Enjoy d stay during my winter vacation in Sapporo.

I thought the hotel was close to Nishi 11-chome subway station, but it was quite a walk. There aren't many buses to Sapporo Station, but there is a bus stop opposite the hotel, so it's best to take the bus

A bit far away from jr station, about 15min walk. Comfortable and nice stay. Breakfast is good

The room is about the size of a typical business hotel. I stayed in a smoking room, but I thought it was good because there was a humidified air purifier

The breakfast is very sincere, and the CP value is still good at this price

I rented a car. The staff was very friendly and even came out to explain the parking lot to me. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, and the accessibility is convenient.

Direct access to the ski slopes right from the hotel entrance. The hotel service was excellent; staff even drove us to a nearby place to pick up our rented ski equipment

The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re planning to enjoy the snow and SKI

The room is quite spacious with a beautiful view directly overlooking the ski slopes from the window. We could cook our own meals and even bought ingredients to grill outside

We truly felt comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended—we will definitely come back!

Hotel well locares close to many facilites and the employees are very good.  Definitely I Will come back.

Great place for beginners to learn how to snowboard, the environment was also pretty good. Some rooms also have a private onsen.

This is a very convenient ski-in/ski-out hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family. There was also plenty of storage in the closets

Perfect accommodation experience, clean, well-spaced, and well-equipped. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Niseko

What we were especially satisfied with was the service, particularly from a Chinese-speaking male staff member at the front desk

He was very patient in answering our questions and providing assistance, giving us a wonderful first experience in Niseko

Bibilov is very close. There are private and public baths. Private baths are 3,000 yen per hour.

The hotel is warm and cozy, with friendly staff who are able to communicate in English. You are allowed to borrow books to read in your room. There is also a nice cafe on the ground floor. The room is spacious and clean

The location is also convenient as it was on the end of the shopping street, where there are not many people around, but you can find a lot of shops and restaurants only few blocks away

Clean and convenient to food and grocery but room was very small, not able to move around after opening the luggage.

Everything is nice to me but the size of the room.

Location is hard to get in if it’s snowing or raining but fairly central. Staff look like they don’t want to be there nor help you, it’s like you owe them to be a guest like whaaaat

Friendly staff but room is too small if you have two luggages. Moderate twin room is better and staff is flexible to allow change of room type with a top up of the difference.

Used 20-30mins to clarify with the hotel booking agency even I shown them my booking is already covered 2 adults & 1 children Good onsen , nearby railway station, aeon shopping mall & restaurants, clean room but bed relatively small

A fine place, does the job well. The onsen is excellent with diffferent temperature pools, a sauna, bubble spa, and even an unsettling but effective underwater electric zapper.

Comfortable beds and large (for Japan) rooms. although there is a window that looks into the shower, which I found odd. Not sure if that’s the same in every room. Has an onsen on the 2nd floor

please pay attention for your hotel booking whether you already paid for your baby/ toddler & keep your booking receipt details to show them for check in, otherwise they will ask you to pay for your kids again

The hot spring service is also quite commendable. If you go with a family, book a room by the sea. In fact, it is very cost-effective. One room can accommodate 4~5 people, and then looking at the seaside is very good

This is the hotel we changed from the chain hotel at the station. Because there is a hot spring here. It is only one stop from the airport to the hotel, and even if you take a taxi, it is only 50 RMB

There is a very convenient bus stop at the door of the hotel, and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the city. The hotel's breakfast is very rich and you can eat it every day

However, the room facilities are old and the toilet is not smart. Can you believe that Japanese public toilets are all smart, but the toilet in this hotel is not smart. I went there in winter and it was cold

The rooms are a bit old, but the front desk, dining area, and hot springs have all been renovated. The open-air bath, where you can listen to the sound of the waves, is also quite nice.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Japan. It was built less than a year ago, clean, modern, comfy and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Free drink bar. Highly recommended.

Nice room with big window and big screen. Onsen is very clean and private. Breakfast is good even though in trip. com say is 900yen but they charge me 1200yen

Friendly service at front desk. Enjoyed the complimentary bar with mixed nuts, raisins n a spread of flavors for mixing with carbonated water or alcohol. It’s a pity it closes at 9pm. Parking is at building next to it

Fees are charged to the room with in and out privileges through front desk validation. My only issue is with the narrow access to the twin bed next to the window. We had a room with twin beds

This is an excellent option if you need an overnight stay between train rides or picking up a rental car near Hakodate. Easy train access to Hakodate city if you want to visit

We stayed here last minute due to some transport cancellations. The location was fantastic, right next to the station. Room was basic but very comfortable. Really enjoyed the outdoor bath while the snow fell

Hotel is just outside the Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station. Good for overnight if traveling via shinkansen to Tokyo. Isolated area, limited food choice 2. Far for Hakodate city proper 3

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, there were some large black bugs in the hot spring water in the public bath. Luckily, I noticed them early and wasn't bitten

A typical hot spring hotel, a bit far from the city center, but the rooms have private hot spring baths, which is very convenient! The service was excellent, the environment was nice, and the breakfast was thoughtfully prepared! Recommended!

Very good hotel, stylish, and attentive service. However, the facilities are a bit old, which is a common problem of Japanese hotels

Booked the room with a private onsen and it was an amazing experience! The staff there are also warm and welcoming. Soe showed us our room and patiently explained the different opening hours for lounge and cafe

The rooftop indoor and outdoor onsen are absolutely amazing! The indoor pool is very large and long, and in the open-air bath, you can even feel planes flying overhead – a truly unforgettable experience! 2

After your bath, you can also enjoy complimentary snacks, ice cream, and drinks (orange juice, water, beer) at the Sky Lounge outside the onsen, all while taking in the superb views of Hakodate city

The hotel's location is right in the heart of Sapporo. While it might not be as convenient as staying directly in Tanukikoji during a heavy snowstorm, overall, the location is excellent for both commuting and shopping

They have everything u want while staying and also free cofee machine 😂. the room i got with good view with snowy mountain view. Definitely Will come back here again next year 🤩

We stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, and although it was a bit small, it was incredibly clean and well-arranged! The hotel offers excellent value for money overall

The hotel room was much bigger than I expected. There was enough space to open two suitcases comfortably. It felt great! The location is also good, right in the city center

It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is quite handy. They don't allow early check-in, not even by an hour, unless you pay an extra fee

The front desk staff were wonderfully welcoming and professional; they were always quick to help with any issues, which made us feel completely at home

This is a typical Toyoko Inn type of hotel, small room but clean, tidy, comfortable, located at town center, good for short stay.

Hotel location is pretty good, surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores. However, carpark is kind of funny and you will need to cross the street. 8 as the hotel seems to be a little old and need refurbishment

Overall, no major issues, and the service attitude was very polite. Thank you for arranging the room. However, I'd like to highlight some hygiene concerns: 1. There was a drop of urine stain on the toilet seat

The location is decent, not on the main road so it's relatively quiet. There's an underground passage to Sapporo Station, so if you want to avoid the wind and sun, you might consider a hotel even closer

I disinfected it myself with an alcohol wipe. Although the bath towels looked new, I noticed some dust and stains on them. Many hotels have this problem: the headboard is never wiped down

Very good only 8 minutes from Hirafu, with Shuttle Bus transfer. Overall good! But in the morning to take a shower to open the water earlier, maybe lately too cold, D water not so quickly hot

For this price, the location is excellent; it's about a 10-minute walk to the village of Hirafu. The breakfast is very Western-style. A shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes

Customer service is very good

The CP value is very high! The room is larger than expected, and the overall environment, cleanliness, and WiFi are all satisfactory! For self-driving tours, the hotel provides parking spaces (but parking spaces are limited) and it takes about 5-10 minutes to reach the ski resort

Enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and modern, staff were very helpful, the restaurant was convenient, and they offered a free shuttle to the slopes every 20 minutes. Would recommend.

If you don’t have a car, the hotel provides a shuttle bus! There is a ski equipment rental service in the hotel (but not used) Niseko skiing and sightseeing by car! Can be given priority

While the R&B Hotel might be a bit basic, the service is excellent. They helped us book a taxi, and the hotel's location right across from the train station is super convenient. The breakfast was also great!

She was so helpful and brought us to level 1 the hotel reception to care off our luggages. We indeed very grateful as we need to rush off to catch our bus to the Icebreaker cruise

It was a pleasant stay in the hotel although the furniture and toilet is old. We have to make cash payment for the room reserved instead of credit card via Trip

We booked the room with breakfast but unfortunately we did not have time to take our breakfast as we need to rush to catch our train back to Sapporo

Great location, right across from Abashiri JR Station. The front desk is on the second floor. The room was also quite clean.

The old lady in the restaurant kindly offered us to bring unfinished food back to our room to finish them. She even brought us tissue papers making sure we have everything we need

Extremely convenient for the airport, the hotel itself is a bus stop! The breakfast was also delicious, perfect for a quick bite before heading to the morning market, haha.

I absolutely love Hanabishi Hotel — I had the best 2-night stay here. The hotel is quiet with no large tour groups, and I really enjoyed the traditional feel and relaxing vibes

The greeting at the front desk was welcoming and warm and the location is in good proximity to restaurants while being one block from the busy main stretch

However, room is noticeably dated with scuffs, mold, and a less than comfy mattress. OK on a budget, but in the future I will seek more modern comfort

And the best thing was the quality of the free-flowing mall hot spring water in the basement. It was the best! It was also convenient that bath towels and towels were provided in the dressing room

The hotel looks a bit old inside but it's been recently refurbished. Since I wanted to make the most of Rebun, I decided to book for 5 nights

Having a nice buffet waiting for you after a day of hiking was nice. The food in itself was good and the evening meal included drinks, which also accounts for the price

Today I stayed at the Rebun Kanko Hotel Sakuryo, located near the ferry terminal on Rebun Island. It was also very well-maintained, which was great. There is a large public bath, a bath in the room, and an open-air bath

There is a restaurant, but the Seico Mart convenience store is about a 5-minute drive away. I think it would take about 15 minutes on foot. Unfortunately, the rooms are a little old and the sofas are uncomfortable

A very comfortable Japanese-style inn. The rooms are spacious, with sofas in addition to tatami mats. The restaurant faces Rishiri Island. We had breakfast there, enjoying the view of Mount Fuji over the sea

Location is ski in/out at base of Grand Hirafu resort, convenient for skiers esp those with own equipments, resort has good storage facility! Minimart & vending machine in hotel makes it very convenient too

Have to pay onsen fee 150jpy/night +accommodation tax upon checkout. There is a massage center inside the hotel, chargeable. A 10min walking up-down hill to other restaurants on main street

Nice and clean swimming pool facilities.

But rooms are very dated and you can’t cool room since the hotel has switched all air cons to heat only as of today 29 September - our room is 26 degrees and hard to sleep

Also pool staff need to try and be more helpful to guests rather than behaving like municipal pool attendants
