the onsen is not big but serves its function. the room is clean and tidy.
Excellent stay! The food was delicious, and the service was very professional. I also appreciated the airport shuttle service. The hotel views were stunning
Very good dinner
Clean and spacious room
Great outdoor onsen
They offered free shoyu ramen at night, and the rooftop onsen was really nice. After a soak, you could even enjoy a popsicle. In the mornings, they provided lactic acid drinks in the same spot, which tasted good too
Our family really enjoyed our stay, though the bed was a bit small. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. They offered ice cream and probiotic drinks daily, plus free ramen in the evenings
Super satisfied with this hotel! They even offer free late night ramen, which was such a nice surprise. The breakfast was also really delicious. Highly recommend💙🔥
The hotel genuinely cares about its guests with such thoughtful services. The natural hot spring was also very relaxing; we could enjoy the falling snow on our faces while soaking in the courtyard
Excellent value for a clean room, a good public bath. Not to mention the popsicles and ramen after bath!
Always a comfortable stay at dormy inn, love that they provide ice creams and yakult near the entrance of the onsen. Had a very pleasant stay!
Excellent location with high comfortable living conditions.
This is a very convenient ski-in/ski-out hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family. There was also plenty of storage in the closets
Perfect accommodation experience, clean, well-spaced, and well-equipped. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Niseko
What we were especially satisfied with was the service, particularly from a Chinese-speaking male staff member at the front desk
He was very patient in answering our questions and providing assistance, giving us a wonderful first experience in Niseko
Bibilov is very close. There are private and public baths. Private baths are 3,000 yen per hour.
Good coffee, good cakes, nice and friendly staff. The place is very cosy.
The hotel is warm and cozy, with friendly staff who are able to communicate in English. You are allowed to borrow books to read in your room. There is also a nice cafe on the ground floor. The room is spacious and clean
The location is also convenient as it was on the end of the shopping street, where there are not many people around, but you can find a lot of shops and restaurants only few blocks away
Clean and convenient to food and grocery but room was very small, not able to move around after opening the luggage.
Location is hard to get in if it’s snowing or raining but fairly central. Staff look like they don’t want to be there nor help you, it’s like you owe them to be a guest like whaaaat
It has washing machines and driers which you can use at 500 Yen!
Overall I would rate this place 4
Proximity to the Asahikawa station was very useful and helpful, especially with all the snow. I especially liked the apple tea. Breakfast was an affordable nice buffet with plenty of options to choose from
This is essentially a remote, small town with not many locals or tourists. There's a lot of snow, practically non-stop. It's a good choice for those who enjoy solitude or want to see a snowy landscape
Plus, there's a huge Aeon supermarket right outside! The hotel itself is clean and tidy, and they even have a coffee machine in the lobby, which is a nice touch
This hotel is super close to JR Asahikawa, only about a 5-minute walk
The hotel's location is very convenient
We are staying 2 night, so they only give change of towels which they hang outside the door handle in the morning. You have to place ur own trash outside the room door in the morning urself as well
A fine place, does the job well. The onsen is excellent with diffferent temperature pools, a sauna, bubble spa, and even an unsettling but effective underwater electric zapper.
Good, clean hotel. Tasty breakfast. Efficient. polite staff. Will recommend.
Good place for a nice rest. It has all the facilities.
Comfortable beds and large (for Japan) rooms. although there is a window that looks into the shower, which I found odd. Not sure if that’s the same in every room. Has an onsen on the 2nd floor
Rooms are great but there is a see through glass between bedroom and bathroom
The onsen was very nice and the location was super convenient.
The room is clean and spacious with full facilities and a good view. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a locker for storing ski equipment on the ground floor
Excellent location to sneak in a spring ski trip. Staff were always lovely with services and recommendations. Great breakfast, ski to door, onsen afterwards. Couldn't have asked for a better experience
Everyone at Maples are friendly and helpful. Rendering their assistance from fetching us at Hirafu Welcome centre, Rhythm for our ski rental, sending us to dot base for ski class. Even to the restaurant nearby
Great location, perfect ski-in ski-out. The rooms were fantastic with lots of facilities. The staff were amazing, very helpful. Would have scored 5 in every category if the hotel had an onsen!
B1 goes directly to the chairlift, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Ace Gondola! The pizza on the first floor is delicious and not expensive. You can walk directly at noon
Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message)
Hokkaido, Sapporo, 1 Chome-1-16 Kita 3 Jonishi, Chuo Ward 🧭 Map
The hotel has an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from Sapporo Station. A complimentary breakfast is included with the stay; while the selection is limited, everything is delicious
The hotel was in a good location near subway Toho line exit 21 or opposite street exit 24 with elevator access
Hotel was standard chain hotel with normal size Japanese Room fit enough with 2 people with limited space for luggage repack. Luggage can be stored under bed so no worries about luggage space
Overall I will rate as 7/10 , better than average and best cost per stay if you use city subway alot
Check in process really simple using the machine with passport scanner and room card issued for each person
If you're leaving at 7:30 AM like I was, and your flight requires an early departure, you won't be able to park in the private parking lot and will need to find a nearby parking lot to spend the night
Better to provide bottle of water in the room
The service and equipment are good
It was excellent – thoughtfully prepared Japanese set meals, plus a Western-style dessert buffet – first-rate
super nice and good hotel super nice and good hotel super nice and good hotel
Good hotel but the service and location are average, better for those who have car
It was good that 6500 yen was usually available for 3500 yen
To my surprise, there was even a hot spring bath!
But the biggest surprise was the restaurant on the 11th floor – a 270-degree unobstructed view, absolutely stunning!
To make it easier for my family to have breakfast, I booked an extra breakfast
There is a small course section to the dinner and then a buffet but I’d prefer more of a kaiseki style course with quality over quantity. Absolutely loved the live music every night from 7:39-8:30pm
Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a bus that stops outside the hotel for travellers taking the coach from the airport/sapporo. The local bus to the train station also stops outside
The food is okay… not recommended if you don’t eat Pork. Most of the dishes are cold or room temperatureat best
Location is a little bit away from the ski lifts but they do have a shuttle bus although I wish there were more bus timings. Staff were friendly and helpful although not all speak English
Visited during the ski season. The breakfast is very good, with many choices of food. Onsen is very nice too. Recommend this hote
Great spot excellent food and service easy access to hirafu by bus and quiet location
This hotel offers great value for money. The room was comfortable, tidy, and clean, and the breakfast was filling. The location is excellent, right across from JR Abashiri, making it convenient to get anywhere
Room was clean and breakfast was good. Coffee abit too light for my preference. The room I’m staying is a premium room so it had air purifier and hair dryer and curler
Very good service, opposite Abashiri Station. It had free breakfast, and there are two restaurants near the hotel. Highly recommended.
Very good service, everything went great
You can easily walk to the supermarket and Abashiri Beer BBQ restaurant
Very nice environment and ideal location even you not drive.
The front desk staff were wonderfully welcoming and professional; they were always quick to help with any issues, which made us feel completely at home
The entire room was beautiful. It’s brand new and the amenities are great. Very clean. Will definitely stay here again.
Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get around
The hotel's location is right in the heart of Sapporo. While it might not be as convenient as staying directly in Tanukikoji during a heavy snowstorm, overall, the location is excellent for both commuting and shopping
Despite that, the hotel itself is really good
We'll definitely choose this place again if we have the chance and will highly recommend it to our friends! 👍
Good location near the JR station adjacent to the street for dinning / shopping. Hotel is old but my twin room size is ok. There is only one hot spring bath opens at a particular times for man and women
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Japan. It was built less than a year ago, clean, modern, comfy and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Free drink bar. Highly recommended.
The hotel is very good location, this hotel is recommended.
Nice room with big window and big screen. Onsen is very clean and private. Breakfast is good even though in trip. com say is 900yen but they charge me 1200yen
)
As for the services, the staff are kind, hot springs in the large public bath are always available from early hours (15:00?) until the next day, drinks are all-you-can-drink including alcohol at the welcome bar until 9:00 p
Friendly service at front desk. Enjoyed the complimentary bar with mixed nuts, raisins n a spread of flavors for mixing with carbonated water or alcohol. It’s a pity it closes at 9pm. Parking is at building next to it
Fees are charged to the room with in and out privileges through front desk validation. My only issue is with the narrow access to the twin bed next to the window. We had a room with twin beds
